Nothing to wory about soon Tier 2 Yakbend server will get tired of pvdoor and gliko will go down and the other 2 servers will catch up. Unless they pvdoor hardcore for half a year they will never catch the tier 1.
If you went to yaks you got locked in pvdoor and trolled hard by arena net lol.

YB will never get to tier 1 in the next months, tier 1 servers are very close in points. Only if 1 server start a mass exodus which wont happen due to transfers lock.
So if you transfer to YB you got pwned by arena net and you are doomed to pvdoor for a year

Even tier 1 is dead, only small queues on reset day on 1st hour. They killed wvw on porpuse because they still belive if we dont play wvw we go to pve zones or spvp…

If they rework the old ones plz bring back the quaggans and remove the atrocity of zone caping ruins… spvp is not fun it wont be a e-sport, dont try to force us to your fetishism of caping zones spvp style.

So all bl are now k-train and empty wvw completly broken lot of ppl thinking about leaving the game, all trust in Anet lost, lots of people deciding not to buy HoT…

Must be that reason, they are mad, they can’t shut down their servers because we dont stop playing on their already paid game.

Not to mention the skill lag when you can only use the 1 skill on wvw… and even worse canot even land a melee hit because of lag…
Fix that before even think on launching an expantion

The drama, rage quit and QQ from the losing team would be game breaking

Less players each map but more BL will make the queue the same because the total number of players in all maps will stay the same and the queue will stay equal.
4 or 5 server will lower imbalance because the weakness on coverage will be reduced.
The servers will have to be more focused on defending their corner due to the possibility of counter attack from another server. Karma trains and pvdoor will be reduced

If the game developers realy care about wvw witch i think they don’t… we could make a contest with the map design in .jpg and let players vote on the best… that would be a great thing for wvw community.

Also would be less QQ when you lose and less hate because with 5 servers you can blame the others and works like an escape goat.

Close the current BL they are old and no one likes it and put a new 5 BL system with less population cap each one that would be ideal and solve tier 2 and 3 NA problem.
If 5 is to much at least 4…

It could be balanced with 4 servers or more in the same map, with 3 server can’t never be balanced because when the 1st one strikes the other follows and always get 1vs2.
With more servers they can balance more like they do with imbalance classes on pvp they dont let you duel but with 5v5 it looks balanced

I think the game developers have a chance with this new expansion to save WvW, and its important because that’s the game mode that differentiate this mmo from all the others.

So the 3 free for all server tends always to turn into 1vs2, both stronguest servers turn to the weaker one for easy ppt.

So why not match 4 servers and make them like a team, with the stronguer one and the weaker one vs the 2nd and 3rd.
In that way the winner gets match with the last one in a team vs the 2 in the midle.

Just imagine this: 4 borderlands (with less population cap?) and 2 servers get shared points in that week, they have to work together and it gives more options and tactics like 1 server dedicated to defend and the other to roaming or conquer.

They don’t even need to get pair teams for a better balance, if they 1vs1vs1vs1 its already better than 1vs1vs1 because of the 1vs2 factor but the game developers in their heads all they can come with was the 1v1v1…

GW2 is the best at wvw in all mmo… but game developers think living story is what players want and that spvp will become a E-sport (lol)

Im warning the game developers if the wvw wont improve like in every big patch of pve boredoom a new wvw map to compensate… me and my friends wont buy any expantion…

Maby your server have the population moving to another server, that happens when servers start losing and implode. Divinity reach with 2h queue on overflow on my server really not a game that will die soon

There is a bug when the blackhole lose at WvW and 90% of all players in gw2 stacked on that server started qq… arenanet had to take it down because the bandwagon was unhappy

I just log in to see if they changed the bloodlust i think i still got hope for gw2… i miss the serious wvwvw old days, when zerg vs zerg just kill each other in glorious battle with no worries if u have to stop to get stomps, when ppl actualy fight to survive when down and now they just try to die before they get stomped… or just alt f4…

If they keep this way i will look for another game for sure.

Also seems like only bg stomps on a zerg vs zerg fight, to play good in a zerg vs zerg u wont ever stomp if your players stop to stomp they would lose the battle. So your points are invalid

It’s not far fetched, and depends on the size of the zone you zoned from to get to WvW. Heart of the Mists is a pretty quick one, and it loads even faster in windowed mode. Just login, minimize at character select, select character, and then select a BL from there. Process takes very little time, and is something I’ve gotten accustomed to doing more frequently than I’d like in order to fix the all to common Gem Store “Authentication Error” nonsense.

If it’s not exactly 15 seconds, it’s pretty close. Could even be faster as one can legally make a macro that does it since it’s all commands external to the game: close window -> launch program -> left mouse -> left mouse -> minimize. Then everything else you’d have to click yourself since that’s internal to the game and would be a breach of the rules and regs to macro.

Stomping > ppt
Blackgate proved that by having 200 less ppt than the other servers for several hours and still pulled ahead so Alt F4 is actualy a good way to win.
They do that so why we cant?
The problem is in the system and this new mechanic… Players just alt f4 or use everything to get dead before the stomp. Elementalist just use the smoke form and suicide from a cliff or get in the water…

This system makes wvwvw look like a broken game, they destroyed the wvwvw with this capture the points fetishism to force spvp style on borderland maps…

At least make the points by killing ppl without stomp also so ppl wont alt f4 all the time

You will give xp and a bag but enemy wont get the points. Its worth it because blackgate can pull ahead by doing that even when they got like 200 ppt less. So its worth it

I just ALT F4 to avoid stomps if all do the same to break the system arena net will be forced to kill the new system…
