Thank god I finally have my gift of battle. Now I never need to enter WvW again and can stick to sPvP and PvE. Seriously – WvW is all about zerging that takes no skill and you’re not even given the illusion of making a difference. And if you solo roam, scout etc you get no rewards worth your time.

Leave WvW to those who seem to think that “fun” is a good enough reason. The rest of us won’t waste our time there with such poor incentives and no scope for skilled play.

Rams are underrated. Six rams is clearly a legitimate tactic because anyone trying to flip the tower after hits the AoE limit and can’t take them down!

People need to use them in open field fights more too, tons of hp to soak AoE with and a condi necro with terror flame vent can one-hit straight down people with no stun break.

actually no skill lag is never really a problem even in bp/sbi/nsp matchup other then this recent patch causing d/c problems which is the patch itself

Last patchbugging out nsp isnt what I took from it even though I’m aware of it im on nsp almlst never have skill lag even this week against bp and sbi

Theives aren’t that hard 3 backstab theives just make my engi giggle anything else and I just ignore

I have hard time reading op but most people are having fun right now with the new matches even of blowm out fow and vabbi don’t count

the system is only broken for ranks 1-5 think about that for a second.

And the bottom tier. T8 in North America, T9 in Europe. The bottom 2 servers in each cannot offer much competition even in prime time. It turns into a boring blowout week for which ever server gets matched up with them.

I play on RoF and we’re in the Eurotrash can tier for the 2nd time in 3 weeks. One major WvW guild left our server because of it, and most of us gave up WvW last Friday night. It doesn’t matter. We’re still walking all over Vabbi and Fow.

Those two servers need to be closed.

Vabbi and fow are just broken if only it wasnt just two servers be much easier to deal with the problem

Frost meant “Os Guild” not “is guild”. And they are VERY competitive and solid guild. I give them mad respect. Not to mention if you find yourself not fitting in perfectly they will set you up with an allied guild that better fits YOUR play style and needs. Very tight knit community on NSP for sure!

Nsp has spca tm xoxo splt all the big guilds tend to also enjoy roaming at times nsp has some of the best roamers

Torment is not OP, necro aoe torment is only useful because of the 2s immobilize. Coniditon damage gear shouldnt be used in wvw anyway, the only useful conditions are cripple/chill/blind etc, none that do damage anyway and e.g. a power necro can offer all of that.
Saying you can kite plague is dumb, maybe in a 1v1 or smallscale, but in a GvG or vs zerg I always have 5 people blinded/crippled/chilled/bleeding/poisoned and receiving ~600 damage every second + my retaliation doing work, not OP but extremely useful.
Well of darkness is the same, even if the enemy melee stays there for 2 seconds it already made a difference, gotta drop it at the right time.

Weakness and poison are also very useful since they fixed weakness

To the three sbi the asuran mesmer the human warrior and the thief at the sentry bay side of sbis garrison… it was fun watching how hard you three tried to kill me and couldnt… i finally got bored and you chased me all the way back to briar

What’s more op about necros honestly is poison fields blast finishers and dark fields plus blast finishers more op then plain well of darkness or plague of darkness

It isn’t about win and loss anymore its about rating

If you aren’t always turned on by nsp your doing it wrong

The only fix that could really be used for this is switch skill 2 and 3 around on ele down

I’m from IoJ, and I, uh… don’t understand most of your post. But no, we don’t team up with Darkhaven. Or anyone, as far as I know. We were matched up against Darkhaven for a good ten weeks or so before the random matchups kicked in – and oh look we’re up against them for this week and last week too.

If there is a team up, it’s unintentional and more along the lines of a mutual “I’m really sick of fighting these guys, I’m gonna go punch someone new.”

That said, it has been a pleasure fighting you NSP bros You have some very refreshing strategies and group makeups after the months and months IoJ did fighting DH and SF. If you ever see a human mesmer with purple ribbons in her hair, that’s probably me!

Another reason to join is the one week we aren’t getting focused by two servers a lot larger then us we get into first against those larger servers

Eles have light armor, low health and do comparably low damage. They’re made of wet paper and attack you with noodles. So they can escape death if they’re close enough to a tower. That’s your beef? Really? How about we strive for class balance instead?

Your not playing ele right at all maybe you should reroll eles can put out really high damage or be one of the hardest to kill classes in game

here’s to hoping for a different matchup tomorrow. as the challenge grinds to a halt the second the weekenders burn themselves out.
a strong suggestion to the Os guild: you would greatly increase the success of your server by splitting your zerg in half and using it more than just friday and saturday. oh and the tunnel vision on hills is beyond predictable now.(although why we over at GoM fail to take advantage of that is a little strange)
