I lost about 780g in the process, so quite a bunch. It was back when I could have bought one for about 300g, but you never know your luck before you start :p

The lover is 600+ right now.
Ive thrown in about 200-250 rare shortbows and about 12 exotics. Small stuff compared to you Id imagine…probably only lost about 40 or 50 gold in the entire process since I feel I made a lot back when single exotics being rewarded to me.
But…:( I hope I dont end up being one of those people that waste 1000 rares in that thing…would almost discourage me from logging in anymore, even if I got the precursor. And I dont want to GIVE someone 600 gold for one either.

the about me and the precursor is yes i know it’s very very low chance and gamble in mf is not the best way. however i rather throw all gold away and have a chance to get it , than just give away all my hard earn gold to some lucky person who may not even play the game hardcore or care.

not sure where by now but colin i think said “they are not planning to add any atm or any time in the future . However it is possible to add in new mats”.
So base on that am safe to say maybe through a expansion they will add new tiers of mats.
first of all, Good job for reporting and spotting bots. Second, the bots don’t get ban in daily basic they get ban in a "mass ". so for when they do these mass not sure weekly?.
i haven’t finish updating the game but am guessing reward box that gives player when they reach X amount of achievement points? since the achievement leader board won;’t show untill 1-2 weeks. they might add the reward once the system is good to go?
well the rangers pet getting same ar same owner. Great + now they are little more usefully. the only part that made me happyfrom patch note. I love doing fotm however,
Fractals: my concern is the rewards at high lv like 38/48. to me they suck compare to other dungeon. most exotic i get are account bound. when u do 40+ with the amount of ar given atm is a 2HR+ run depends what one u hit. those lv should grand us at least a good amount of reward. Not some BS RNG i can do once a daily and get a fotm skin that my class can’t use/play style i don’t like.

I been playing Fotm for 2 months now from 38/48 on daily base. countless ring/relics in bank. can you at least think about letting us savage the ring? or ways to get the skin instead of RNG.
1.many many people has suggest some kinda of MF receipt to be added.
2. maybe could be thing u did with karma vendor in orr a chest give some rare stuff like lodestone/mini. new chest we can use the countless relics/ring.
3. or maybe we can trade with player with the fotm they want only though a npc in the fotm lab?.
yes like many other i got few skin but never the one my main class can use/the play style. at this point i would open to any thing other than the BS RNG.
The skin acquisition is the most annoying thing for me. I got to 44 and went back and did some 20-30s on top of that and have 0 skins. Put them in the trader like ever other dungeon instead of making us grind fractals to death for just a chance to get one that isn’t the one we wanted. People would probably play it more and come back to do it rather than get frustrated and stop doing fractals or even quit playing altogether because of stuff like this.
yeah exactly. am kinda that that point. The reason why i log in daily is for the laurels to buy the ascend gear. and in order to move farther into fotm. but all the rewards is crap. and the RNG… since my luck suck is like a dream not ever going to happen/kinda same with precursor/legendary.
I love fotm ,but it’s getting to point when i would stop forever if it isn’t fix soon. 2 months between 28-48. many unless rings. 3 skins 2 my alt can use 1 my main can use but not the play style. am so sick of RNG.
agreed. am/many other are so sick of the fotm RNG. first of all chest reward at high lv are the same at low lv. been doing 38/48 for 1 a month now . many ring never the skin i wanted/ and count less tokens. they really need to improve this dungeon and not nerf it.
for me and many of my friends will give up fotm if this 26th patch don’t give better reward/fix the rng crap.
P.s it seem like the dungeon designer gave up on fotm since there is nothing been done with this dungon other than many nerf.
i been trying to get 1 skin my class ranger/war can use for idk almost 2 months now been doing daily 38. like many other bank full of rings and no skins. i get is RNG but when you are that high lv atleast give us a 100% way even if it cost a lot of tokens or 4 ring in MF = 1 token to trade for any skin at fotm npcs? i mean there is count less way just plz don’t give me RNG.
for those who haven’t got anything like me after 50+ Pristine. i feel you pain and i hope this coming patch will give us some thing to do.
side note: only reason i play gw2 atm is wvw and fotm skin. since the lengendary are not worth my time and effort. maybe if the precuser drop price to the good old KAKA event time.

Can you let pets have same AR as the owner in fotm or make them some how not be able to take agnoy at all? beacuse as a ranger in fotm my pet is kinda useless in combat wise when fight boss . only thing his good at is rez ppl. they die way to quick since any small aoe/agony will sent them to death.
I am sure am not the only one think this is a problem? can u give any info on this matter?
yeah been doing daily 26/28 for 2 weeks for now 15 daily tokens and 0 ring/0 fotm skins. i really hate rng . I really hope there is some way to get them weapons skins just like the rings.
They are not. No laurels will be awarded for monthly achievements in january…they begin in feb.
Where did you take this information from? Or you are guessing?
well if u watch some of colins interview last couple weeks u would of heard him said that it will begin next month.
well, i have a monthly window full of % that tells me the oposite abnd we still have 2 days in january to complete it.
well sooner or later you will heard one of the derv comment agian saying monthly laurels will be handed out starting next month. untill than u can either find out yourself if u don’t believe us by finishing your monthly is simple as that.
yes they do however just the chest reward can only be open once per account to prevent muti toon getting mass rewards. i miss half of the boss fight cuz d/c had to go to work, because the event last way more than 1 HR.
i was there for 1:15min till i have to go to work and the boss karka still got like 80% hp… so i went to work thinking is 1 day event thing… but came home every one who got the loots and stuff said “never spawn again”…. 1:15mins wasn’t enough for the event? people have jobs and stuff. this made me kinda sad.
I notice today’s update you can create a new Mystic Forge recipe with all the Halloween Mats. But you need 250(a stack) of each , Pieces of Candy Corn, Plastic Fangs,Chattering Skulls,Nougat Centersto get the item.
does any one know what the item is? and is’s worth aiming for it?
