Maybe, still no luck on Spark since returning after being gone 6 months though…..prices went up so looks like a gold grind for me. xD
Last night I opened the the daily chest while fighting Tequatl and to my surprise was a Black Lyon Chest Key. I thought these were not being rewarded since I hadn’t gotten one in a long time and when I mentioned this in zone chat of course everyone thought I was pulling their leg. Pretty sure just like the mystic forge stones they will still be rewarded, just not as often.
I took the key grabbed my stack of Black Lion chests that I have accumulated over the last few years and opened one and got a claim ticket. I thought about buying the mystic skins with it, but then thought, hmm maybe I will wait and see what they offer in the future, I’m glad I did. Thinking they will have new skins next week… /crosses fingers.

Yep broken for some of us
yeah same, i even waited around for 20min to do it again and nothing. Seems broken for some.
Found on the ground by the ori node in SSC. Like the ground texture wasn’t applied properly at this spot.
I have personally had fun knocking down the walls over and over and over again while CD had SM, was kinda funny watching you guys fix it 100 times and then we would just knock it down again.
Think this went on for a few hours. Then you tried to set up a treb on the hill across from Overlook, we knocked that down, so then some brave folks decided to rush us at Overlook, and we sent you away.
Then TC took SM from us, and well I tried the whole knock the walls down approach, that went on for an hour before TC decided enough was enough and set up 2 trebs, killed our 3 and then rushed us like… 3 times.
Oh and to that perma stealth TC Thief who stayed behind in the outer walls after the attack was over and tried to rescue his girl friend mes that died up on our wall. lol, it only costs a few silver to fix her gear. And why did she portal back in after you saved her and she got down the other side? She wasn’t gonna get away. :p Pretty much wasted your time. Think she gave up after we set traps all over her body and camped her xD
Good times

Well when it was us Fort Aspenwood vs you TC, I needed some stuff on Yaks boarderlands (red world) for my completion…it was the same situation for weeks, we were blue. I just grabbed what I needed as I could, made a few mad dashes with some zergs or soloed to get into volatile areas, died a few times, but I finished. It was at times frustrating and I know sometimes you get impatient, but hey all us world completionists had to do it. Consider it part of the game and more of an honor to wear the star next to your name.

I remember there was a hillarious conversation in Gendarran Fields between some bandits about letters which started from one claiming “X Marks the spot” before an event where they searched for treasure started.
Somebody uploaded the video on youtube but I never found it again, it was probably one of my favorite conversations due to the sheer comedy it had! (If anybody has the link of it, could you please post it here?)And although not exactly audio, literally everyone should go to the Skritt IQ test subjects in Metrica Province and talk to them just from how funny it is.
I was just talking about this quest in my post above, lol.

Best one by far….Moriarity’s Hold, Bloodtide Coast. I was running through there one night and Captain Penzan busted out in some long song, was great. Found a vid of it….http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u7jlYKKh45w
Also if you follow him on his side quest to find his treasure you will be laughing the whole time. One of those hidden gems in the game.

Splintered Coast on Fort Apsenwood……Something is up with this place as far as performance and packet loss. Last few days I’ve been having freezes and crashes out of client or to character selection screen. I’ve been avoiding reporting it till now when I was just doing Tequatl and was at the point he was just about to die when…… crash. By the time I logged back in he was dead and no chest was available for me to loot.
It’s not the end of the world but it was kind of a waste of my time. I know other folks are having the same issues. My complaint is in no way above anyone elses issue here or a means to expediting this issue to be fixed, but I still want to say it needs to be tracked down and fixed and soon. Some people are pretty much just throwing in the towel on doing anything in the game till it is.
Others seem to be having the issue elsewhere, I know i did Diessa Plateau a few days ago along with other guild members complaining about the same thing. Honestly since the last patch it’ s been happening a lot. Before, I never really had any issues.
Wow lets nerf thief into oblivion, never mind we have crappy ranged ao or attacks period, we have no pets to help, heals are a joke, and defense is non existent compared to other melee classes. We get stealth which is only partly as good as I’ve seen in other games, and some burst melee damage that can be countered or interrupted easily enough.
TBH Thief is now the lamest class to play, I’m thinking anet should offer class switch in the BLT with coins so I can play ele or mes and cast stuff up on top of keep walls, while those thievs with short bows can’t do anything to you.
For the most part thief is starting to suck more and more to play, yet people continually cry for more and more nerfs to cool downs ect.
I think people just freak out about any class that can go invisible on them, this is all this really is about. They can’t see you and it freaks them out so it should be nerfed.

One i don’t see here is “Rest…” or “So Tired…” after you kill them. It seems they don’t like being risen after all xD
Tequatl
“Watch out! It’s about to breath!” really? To me it sounds like he saying he’s saying “it’s about to breed” xD A lot of the voices overlap as well. “It has reinforcements! Slay them” at the same time “Get out of the way! It’s about to breath” They are all kinda goofy.
Shatterer= like a play by play sports announcer.
“Get everybody out of the crystals!”
Not fond of those, but i deal with it.
I like the NPC chatter up on the guard tower in Frostgorge sound I think it’ s elder’s vale?
Priory Scribe: Too dmn cold (forum won’t let me post the real word xD)
Pact crusader: Deal with you sniveling snot bag. You’re like a weak sapling in the middle of a powerful forest of towering trees that can smash you with just one branch.
Priory Scribe: You went on too long there. You could’ve just said “deal with it” and I would’ve gotten the message.
Another convo they have…………….
Priory Scribe: Well geologically speaking, the water is new to this area. This used to be mountainous.
Pact crusader: I spit on your “geologistical” The world doesn’t change like that.
Priory Scribe: Dwaves? Mines? Shiverpeaks? Do you know nothing?
Pact crusader: Relax our storytellers say the same thing. I’m just bored. And you’re endlessly entertaining.

“Did you see what she was wearing?”

Thing I really notice is switching targets without hitting a command to do so. The game does it. I have it set up as auto targeting, if you turn that off things get even more wonky.
this game totally needs swtor-style loot beams. it was a great (and perhaps the only) gameplay innovation.
Even color coded beams like in tor that allowed you to get a hint of the quality of the lootible before you pick it up. Yellow beam of course meant rare or quest items.
It’s also interesting that losing cursor is such a wide spread problem.
Anyone else losing track of their cursor in large scale combat scenarios? I read on some other forums other folks having this same issue in large zergs of spells.
Also tab targeting for me fails constantly. It never correctly cycles outwards, always line of sight or whatever might be hitting me at the moment in the distance; even thought what I want to kill is closest. Someone suggested using the UI enhancement Combat Mode, but I don’t think I should have to use some enhancement like this just to play the game properly.
Another issue I have is the loot particle effects. I brought this up once before but I’m gonna post about it again just to get it out there. It’s hard to see what needs to be looted when it’s just small little gold pixie dust particles up against the shimmer of the sun off water, or whatever environment you are in. I don’t know, could these effect be bigger, different color perhaps?
Not sure if anyone else really cares but I figured what the heck I’ll throw a suggestion out here….
Loot particle effects are really hard to see from a distance, and sometimes even up close when bodies of the NPC start to pile up. It would be nice if they made these particle effects more obvious , so it’s easier to see these from a distance.
I hate referencing other games but I’m gonna do it anyways… I would be happy to see something similar to what they did in SWTOR, which kind of gives you an indication of the levels of loot on the npc before you even loot it. Plus it’s easy to see in the chaos of battle where you need to loot.

Just an idea
The way to avoid scams is if someone wants to sell something to you, put an order up on BLT and ask them to fill it. It’s a simple way to avoid scams and get things at the price you agree to.
