Yes, NSP has two Anet “tagged” people who run around from time to time. I’ve talked to one of them before. It’s only an artist and his girlfriend. They aren’t giving us anything special, they are just playing on their own time. If you ask them, they’ll tell you.

If one of them is a mesmer we saw him yesterday outside of SM in EB….Trust me he wasn’t invulnerable, lol we tested it over and over and over and….

As far as the invulnerable golem thing? Who knows, I wasn’t in that BL when that went down, so I can’t say…But it would be pretty dumb on ANETs part to do that, so I doubt he was truly invulnerable.

To be clear, i am not implying that golem was invulnerable. I didnt see that myself, and i am pretty sure that it went down.

My point was just that it is funny to see people say that the developers helped out SF too much by moving us up in rank after we dominated Tier 8 for MONTHS, and implying we dont deserve it, but are OK with developers getting a golem army going for their server and taking over an entire enemy borderland.
Hypocritical stuff like that tickles my funny bone line nothin else.

Invulnerable or not, advantage or not, if a Pug sees a developer tag you can bet your kitten he will follow em to victory.
One of the biggest hurtles of WvW is getting your server working together…. And in that regard an Anet tag >>>>> blue commander icon.

Im not going to say how developers play their game, but if they are doing it on their own time i think it is pretty silly to do it in a way that could clearly provide an advantage, if in coordination alone.

I read this and just lol golems on our server are courtesy of zos normally specially smitty the devs you see on any server are playing during their free time and can in no way alter the game the dev on our server could be on the art team for all we know.. its just a member of the dev team having fun playing the game following the commanders. So very nice kitten though irrelevant considering most servers have devs I’ve seen devs on hod and gom recently

Was sort of funny watching NSP send wave after wave to their death at Aldon’s. I must have gotten a couple hundred NSP kills tonight between the failed golem rush at SM and the hour long defense of Aldon’s. They eventually took it, but a couple people claimed to have gotten 2 rank ups before they did.

Nice to hear a dif server got a chance to experience that.. lol that’s an every night thing for nsp ^^

Yeah. These matches were far more enjoyable when populations were more evenly matched. Another big fail for Anet for allowing all of the transfers. Getting flashbacks to a few months back of being outmanned by servers with larger WvWvW populations and long days of spawn camping by the population bloated enemies. And to think…I was just feeling good about coming back to WvWvW the last few weeks.

Meh. Grats on your influx of server mates. I guess this game really is all about numbers.

You know hod and gom got transfers nsp didn’t as far as I’m aware playing on nsp.. but the fights are still fun I think more fun bigger the zerg the more bags I get imo

So far this thread is nothing but kitten kitten double team kitten kitten. Someone always gets it from both ends just the nature of it…. everyone is acting like people are raging over hods transfers too yea they got quantity but the quality is lacking..

You always end up double teamed for a while just how it works… every one of our servers spends good portions of our time having both of the other servers breathing down our necks

No you are bad because you run around with 30 to ensure killing a 5 man and ensure taking a tower that requires 6 people to take. You guys use 30 so you don’t wipe on something that at most needs 5-6 lol.

(and Toble for your comeback of “it’s defended so we need that many”…. Just take the 5-6 required players to take a tower to a different tower. Problem solved)

The other teams aren’t made of npcs they are sentient enough to follow you and wipe you or head you off lol and ya know what they has 30 people and the map cap is more then thirty people soo attempting to do anythin but camp flip when the enemy has 30 plus on the map and you have 5 only is an absurd idea unless your team has 20 plus distracting them somewhere else on the map

I guess old habits die hard, and you went back to allowing the server with a strong lead to rack more free points. Maybe it was not your goal, but that is what you achieved all night long. Playing for 2nd place.

Enough of the play for 2nd talk, I had enough of it in the NSP-AR-BP threads when that was going on.

Truth of the matter is people take what they can take. Most of us here just looking for some fun and stuff to kill. We try one thing if we get smashed or just overwhelmed in numbers, we try something else. I cant count the number of times this week Ive seen NSP rolling one side of HoD eb, while GoM rolls the other, not trying to attack Nsp at all. I know points matter and people want to win, but unless the march update changes something to where winning matters I don’t see it changing much. And really I hope it doesn’t. In the lower brackets so much of winning is purely a numbers game and coverage holes. I’d hate to see people start getting awards for that.

Well, you guys did start to push into our borderlands.

Sad thing is that is literally all we used to take it and even less to wipe their zerg at briar then retake it… was a fun night lots of bags at briar

Was a fun siege but I still hate feeling like we as nsp are just beating up the lil guys (no offense intended). Despite ar and bp outnumbering and having better coverage due to our fair weather population being so large we as nsp were much better suited for that tier. And in my opinion the guilds that decided to force a tier drop by takinr last week off made a bad choice

Is it honourable to try and make your server drop a tier so that you can have easy fights against a weaker enemy? No.
Is it honourable to leave your home server? No.
It is honourable to boast of your own honour? No.

From what you said in TS, you would move off of NSP if free transfers came back for even a day. Which no one is really surprised at.

Of course it is great to have people working to improve our server, but purposely trying to make us lose so you can pretend that winning against much weaker servers is all you? That cries of someone who needs their ego stroked, you are not the person who is responsible for NSP victories, the people of NSP are.

You ask for people to stop trolling you, except you go around, publicly and privately bashing other guilds which are not yours. And we respond to that with posts like this, pointing out that you are not NSP. You do not represent even a fraction of what NSP stands for.

It was not our intention to be here.
As we always play for a higher tier, not to purposely lose.

Since Ronny has joined our server, we have gone from being nearly winning to losing and actually dropping a tier.
Anvil Rock as a majority were glad to see him go.
I can tell you there are plenty of people here who would like to see him leave also.

Has anyone experienced a bug where a necromancer’s death shroud will lock out abilities upon taking any basic damage from any source. I am sure i am not being dazed or other such interrupts.
