Wraath – [DDH] Darkhand
Ranger of Blackgate
(edited by neverborne.4736)
My guess is that they are trying to make each Ascendant piece have a primary path and 2ndary paths of attainment. (I.E. Fractals = Rings primary. Laurels = Necks primary Guild missions = Accessories primary).
I think the idea is that there are easier ways to get the gear if you play all aspects of the game, but you have the option of just grinding one type of game play to get the gear at reduced efficiency. Makes sense to me.
I’m guessing this will continue next month with WvW becoming a primary path of some sort of ascendant piece with less efficient 2ndary options.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Nice!
I think the most telling is the fact that it takes 2x – 3x longer in most cases to kill a moving target, and the moving golem isn’t even “smart”. A human player can extend that advantage even further. And yet, I’ll bet that when Arenanet did their “balancing” of our DPS against other classes, they probably used stationary targets.
NEWSFLASH: MELEE PETS NEED THEIR HITS TO GO OFF FASTER OR A WIDER HIT RANGE! RANGE PET NEEDS MASSIVE PROJECTILE SPEED INCREASE! DEAD PETS DO ZERO DAMAGE AND NEED AN AOE DMG REDUCTION FOR SURVIVABILITY!
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Hi. I am focused on WvW and I use a very similar build. Same trait allocation except I don’t usually take spotter. (I swap the longbow trait and piercing arrows for wvw and pve respectively).
Divinity runes are what I use, and are the strongest option in my opinion since short bow rangers really can make use of pretty much every stat. And I also consider Quickening Zephyr an absolute must, so I would swap that for lightning reflexes.
Other than that… nice build.
There’s plenty of great guilds on Blackgate to choose from, but let me tell you what might make Darkhand the right guild for you:
• Tactical WvW without the zerg: We run 10 – 15 deep in WvW most nights, and we take down forces twice as large on a regular basis.
• History: Darkhand is one of the oldest and most respected names in MMO PVP. We’ve been around for 15 years. You don’t have to worry about the guild having drama or collapsing. We treat each other like family and move from game to game together. Once you are Darkhand, you’ll be Darkhand for life.
• Ladies: do you like um? About 1/3 of our actives are honest-to-god, real life women.
• Pimp Web site? Check. www.the-darkhand.com
• Voice comm’s: Teamspeak server with all sorts of clever channel names. We’re so clever!

Well Janz, I’m glad you’re so happy with the class the way it is, and thank you for the extensive list of ranger traits and skills. I’m well aware of them all and don’t use most of those because they are terribly bad. Dead pets provide no cc nor dps which is what we were talking about in the first place. The limited WvW experience you have had sounds likes it has been mostly solo roaming, where your pet will obviously have more survivability. But consider the fact that some rangers want to be part of larger and meaningful battles and aren’t bad players (as you suggested) because their pets explode instantly in WvW AOE spam.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
@people bashing pets:
I couldn’t disagree more. My pet is invaluable to me in WvW and he does more damage than I do, I need to use it in order to down people. It hits whoever I target and obeys my command fine. For some reason you can’t control your pet and blame it on bad AI lol. And about siege, its a completely different style of combat. I run a full melee build so I have an 100% decrease in damage against walls. So does any melee build, so your pet not being able to attack is not unfair because they are melee and it makes sense. I instead focus on other things like building/manning/supporting siege weapons, or preventing people from entering or leaving. When there is no wall, my pet goes to work. Lol maybe I’m better at ranger than I thought, I think I’m pretty average. My experience with pets fills the expectation that A-net put out. I treat it as a partner in combat and my strategy is based around that. I find success and fun with it. I haven’t seen many rangers running around raging on how the pet makes them suck(outside of these forums of course). They do the same as me.
@neverbourne I’m gonna have to disagree with you on all parts that the class is broken, but I will say that the class may be meant to be a jack of all trades, meaning he isn’t best in one thing, but can potentially do anything. Saying thieves are better at burst and evasion is unnecessary as that has already been established. What they lack is defense and sustained damage. Nowhere does it say that we are their counterpart or that we should have more damage than them. Re-read the class philosophies on the link.
Just out of curiosity, how many WvW kills do you have? I’m not trying to flame you man, but I really don’t find it likely that you’re truly a dedicated WvW’er with what I hear you saying. I’ve got 13k kills, and my pet rarely contributes to them. Pets are going to die in the first few seconds of any sort of decent wvw fight. They might get a couple hits in if you’re lucky and your target decides to stay fairly still. They are simply not a reliable tool.
When you say “jack of all trades” what trades would those be exactly? We get no useful group utility (i.e. portal, group invis, shadow refuge). We’re not damage sponges like heavy armor classes or necros. Face it, we’re a straight up DPS class with low DPS. Saying we have “sustained DPS” as if it’s a good thing is silly. Thieves have better burst (far superior in wvw which is about downing people) AND better overall “sustained” dps. What defensive abilities do we have? Lightning reflexes and a master-traited signet invulnerability with a ridiculous cool down? AOE. We’ve got one. No blast finishers. No stealth. No reflection. We’re not jack of all trades bro. We’ve got one trade. Single target DPS. And with dead pets, we are fairly bad at it.

Simplest fix in the world which Anet refuses to implement: 50% to 75% AOE damage reducti. Pets should have to be targeted by players or bosses to get killed.
there is a trait that on dodge roll your pet gains protection. If you have a solid pet this protection will allow your pet to tank whatever AoE is thrown at it and survive to swap. I’ve done multiple dundgeons now and the dodge roll will allow the pet to survive spikes, particulalry if you have a solid pet like a wolf drake bear or pig.
The only times I have lost pets are when I wasn’t paying attention to the TELL TALE signs that the boss was about to spike. This is the fault of the ranger, not the pet. The ranger class in THIS game is designed around fighting with two characters at once.
Pets are extremely sturdy when built right and cared for. I’ve had my wolves tank champs without ever having to swap. I’ve solo’ed [group] events that groups won’t even take on because of insane damage. Pets are great when you use them properly. I’ve solo’ed one of the lovers keeping it busy while my party took care of the other.
If you like cats, great. Send them in for burst and pull them back, in and out, in and out. Its like a thief trying to duke it out with the boss… it ain’t going to end well. If thieves can’t pull it off, don’t expect your pets too either. Especially if you take said glass pet.
The more and more I play ranger and adapt my play, the more I see pet survivability as a user issue. GW2 has given us the tools to make it work (fractals excluded here, Arena needs to fix this). Use them.
Thank you. If you are not mastering your class mechanic in this game, you are not a good player of that class. The Ranger in GW2 is a beastmaster. Period. You are playing for two, and so anyone who is neglecting their pets should leave the class. If pet’s aren’t your style, then maybe the Ranger isn’t for you…because it’s kind of their class mechanic and therefore an essential part of their fundamentals. The Warrior got several of the old GW1 Ranger skills in his skill set, and all classes can hit from range so take your pick. If you aren’t making heavy use of your F1-F4 skills throughout a fight then you aren’t doing a kitten thing right as a Ranger. If I lose a pet, I made a mistake. Period.
Whatever the Ranger is lacking, a pet can usually cover. Stop thinking of your pets as additional spammable DPS and take a look at the utility they can provide. If you haven’t realized yet that you need to trait so as to benefit your pet as well as your own kitten then you will be handed that kitten over and over again.
I’m sorry sir but I’m guessing you’re a PVE ranger, high fiving your leet self for your mastery of the pet. Anyone who traits heavily into pets or thinks that F1-F4 skills will save them in WvW or fractals (primary end game of GW2) is a joke and a liability to their team.
People shouldn’t be basing any balance issues on a flavor text description of the class calling us “unparalleled archers”. That’s silly and I wish people would stop using that quote.
That said, we have major balance issues due to the broken pet mechanic, some crummy weapon skills and traits that don’t gel well. Warriors are raised in comparison often cause they are just so much more polished and effective than we are and there bow skills hit harder and are nicer. Really though I think we should be comparing ourselves to thieves, who are supposed to be our counterpart scout class. They hit harder, get tons of escapes, awesome utility and out class us in all areas. Our combined weapon/pet damage should be higher than the thief, (considering they get way more escape/utility) but it’s not even close. The pet needs to also actually HIT moving targets and LIVE through AOE’s before we will become a viable WvW/dungeon class.
In lieu of AOE dmg reduction for pets (which they refuse to implement) I wish they would just give us a ranged pet that has the same range as a traited LB ranger and fires spike projectiles which move as fast as a rifle bullet. They could hit targets on walls in WvW and wouldn’t explode in AOE.

-Double the distance between all keeps, towers and camps
-Objectives which hold a tactical advantage (such as hold this hill for 3 mins and get 5 trebs there to treb a keep)
-More tools for commanders to dictate the play, and a WvW requirement to be a commander – e.g. 10k kills in WvW. To stop PvE heros being the only commanders.
Totally agree. We need new/larger maps for WvW’s long term viability. This would force the zerg to split up into smaller groups to defend/attack far away areas. This in turn would make battles more strategic/skill based and also reduce culling issues of zerg vs. zerg. Unfortunately new maps don’t seem to be a priority from what I’ve heard from their wvw team.
Another suggestion I’ve been thinking about is more incentive to defend. Give defenders something to do during down time. This would be even more necessary if they create larger maps. Currently sitting in a keep waiting for it to be attacked is a terribly boring affair.
•Add buttressing: player can enforce wall sections and doors by hanging out in the keep and doing a long build action (costs 10 supply takes 1 minute each section) that adds 10% health to that wall section or door.
•Allow players to build “back doors” to keeps, creating a new in/out portal. Make it a long build action, or cost a lot of supply. Make it so only one player can work on it at a time so a zerg can’t insta-build it.
•Allow players to dump their supply into a tower’s supply, allowing defenders to run supply back and forth to give them something to do.
•Create a mini-game, gambling or dicing, that a defending player could play with other defenders or NPC’s while they are sitting there waiting for an enemy attack.

Another “free” transfer ticket for everyone is completely unacceptable as it once again opens servers up to massive population swings with guilds being able to transfer all their members for free at any time.
If you join or are a member of a guild, they may be willing to assist in gold cost to get you transferred if you are going to be an active WvW member. I know my guild is offering to pitch in to get any members over to the right server now that the paid transfers started.
Frankly though, server transfers costs have been telegraphed in every way possible by Anet, including the fact that they’ve been slated since well before launch. You shouldn’t be surprised about it. I think any reasonable individual would assume that hopping around to other servers to get world completion more easily would include some inherent risks of becoming split with friends. (What if those servers your friends were on had become full while you were away from them?)
(edited by neverborne.4736)
AOE damage mitigation is the common sense approach. My pet shouldn’t explode automatically in WvW. Somebody should have to target it and spend a couple seconds at least to take it down. As it is, nobody needs to actively work to kill a pet (or spirit) because they instantly die to AOE EVERY time.
LOL. Try again A-net.
Interested to hear if drakes are worth a dang now.
Don’t clearly understand this: “the number of uses on this skill’s effect will now decrease if an attack lands or if the attack is negated by Blind, Block, Evade, Obstructed, or Invulnerable.”
How was it functioning previously? Block/blind/evade wouldn’t reduce your uses? So in essence nerfing effectiveness of opening strike and sharpening stone?
It’s funny, after the big “spirit fix” I saw ONE ranger in WvW with spirits on patch day. I barraged and killed them all. Haven’t seen one since.
Yeah the math skills here are very sad. The more pressing question though is “who cares about the title?” The title system is so bad in this game, I don’t think I’ve ever had a chance to notice an enemies title. EQ2 did it better sadly by putting the pvp title in front of the person’s name (slayer, destroyer, master, etc.)
I’m on track to get the title within a year from launch, which is fine with me. But I am not excited about getting it in the least bit because nobody will ever notice I have it.
What some people don’t seem to understand is that on the official french, german and spanish parts of the website/forums it’s stated that it comes on the 28th, without specifying anything else. However, as many posters have already said, I don’t expect the patch/event to be deployed until the dailies reset, and what’s worse is that I think that’s the plan that Anet has had all along. That would make it arrive on the 29th for 3/4 of the world, and I think that that’s the problem: their lack of proper care/communication, not when they actually deploy the patch.
You can’t expect players to “imagine” that something won’t happen at a specified date on their localized websites if it’s not stated otherwise.
Haven’t ALL other patch dates and times ALWAYS been announced in terms of PST where the company is based? If you haven’t figured it out after 4 months of patches, I’d say at this point, you’re kinda dense.
Any official word on the release time??? It would be very nice of someone to tell us.
They don’t usually give specific times “officially”. I’m betting on a 1:00 or 2:00 pm pst launch which gives them a few hours to see if anything game breaking happens before they go home for the night. Seems to be what they’ve done in the past.
I’m not expecting anything, mostly because every improvement in the past, they’ve announced ahead of time to quell the ranger rage.
All things being equal, I’d say ranger is still one of, if not THE most underpowered class in WvW due to the pet mechanic. If they nerf barrage without improving anything else about longbow… I will rage hard.
I just put 20 green weapons in the mystic forge and got back 2 BLUES and 3 greens. Ouch! Is this working as intended?
I don’t understand how you can offer a build without even mentioning what weapons you’re using.
Also, there’s a big difference in a good build for someone who runs with a large zerg force vs. someone who’s going to be scouting 1v1’ing. A beastmaster build for someone who is primarily in large-scale fights is ridiculously bad.
Some build advice will depend on what your focus is going to be on (pvp, wvw, or pve).
I’m WvW based so if you aren’t, this will be less than helpful, but here’s some of my build info:
Gear: I chose to focus mostly power, precision, crit damage (berserker) gear with a bit of valkyrie stat gear in there for survivability. Went with circle of sun & circle of moon for ascended rings.
Runes: Divinity runes, for the all around stats (nice for bow ranger, since all stats are beneficial for us.
Sigil: Bloodlust and Fire
Utilities: Signet of the hunt, signet of the wild, quickening zephyr, entangle (SoH & Zephyr are ones I’d consider essential)
Traits: 10 marks (I), 25 skirmishing (I, X), 20 wilderness (VI, IX), 15 beast mastery (VI)
I’ve tried trap builds with full condition damage spec and I found this to be less than ideal for WvW. Spirit and Pet heavy specs also suffer in WvW since they die very quickly.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Hey guys I just wanted to see if anybody had done testing on pet movement speed with both signet and agility training. It doesn’t seem to me that the pet is getting a +55% speed boost and I’m guessing they are restricted to 33% max similar to players. I believe there’s also been testing to prove agility training does less than the tool-tip claims. Can anyone confirm this?
Also, the way they brush off population issues is incredibly disheartening. I’m on a T1 server and I can tell you WvW is definitely withering away and I can only imagine how much worse it will be by the time they finally get around to this “big” patch. NA prime time, we often have only 5 – 10 people on the enemy borderland maps. The pops are going down the tubes. Server merges, or “WvW teaming” two servers together needs to happen.
I love WvW, but seriously this is disappointing. Rewards and progression should have been in on day one. I’m glad they are finally coming, but if that’s all that’s all we can expect, they need to stop patting themselves on the back and be embarrassed.
New maps need to happen. If they aren’t working on these, I have little hope for WvWs long term survival. Balance them as best as you can and get them out ASAP.
Extensive web rankings (individual and guild) need to happen. They’re posting rankings in a forum post kitten What kind of operation is this? They can’t afford a web programmer to get this working?
Adding ascendant gear and titles is easy and should have been done in November. They really better have way more coming if they are making us wait this long and if they want WvW to survive the test of time.
Ok well i ask cause on this thread only thing i’ve seen is pets will hit moving targets but in aother thread i read someone say that longbows are getting buffed. I want to know how this is known ie is there some thread where the devs post some of the changes they are doing to rangers?
Jon has made posts in 3 threads about this upcoming patch stating the following:
• Increase projectile speed (not sure if only on longbow or if on all bows)
• Signet of the Hunt goes to 25% movement speed
• Pets ability to hit moving targets (somewhat) increased.
• For WvW and PvP rangers, these three posts are absolutely incredible.
• For PvE leveling rangers complaining that these changes won’t help you, that’s because the ranger is already very balanced for PvE, if not overpowered.
The only other “major” fix I think we still need to be totally viable in WvW and PvP is pet AOE damage mitigation. After that happens, you won’t see me on these forums any more cause I’ll be too busy loving my ranger.
By way of credentials: I’m a leader of a WvW-centric guild, I’ve got 8k+ WvW kills, and I’ve played pretty much every PvP MMO out there.
Three primary things keep people playing PvP in MMOs and GW2 lacks two of them.
1. Notoriety/Infamy: this is a huge driver for many PvP players. Lack of showing character name and total lack of leaderboards relegate this to “server pride” in GW2. And considering anyone can swap servers, this means nothing. At the very least we need better and more obvious WvW titles and guild/player leaderboards.
2. Progression: The pooch has been screwed on this one. WvW exotic gear is only available in one flavor, which is completely useless to most classes. Ascendant gear is nowhere to be seen. No viable option to grind a legendary weapon through WvW.
3. Gameplay/killin fools: This is the only area of WvW GW2 is doing relatively well. Luckily, the other two areas are the easy ones to fix. But without them, WvW has only one leg to stand on! And that leg is getting tired… real tired.
I love the game and want it to continue to thrive. I’m sure Anet can look at their WvW population metrics and see that numbers are way down. I fear February’s “big update” may be too late for many, unless they move quickly to address lack of progression and notoriety.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Hi, this is fantastic stuff. But there is one thing that me and my guild have been counting on for this build that we really need BEFORE February. Ascendant gear from badges! Please, please make this available in the December patch!!! Make them expensive but get them in there! We need WvW progression now, not 2 months from now!
I think some people are misreading his comment as an increase in longbow attack speed (easy to do considering the OP was talking about attack speed). I believe he’s only talking about projectile speed, which is great don’t get me wrong. I just don’t want you all getting bent out of shape when longbow still fires at the same rate.
You just blew my mind sir.
Give pets AOE damage mitigation and we’ll call it a hat-trick.
Necros move along please. Scout classes should have the fastest movement signets in game. You can request other changes but don’t expect to move as fast as a scout. It’s ridiculous that rangers didn’t get this at launch but thank you thank you for finally turning us back into scouts.
I feel like Divinity is the best for high crit SB builds which are interested in being well rounded. It might not be the highest damage out there, but you get the most stats on the full set. +60 to power, precision, healing, vitality, condition damage, and toughness and 18% crit damage.
It’s not super flashy, but it’ll make you tough as nails.
It gives 12% crit damage, same as ruby orbs but they give 120 power 84 precision. The difference is 9s vs 7g+
Well yeah if money is an issue of course there are cheaper option. But overall divinity gives you 360 stat points vs. 204 from an orb set.

I’ve got 8k WvW kills. I love playing my SB/LB ranger. But I’m painfully aware that I have to be 150% better than most everyone else to get anywhere near the same results. If pets received a damage reduction to AOE and an improved ability to hit moving targets, and our signet of the hunt was brought up to be on par with the thief, that would be the best Wintersday gift I could ever ask for.
I don’t mind “making due” playing arguably the weakest WvW class in the game, but a few tiny fixes could make us so much more enjoyable and make us at least slightly more on par with other classes…
Hi, you aren’t using piercing arrows which is a must for a dungeon build. Also, use range pets and try swapping the greatsword for a longbow (good aoe, decent cohesion with shortbow). That’s all I can offer. We aren’t a high value dungeon class, but if you minimize our weaknesses, you can make do.
- 10% increase in longbow damage
– 50% AOE damage reduction for pets
– 20% movement speed increase for pets
Yeti. Throws big hunks of ice.
Honestly I don’t care what the skin is, but we NEED a better ranged pet option. Make it max range the same as our bows and please give it a decent projectile speed!!!
Dear SBI brethern, cmon now with the crying foul on 2v1. It happens, and it sucks but complaining about it is noobish.
@PRX. Very impressed with your coordination and thanks for good fights tonight on JQ BL.
Way to come out swinging SoS. Good fights all night.
Well I’ve slept on it. Had some time to cool off a bit. I think the reason this is hit me so hard is that Jon really made it sound like there was some major change in the works. Didn’t want to give us a “spoiler”. Pulled back due to “risk”. “Significant improvements” etc. etc. I guess he was probably talking about GS 4 skill? Which, I guess I would be very happy with if I wanted to play a melee character. I expected a fix to one of our core issues, not just one weapon.
I, and many others, want to play a bow ranger, and right now that means I’m one of the weakest players on the field in pvp. Bring very little to my group. I’m saddened to hear that he thinks Longbow is fine as is. If it got a 10% damage boost (like warrior) and improved projectile speed, and opening strike bug was fixed, it would be a decent weapon.
But the truth is, we are limited by our core mechanic, the pet. Until pet survivability and ability to hit moving targets is improved… the class will never be a force to be reckoned with in WvW.
Just one more thing before I go to bed sorely disappointed…
You said you need to focus on “things you know you can fix”
Let me give you a short list of things I KNOW you can fix. Today. Now. That would take you 10 minutes of coding and would have a massive impact. We’ll test it for you.
• Longbow/shortbow projectile speed. You don’t need to test it. You’ve got faster projectiles in game. Increase ours so our shots actually hit moving targets in PvP. The greatsword change is appreciated… but the VAST majority of Rangers love bows and want to use bows. Side stepping against a ranger in PvP negates 50% of their longbow damage. Side step back and forth and it negates 100%. Leet strats.
• Base movement speed of pets. Increase it. 20%. Do it now. Our pets will start to actually hit moving targets. I promise this won’t break your game. They will still die ridiculously fast in WvW, but at least they might get one or two hits off instead of zero. It’ll have next to no impact in PvE. Please do it right now.
• Signet of the Hunt. Increase it to 25% movement speed. Do it now. It won’t break the game. Thieves have it now and it would mean we have an actual useful signet on our hotbar. Don’t test it. You already tested it for thieves. Just do it right now.
That’s it. Those 3 items. 10 minutes of coding. Would give us 1000% more love then what you’ve given us today.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Really completely unacceptable. Sorry Jon, I understand you guys are working hard and have limited resources, but so many other classes got so much more attention. We’ve made it blatantly obvious about our priorities, 90% of rangers are in agreement on them, and ZERO of them got addressed.
You can’t put a band aid on it this time. If you care about this portion of your player base… Please. We need a specific list of what you’re going to fix and by when, and you need to make Ranger the priority over other classes. Now.
We got… nothing… spirits still completely useless as they die instantly. I’m so shocked right now I can’t even put it into words.
2nd place for 2 days = facerolled?
Jon said it: “SUBSTANTIAL” changes. I’ve been putting my faith in that one word this entire time. Here’s hoping it’s true.
Sleepy, people aren’t concerned with Ranger’s PvE aspects. Leveling a ranger to 80 in PvE is stupid easy, and nobody is asking for it to be easier. We are concerned with PvP balance. If you’re not 80 yet, or are arguing about our PvE ability, then you’ve missed the point.
Nobody wants the class to be a “killing machine”, we just want to be brought up to par with the “balanced” classes. Warriors (a tank class) out DPS at range right now by a large margin. Thieves (who should be our counterpart) out-DPS us by a HUGE margin and have better utility. Mesmers and Engi’s out-DPS us and have way better utility.
I think I speak for the majority of end-game rangers when I say we just need a little love. If we hated the class, we wouldn’t have waited 6 painful weeks to learn our fate.
Is tonight the night? The night I’ve been waiting for 6 weeks since my ranger got neutered? 16 bullet points. SIXTEEN GLORIOUS BULLET POINTS! Please don’t let me down.
This absolutely needs to be implemented. There should be ladders for total kills, KvD ratio, points contributed (some sort of metric based on capturing points and defending them or maybe just Karma earned during WvW), and maybe an “overall” ladder which combines all three aspects into one ranking score.
Then you need to build it out further to include guilds. Total kills, avg kills per member, KvD average, and “overall” guild wvw score. (Try to build it with some sort of balance so that a guild with 50 extremely active hardcore wvw members doesn’t get completely shut out of the leaderboards by zerg guilds with 800 casual players).
These should be fairly easy to implement. Lots of this stuff is tracked already in the hero tab. Put the ladders on a website if they don’t fit into the UI easily. Make um filterable by class/server and you’ve got something for people to shoot for in WvW. You’ve got celebrity, you’ve got infamy, you’ve got a game that will last.
(edited by neverborne.4736)
Warmachine: freakin classy. What’s not to love about these guys? I sometimes walk around my house shouting “MOVE LIKE BALL” (a common WM commander shout). My wife looks at me like I’m crazy. Much love. Hope you all had a great time at your meet up.
It’s kinda silly to hear comparisons of SBI to the old HOD. I mean I know it’s bound to happen as we head towards our fourth win in a row. But seriously… HoD had 2 – 4 hour queues on all maps during their heyday. SBI very regularly has undermanned buffs, or zero queue in the borders. The only day that ever has more than a 10 minute queue is Friday right after reset. And to say we are strictly night capping is also pretty insulting. Several nights during this match we’ve been ticking for 300+ during NA prime time. Haters gonna hate I guess.
I personally have tons of respect for some of the opponents we’ve been up against. [LoTD] and [HB] on Blackgate showing insane coordination. [FIRE] from JQ are always showing up in force. I guess it’s sucky to have the same match over and over, but at least I feel we’ve built some lasting rivalries here. I guess if you wanna sulk and moan about 2v1 being the reason you didn’t win the match, go ahead… but these 3 matches have been the best in the history of T1 in this game. Everyone who’s participated should be proud to rep their server and guilds in the most competitive tier.
