While they are certainly not good for blast finishers this is the internet and since you’re wrong it must be pointed out.

Necrotic Traversal (flesh wurm secondary activation) is a reliable blast finisher.

Putrid Explosion. One of the lowest CD blast finishers in the game, and you get two of them.

Staff #4, Putrid Mark (granted this must be triggered by a hostile)

You are wrong, It does NEED to be triggered to blast. Here is a discussion on how the mark works.

1. As some here have mentioned allready: double finisher, one when you place the mark and one when it’s triggered

The cooldown is a bit high but I sure as hell blast every static I run through…

Players that are moving or have moved to serious T1 servers be warned that if you don’t play the cookie cutter build that the top guilds have come up with (which are all the same IMHO), you are going to have a horrible experience being forced to play the viable professions and builds even if you are not in these guilds but run with them.

I think “serious T1 servers” are your problem. Move to a “less serious” server and enjoy the game again.

I laughed my kitten off – deadly mesmer rain added a completely new side to wvw and I think ANET should do something like this for an hour or two after every major patch.

I might actually visit some of the JPs again (if I get the chance since we’llprobably hang around 10 ppt / be spawn-camped most of the time)

On reset night a lot of people were saying Mag had no chance to get into gold tier… yet it’s the middle of the week and everything’s open.

We’d probably just resort to building battleships in west keep – or transfer to Vabbi.

Edit – I have to admit that I only started caring about PPT and rating points when the new leagues were announced and we saw our chance at the bottom of gold… and I won’t give a kitten about it come next week.

I really hope all the Maguuma commanders are bracing for a WvW population drop-off if we actually reach gold tier. I know that many people are not looking forward to a potential match-up vs. the zerg servers with far better numbers for their WvW populations. Anyone that does not realize that gold tier will be dominated by JQ, SoR, and Blackgate are fooling themselves. I may go out a little, but I will not be hour after hour just getting annihilated by the sheer volume of numbers. No thanks.

Oh yeah, and thank you to the commanders on Maguuma that had the nerve to say I am worthless just because I am a realist in wanting to have better match-ups in silver over gold. Every time one of you open your mouth, you make me regret that I moved here after you all sold me and my friends oceanfront property in Kansas.

I’ve heard and seen people discuss the gold-silver question in a constructive way – what you’re doing helps nobody.

We spent most of last week fighting SBI and we got INC – that’s it. Nobody bandwagoned to mag and the only people we’re actively recruiting are SEA / OCX players (and the last post in our recruitment thread was made a week ago).

I’d argue that removing an enemy player from the game for 2-5 minutes is more valuable than a few extra points here and there.

That’s not true – a lot of the players alt-F4ing are actually doing their server a favor – either by opening a spot in the queue or by removing rallybait.

While I don’t usually look at the daily achievement tab until I’m about to log out, this seems a bit harder than the others got get. Make it 1 level and it’s fine.

I didn’t care about this exploit before I started encountering it (seems popular on Fort Aspie) – please fix this.

You can’t imagine how nervous and interesting the game becomes when you play like that…

I’d like to thank SBI for what has been a very educational week. Here’s what I learnt:

1) Don’t try to second guess the SBI commanders. Olaf had me completely baffled when he rammed down the outer gate of SM… then backed out and ran around to the hole in the wall his own team had reported 10 minutes earlier. Obviously I have a lot to learn from him.

2) over encumbered is a hilarious way to die. I never thought I’d have to tell the guys to use a vendor in the middle of a fight, but hey! sbi provides.

3) Whoever has said you can’t make money in WvW has never fought SBI since the blobbening.

4) Whenever you’re feeling lonely, nothing beats a few AC’s in the SM lord room to ensure SBI sends all their plebs to a lonely death, followed by their commander going “why didnt you follow me” as he runs out the gate again.

5) Turns out, you can get more then 25000 kills a week. Thanks SBI!

Tell me more about how you “don’t care” yet you spent all week on an alt account complaining in SBI map/team chat.

Don’t be hating – his chat relay made so many people smile and laugh – all over the world.

• I often lose my mouse pointer on the screen – Is there any way to make that thing a bit more visible? (I’d like to continue using fast-cast ground targeting)

• Each time I see a blob of “Wonderfully Named Server Bronze Invader [GUILD]” I wonder why there is no option to display “WNS Bronze Invader [GUILD]” or even “WNS BI [GUILD]”?

There has to be said that we didn’t want to help CD in that match-up

We’ve got a lot of crappy commanders these days but SBI always manages to do well.

So no RNG draws should be involved.
It would make sense to try to escape the gold league…because no server in T3-T2 can stand a chance against BG, JQ SoR and event TC…..I am not blaming them..it is this league thingy that is wrong….

We wanted to get into gold league (we even played for points last week which is not normal Mag behaviour) – this RNG draw made that impossible.
We’ll end up in silver – rolling over boring servers instead of getting our faces kicked in.
