can u just completely separate spvp from game ,and make like spvp patches every 2 weeks ,there is no point in spvp being even similar to pve or wvw , u can give something like “reward coin” (name doesnt metter:) for tournaments and daily /monthly achivements ,vendor that will sell u pvp wvw or pve stuff for those "reward coins " ………

for those" reward coins" u could buy like super shiny new armor or stuff that people like ….
and make seasons with rewards based on team and solo leader,not every year season but every month or 2 …..
and leagues would be nice to ,to prevent playing against teams much lower skill ,or much higher skill…..
and u could spent like 1000 $ per month at least for reward on monthly tourney,it is not much but better than nothing,and give it by esl …..

that is just stupid : i go to hot join play less than 1 minute couse the game was almost over and i get 130 glory at the end (i was like 7th with 35 glory at score bord) , second situation :i play whole game im second and got 230 points we lost the game 500-440 and i got 130 glory …….??

what is the point of this system couse i dont understand , just go the the end of all match play 1 minute and gain 130 glory ? couse if u get 130 glory in 1 minute what is the point of playing whole games :/ another glory farming idea ?

and why u give boost for wining if there is no matchmaking even simple one by ranks ?

pls devs stop giving me pve rewards for wining tn in pvp , i dont play pve and wvw so why in pvp u give me pve rewards…..

those chests are not that good reward ,but why do i need magic find if i never play pve ???so better keave chests or give choice to players if they want pve wvw or pvp reward

i play full bunker engi ,and i can say only to u (if u cant kill engi with 5 players) learn to play first and than write topics ….
bunker engi has 3 counters s/d thief ,shater mesmer, full condi engi ,if they are good ofcourse…..something that can be killed in 1v1 is not OP …..again l2p ,maybe watch some streams first read something and than write BS

after revolt on forum 2 days ago ,i got banned so couldnt write ….

After that “revolution” i saw that finnally devs started to comunicate -that was really good devs ,u did not act like kids but like adults , i really like that ….

That "revolution"was the only way to show that we are mad ,about lack of comunication , balance , top players leaving gw2 pvp, very slow changes , being ignored as pvp players……the revolution worked , u started comunicate at least…

From me i can say (and probably many players pvp) that i really like this game ,and i care about it , that is why i am mad when i see that someone is destroying it ….

stop thinking that u are the only one that care about this game ,and u only work on it
i spend like 2,4 k hours playing only spvp , and a lot more thinking about it , or watching streams , or writing and reading forums …….

i was very dissapointed after yesterdays patch ,very small changes ,i hope that u will give us more fast,not like next year ,couse all the good players will leave ….

and comunicate guys ,and think about starting to building this game with pvp players ,couse we spend of a lot of hours playing pvp ,and we know what is bad for the game….

for example 10000 everybody from this 10k gives 10 $ per year , it is 100000 $
with this money 1 big tourney with higher rewards 10k $ a head for winning team
imagine if 1 milion of players give 10$ per year XD
10milion $ for tourneys every year

everyone can say my build is the best ,but not everyone wins tourneys ……
just get builds from top teams like Team Curse (former Team Paradigm) dont know the top NA team ….
another advice :
-watch streams of players that play ur profession
-if u got problems fighting against some professions or speccific builds ,create that profession make build and watch why are u loosing ,watch the animations,watch discription of skills ,and later watch stream of player that play this prof or build

-dont use ur heal skill when ur low , but use it before ,for example if ur HP is 20000,ur heal skill heals u for 6000 ,u should heal around 14000, not wait untill ur HP is 7000 for example,some builds can do different tactic like burst builds , but most of builds should use heal cooldowns like this….or for example if u can burst with ur teammates a guy in 2 secs ,u should use burst skills not heal urself ….

next advices
-dont fight away from points ,fight on point or near point
-if u are low health say it
-if u are down say even few times
-if u are low dont run away from team fight becouse ur guardian and rest cant heal u and ress u (run from team fight only if u got skills for it like RTL on ele and dont have a lot condis on u)
-comunication in team is very important get on TS or something

ye but hit from rune of water doesnt count condi tick (hit) this would be change 5% from condi tick

2 sigil of purityis only 1 condi every 10 secs ,20 % + malandru ,would give u 45 % condi reduction of all condis

Maybe create runes that have 5% chance to remove one condi on hit from condis ?

maybe it would be a solution for condi spamming?

or just create sigil that reduces condi duration by 10 % and if u put 2 of them on 2 1 handed weapons u get 20 % redoced condi duration

couse when u are new u really dont know nothing , what role u can play in team what skills u like and what are usefull for teams ,and the most important thing if somethings works at low level tourneys it probably will not work on high tourneys ,and u shouldnt waist ur time to create builds , experienced players allready made them for u
when u will get to level that u compete with high level players u can start making ur builds ,before that concentrate on learning

i noticed that some new players try to play in teams and a lot new players play solo q
so some advices to you :
-dont cap points with 2 or 3 guys ,leave it to one guy
-dont try your own builds get those well known builds
-if u are trebing ,and someone comes ,but u see after few hits that he is tanky ,dont fight with him just leave treb and go somewhere else
-sometimes it is better to leave the point to decap for asaulter beacouse his aoe dmg will kill u in close range
-always first put poison on downed enemy ,and blind it if u got one
-if u are dps and dont have stability or something to stomp just leave it to guard and put hard dmg on body
-dont try to ress team mate if u see that u will die while ressing ,just disengage or just save ur live to hold them more
-in big teamfight if someone is down from ur team ,all get to him and ress ,maybe not 4 of u but 2 -3 , dont stand and do nothing
-remember that u hit the target ,llike all , dont choose ur own target
-dont focus bunker units like guardians ,s/d thief is not that easy to kill to….. engis mesmers are easier ,but priority is nekro
-kill ress spirit if he appears from ranger ,but dont this if enemies are about to go down couse they will be ressed after spirit dies , just try to interreupt spirit when he is rising his hand

there are many tips and tricks in this game ill write more sometime , and i hope that more experienced players will write some advices for new players , to get more good players couse the pvp comunity is very low …

write skills that u think that are useless in pvp (like not hot joins but the real tpvp) and will be useless probably in future….

Elite :mortar-useless -maybe comletely changed would do something ,but i think it is better to give new skill
eliksir x -not useless but first shouldnt be random, u should choose it in trait(for example) what u want to get tornado or rampage ,why random with engis so much ..dont understand it it is not professional
all turrets -turrets are good idea but machanics has to be different in pvp completely
maybe they should be unkillable or something and than disapearafter sometime ,maybe they should have wheels or something and follow u if traited…..

rest of the skills are not useless,need corrections probably but not useless
i think other profs have more useless skills ….

what is diminishing return ?(dont know gaming and english that much )

what should be changed imo in general:
first remove all ress skills from game,ressing should be team skill not skill on toolbar ….

give immunity ( 5 seconds ) for disables after u are disabled :chain fearing nekro , or chain stuning warrior , or chain knockback engi is not skill it is just pushing few buttons and giving no chance to defend urself to a foe…..

no disable should be longer than 2 secs or 4 seconds is realy a lot in team fights

remove skills like moa from game :why there is skill that u cant do nothing for such long time ,if u keep moa in game give invalnurable to player that is moa,make it tactic skill not stupid brainless skill

make this game more simple more tactical ,not spam ,spam, spam ……than if didnt work ,2 are in downstate so ress spirit and they up again :/ there is so much skill to push elite skill button twice and ress everything …hmmmmmm

if u make builds like perma evade thief why u give him so much dmg ?if u make nekro with deathshroud that u have to put tons of dmg to kill it why u give him milions of fears and condis + epidemic …..it is insane ,or ranger with pet + 4 spirits ? u cant even see what is going on

make this game simple to watch , more tactical not spam,spam game ,will be easier to watch ,now it is not fun to watch ,and u need viewers for any stream

and start listening to players ,couse after year this game is up ,u didnt proved that u can balance this game , u proved only that ur plan is bad ,i know that u created this game but we play this game and we dont like it how u deal with balance and make it e sport, this game is for us not for u :p
why u do so much for pve not for pvp ? with good pvp scene ,with big pvp comunity u can make this game famous , it is free advertisment for game and ur company ,
look at those famous pvp games , GW2 have much more potential than those games

and last thing make pvp in this game free to play for everyone ,maybe the comunity will grow enough to make e sport from it , but first make this game simpler ,and more tactical …

i think im the only engi that is using this trait :/ and i use it only becouse of OP nekros ,so i can have chance to win 1v1

if they nerf nekros ill probaly stop using it couse there are better traits to use

Since the patch of 26th june, Necro and Spirit Ranger cause OPness and havok.
Many vets are done with GW2 and CORE team are in disarray and mayhem.

The noob, the PUG and all those feeding CORE team are now gone to Soloq. Good riddance but the rippling effect, mix with the devastating patch of June is simply too hard for our community to handle.

Now tonight, we face the same dominating team 4 times in a row. To get rid of that unpleasant evening, my team simply call the night off. Less team to play against, mean that kind of kitten more often… and we are already fed up.

At the same time, we have DOTA2 that got millions of people playing and hundred of millions watching at TV the games. (yeah! Literally… TV shows of gamers playing DOTA 2) Another great Esport, that is free to PVP all your heart. That have a great matchmaking, because they have the critical mass to do so.

Actually, it’s even bigger. They raise the cap to 3 millions dollars for 1 tournament. So, how long before the pro look at a mere 10 000 and dreams of millions?

GW2 should give for free the sPVP section of the game. That way, they can sell more boxes for those who like sPVP enough. Is it so hard to sell things in the shop that goes to the tournament reward like all MOBA do? Please Anet, continue the fight, the community of your TPVP TEAM is dying in front of you….

except the big mistakes like picking wrong build (if u learn just get popular builds easy to play ) u can make many many small mistakes in team fights and 1v1 ,about those mistakes could someone tell u if he spectates u on tpvp , or some of them ,spectating on hot join , couse there is so many stuff that u have to watch ,that it would be hard to even write about everything , couse u just forget about many stuff , after 3,4,5….10 k games played ,i dont know how annoying it would be for me if i started playing now :/

if u know good players that can sometimes spectate u and speak with u on ts while u play ,the problem is that u can spectate only hot join and scrims , tpvp u can only stream :/

Let’s analyse the builds in order or power, which require nerfs because they aren’t fun.

1, Spirit ranger – the king of the meta is the spirit ranger. That is evident from solo q. It has evades, the ability to win ANY 1 on 1 easily, and possibly the best team fight utility with passive buffs and actives. There is NO counter play at all. If you kill the spirits they activate. Which sucks. Then they instantly summon them back because the cooldown starts when they are summoned. When back the spirits can be activated again and killed again to activate yet again. More than this, the spirits confuse any team fight. Finding targets is difficult. And no it isnt because of the effects. But even without this the spirit ranger is just broken. It is like the most op ele was but with signet of undeath x3 rolled into 1 build. It needs a massive nerf.

2, S/d Thief – again there is no counterplay. How do you kill something which is perma evading? It is close to impossible at times. The amount of evades has to come down because at the moment it is just a frustrating experience. You cant focus the stupid things and yet they are dishing out crazy dps. It really does suck. They should either get crazy dps or evasion. Not both coupled with boon hate. Way too much.

3, Terror necro – Getting chain feared again isnt fun. I am bored of necro vs necro. There is no skill. It is luck (who can rando dodge something) and just lame. YOu shouldnt be able to fear cc someone to death on any class. Remove the buff to doom within 600 range for a start and then reduce the number of bleeds on a few of the skills and add increased lf gain from some main hand weapon skills. Necro dps needs to come down.

4, Stun lock warrior – not brokenly OP but still it sucks. Again, like fear, nobody should die whilst constantly under the effects of cc in a 1 on 1. Reduce the duration of the mace stun.

5, Elixr r – nobody should be able to res themselves. Stupid concept. Not fun that this class gets an extra 10k health for free. You feel cheated killing them and then they get back up and kill you. Please fix this.

And please don’t wait for after this pax tournament to fix these issues. Why alienate the 4 million people you sold this game to in order to not change things for the 10 people in this tournament. In fact I beat most of the guys in the pax tournament want this stuff nerfed because it sucks.

The meta at the moment is skill-less, but worse – it is just not fun. Sorry to say.

Anet u make is skillless builds most powerfull builds , there is to much fears and stuns in this game , this is not skill if u just fear fear fear +tons of ondis,or stun than stun and while immune to condis and direct dmg put tons of dmg (very bad path to fix warriors) ,thief evade hit evade hit evade hit teleport hit ….. spirit ranger with mass ress every 30 secs :/ u cant kill anyone in team fight couse there is spirit ress u have to kill spirit before , and watch not to kill spirit after they down becouse they ress:/
my main is engi so and i use elksir r (double) couse this is the only way to kill spirit ranger and nekro , couse first eliksir r i use to cure condis , second to ress ……but i would play without it if i dont need it ,couse i dont like skills that i must have or else build is not viable ……btw eliksir r is not that big problem in this meta ,chain fear +deathshroud +tons of condis -this is biggest problem ,and that spirit ress especially in team fights

Anet give immunity to fear for 5 secs after u get feared !!!

i got an idea an hour ago XD :
maybe top players like Teldo ,Super, even Helseth :p (sorry that i miss others :p )could do something like this ……

u take 2 teams (sometimes from top ,sometimes avarage . sometimes begginers)
u take them on ur server ,u get another guy from top to do it with u ,and u comentate the match between those 2 teams …..but u concentrate not on the emotional part of the match but, u just say what team red or team blu did wrong or good , what did player xxxx did wrong and what he did good , why team blu won with team red , why player xxxx lost 1v1 against player yyyy ,why player xxxx died so fast ………

why u should do this and why it should be in ur interest ?
becouse spvp comunity is preaty low ,there are not many teams ,and im not suprised becouse they loose a lot than they rage and whine and than team disbands ……
they loose becouse they make many simple mistakes ,tactical (as a team ,and as single players) ,comunication ……..
u could help them to improve ,and put ur advices in short (or long)vods
those vods(links to them) should be on forum in one place
more good teams closer to e sport :p
