Oh also every single time a server gets super stacked out of nowhere, after a month or 2 people on the stacked server feel bored because the run over everything and the people on the opposing servers who can’t keep up have their morale and guilds bruised and they try to transfer out of T1.

Stacking servers can make people feel good at 1st because it can ensure wins, but in the end it ruins the fun for everyone because either you are shamelessly blobbed down or you are super bored having too much coverage/blob and want out.

Something is seriously SERIOUSLY WRONG!!!

Whatever is choosing someone’s tier placement for the week is all out of whack.

Clearly however this glicko thing is working, is not working out so well.

This leaves only a few options left for anet.

1) change to a 1 up 1 down
2) change the 5,4,3 back to 3,2,1
3) Manual glicko adjustments where needed

Right now for example TC has lost a lot of guilds and they are still getting thrown up into T1. I am on an opposing server to TC and seeing them being thrown up there and being destroyed is painfully sad and cringey. It’s like they are being thrown into a meat grinder.

Since TC has lost a lot of guilds and don’t want T1 maybe anet should make a manual glicko adjustment and let them move down. Futhermore I think these links should be redone. Many people are not comfortable with tier 1.

Tier 1 takes needing around the clock coverage or good charismatic commander who can kill a lot to pump ppk to win skirmishes. If a server doesn’t have that sending them up there is cruel.

Anet please save wvw.

This is an awesome idea or a step in the right direction.

I was just wondered if anet counts people who only go into wvw for 5-10 minutes for their dailies toward the population and the EOTM only players toward it too.

Because Anet marked TC as Full and when I faced them they don’t have as many as BG or Mag so I was wondering how they are full.

Bg and Mag have big blobs and TC doesn’t even pop orange swords when I’ve been facing them. Like Mag, Bg, and Jq have blobs galore but TC for sure has less people playing and they got thrown into T1 when they were barely able to keep up in T2.

I think something is wrong in how they are estimating a population or the activity.

Tc for sure doesn’t have as many as BG, Mag, or JQ. Keeping them full will kill them. I’m on FA and this is just a 3rd party observation.

Epi will get nerfed.

I don’t even know how TC is considered Full. When I played them they didn’t seem to have as many people as JQ, Mag, or BG.

It just seemed odd TC was marked full and closed and BG opened. But maybe they gained people and are fair weathering.

It’d be nice to be able to refine the search by things you already have unlocked like amors, dyes, recipes, minis, etc for the tp. would make things much better!

Sometimes if you use a tonic, especially kodan tonic then afterwards you can have longer loading times in wvw.

Pretty much it’s just a mess in the Obsidian Sanctum. People want to try to use it for gvgs/scrims and like you can only fit so many people in it. Also there is extra crap you have to go around and people sometimes interfere with gvg’s.

I just want it redone so people can scrim/gvg more easily. Like there are so many things that can be to achieve this. If they can’t remake the O.S. then at least do something to the guild halls to make gvg’s more possible.

Being able to gvg people on a different tier would be nice.

Heck making gvg’s with 10’s , 15’s, 20’s that you can queue up on any tier with would be cool. Like a gvg league that could be a wvw thing right there.

Anet can you please remake the obsidian sanctum?

Hey another thing you can do is join a squad and ask for participation credit and round around in the ebg keep refreshing siege and keep eyes out for things coming at the keep. If you see something tell squad chat and if uncomfortable leave wvw maybe?

The Wvw spender and the monument daily would be okay for you.

But maybe make a ticket with anet and explain the situation and maybe they can deduct badges of honor from you from when they got the gift of battle previously.

You can only get the berries once a day. I know some people who gather the berries and then after they are done they try to help other by killing the mobs and healing.
You’re thinking too hard about this. Not an issue.

It’s true there is a lot of guilds about to go to SBI and it will make things very unbalanced. I feel bad for SBI now they’ll have queues and be stuck in T2.

A lot of people make free to play accts to spy or to troll tactics. Free to play accts should only have access to edge of the mists.

1) UNDO LAST SCORING CHANGE!
2) Tone down condi and Epi ( mesmer and necro’s sort of op a bit)
3) Better reward tracks with Superior/guild siege and better stuff
4) If a server wins a week give them something random and cool they can win
5) Take out the middle are of the desert bls since laser event doesn’t exist anymore and resize and move around stuff to be distances almost like it is on the alpine maps.

People freaked out when anet mentioned possible changes, so like that probably held up some stuff. Relinks and etc were pushed back a week too, so it’s almost here you just have to wait.

Also get rid of the scoring thing where 2nd and 3rd place only get 1 pt, that is very very not cool

At the end of each skirmish, to make wvw great again, add a random item for a reward.
Like a skin, weapon, siege, anything

THEN at the end of the week whoever wins give them something slightly better as a reward. Like idk some gems, or a bl key, something.

Also try to add more armor, weapon, outfit skins, dyes to the game.

If you aim right behind the skritt like right behind them at their feet it should register. If you aim right at them sometimes it won’t hit, oddly for the aim mine just hit when I am directly behind them.

10 days ago a backpack or wing set was released and now I don’t see them and I can’t buy or gift them. Was this an accident? The Crystalline dragon wings? not the arboteur ones.

This new scoring change where 2nd and 3rd place get the same points, well it’s not cool. If Anet wanted to kill wvw faster thing ought to do the trick.
Shame on anet for doing this , Shame on them. I’ve done thousands of hrs of wvw and this makes me not want to wvw. What’s the point if you would be good enough to get 2nd place but get same points as 3rd place. The fun is ruined, RUINED I SAY!!!! WHY DID THEY DO THIS WHY!!?!?!??!?! Yeah it helped T1 but that is it. Maybe anet should only do this to t1. If they don’t change it back a lot of my friends will quit the game.

There doesn’t seem to be a point in playing if at the hr you’d be playing you can’t get #1 with the amount of people you have.

I am used to doing a lot of hrs but with holidays, wintersday, pvp stuff for ascended stuff, etc going on there is not much of a point to go wvw if my efforts will be meaningless and the 2nd and 3rd place get the same points.

I’ve done thousands of hrs of wvw and if you truly think about this latest scoring change it only helps t1.

This new scoring change has upset 95% of the wvwer’s out there. Please change it back
To have 2nd and 3rd place get the same war score per skirmish is awful.
If you are trying to kill wvw faster this will do it.
Please I beg of you change the score thing back.
I’ve done many thousands of hours of wvw and maybe 1% of the population would like this change, but the majority don’t like it and it has made some people already stop playing the game for now.
Please change it back to allow 2nd and 3rd place to get the proper points.

WORST IDEA EVER!!!!!!! I have done days where I worked my butt off for many hrs in wvw, and to have that not count at all would be offensive and awful.

What would be the point of trying to doing all that work ( and trying to also have fun, when there is a good chance you’d probably get in 2nd place which wouldn’t matter because 2ND and 3RD PLACE HAS THE SAME POINTS!!!!!

I’ve done wvw for about 4 years and this is a horrendous idea. Please reconsider and scrap this idea before you kill wvw even more. I’m begging you please please please.

Hmm? When I see someone use a treb it throws snowballs, and catas presents.

I opened a lot of black lion chests since the wintersday update and I have only gotten pure junk. Tomes of knowledge I don’t need, revive orbs I don’t want, merchants I really don’t want, and just literal junk. I spent hundreds of gold on keys and the drops since the last update have been worse than they’ve ever been. Is there something wrong with the drop rates right now?

I can only get 10 mails at a time and before I was able to get more. I need more spaces.
Anet can you let us get 15 or 20 mails at a time please? It only allows space for 10 and I need more spaces please please. Before you could have more than 10 spaces for mail.

O_O why does 2nd and 3rd get 1 pt both? This is disappointing.

It would be a major shame is the molten jetpack ceased to be. Anet should add it back into fractals and at a higher drop rate. It isn’t even on the tp anymore people bought them all.

Please let us have Wintersday as soon as possible and let it last a while. When the weather dips below -20 F and you are stuck in your house because of blizzards it’s nice to do the wintersday day stuff while drinking hot cocoa and listening to a crackling fire in chimney. Get me through the winter please when it gets closer oh great anet gods.

I like playing GW2 during the cold winter months especially if there are fun wintersday events. please let winterday come soon and stay a while, I need something to get me through the -20 degree weather when I can’t go outside much.

Server population caps should be lowered to help prevent some stacking and as bad of queues. Like if a “full” server was marked full at 80% and take the 20% off the cap eventually the next time overall server populations dip in amounts.

It happened for like 10 minutes to me the other day in wvw. I just got back from the new pve map. I think when I changed maps it fixed itself.

I opened 26 chests and in 7 of them I got tomes of knowledge and merchants. Q_Q
So I know the pain some.

Permanent rune/sigil extractor. I’d make anet a crap ton of money. Also living story 1 replayable too would be a big ticket item.

I had that happen in wvw when too many people were attacking me.

Also when people spam the kodan tonic it causes a memory leak and other issues and you start to glitch a bit and lag. Like if you waypoint it can take up to a minute to load in and the only way to fix it is to restart the client.
