1. Place would be dead after a few weeks if the only thing you could get are skins. Also, more mats doesn’t cause huge inflation, it just decreases the value of that mat and not the value of the currency.

What they could do is add a Guild Hall designed for smaller guilds. This would have the same features but would be way smaller and cheaper.

Is this for real? Like, for real? I did 1 guild bounty easy solo. I now have 400 favor. Is this too much work for you? Like for real? Do you even want to play the game or should we just turn this into cookie clicker?

I also had to grind to get my mastery maxed out. Had a lot of fun doing it. I’m ok with the nerf. I want others to also have a lot of fun with their elite. Now I will have some points left over for the next elite.

The only problem I have with Condi damage is how it melts World Bosses. Teq is melting like crazy, worm can easilly be done naked and Jormag is a joke.

The trait aspect of the build I could care less about. It’s the gear that bothers me. It has taken me three years to kit out my guardian in ascended berserker gear. Now that they’ve been nerfed to hell, the gear is worthless. I expect this sort of gear turnover in WoW; not in GW2. All I can think of now is all the gold I need to spend to re-gear.

Even the ability to re-stat my ascended will cost a pretty penny since all of the upgrades are lost. New runes and all new agony resists will be needed. Ugh! My legendary weapon plans are once again on hold.

Added a Mystic Forge recipe to change the stats on ascended weapons and armor. The recipe is as follows:
Ingredient 1: An ascended weapon or armor piece.
Ingredient 2: The exotic insignia or inscription for the desired stats.
Ingredient 3: Five globs of ectoplasm.
Ingredient 4: An Anthology of Heroes, purchased from Miyani for 10 spirit shards.
Result: A piece of ascended gear with the stats of the inscription or insignia of the same type as the piece of gear that went in.
Example: Zojja’s Claymore + Knight’s Orichalcum Imbued Inscription + Five Globs of Ectoplasm + Anthology of Heroes = Beigarth’s Claymore
NOTE: All upgrades are lost as part of this conversion.

So… when does the offer expire? The wiki says today, but I can’t see a time. I really want them but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make it.

This would apply if I would spend as much time with the expansion. But ATM, I might get 100 – 200 hours out of this? That’s 2 – 0.25$ per hour. With the summer sale going on… let’s see. Payed 15$ for Deus exe human revolution during last summer sale. 150 hours later… let’s calculate… 0.10$…. Well then, deus exe is below the maximum amount of play I get out of my money. We’re talking about an MMO right?

I actually have to agree. These are some fairly good points. I would love to support the game and $50 seems like a decent price… for what? What is in the expansion? Is it everything we’ve seen so far or is there a ton of content hiding somewhere?

Also, when I pay $20 to see a movie I pay the same for the sequel but I can know for sure that the sequel is just as long as the first movie, which I can’t know for sure with the gw2 expansion.

Now let me get this straight. I don’t think that $50 is a bad price. It’s a decent price and I get that an MMO is expensive. However, I hardly know what is in the expansion. So the thing I want to see is, not a price change, but more information about the expansion. What are we going to get, what does the new map look like, how does it play, how many dungeons will there be, how many world bosses will there be, etc. There’s just not enough information available to justify the price.

If what we’ve seen is all we’re going to get then I say, yes, this is overprised. It’s more than I have payed for the base game but it contains less. I don’t know about you but this seems like a bad deal. If there is so much more we haven’t heard about then I say, keep this price.

There does need to be more information on the expansion. But no one is making you pre-order yet so you free free to wait.

That would’ve killed the game for me. If they forced people to buy it, a ton of players would leave the game. I hope we get some clarification soon. Until then I’m hanging onto my wallet.

At first I was happy. Yay, the new expansion. And then I saw the price tags… half of the content hasn’t been revealed, much is unclear and from the looks of it, the expansion isn’t very big. I haven’t played many MMO’s but $50 for an expansion? That seems an awefull lot. I haven’t even payed that much for the base game. Adding the fact that I can’t buy the expansion without the core game seems fairly odd to me. At this point, I need a clarrification on what we are going to get with this expansion if they want me to pre-order this and why we have to pay for the base game.

hmmm, I do think largos could be the next race because of bubles. One thing that tipped the scales for me is a largon at Mount Maelstrom. At the skill challenge of Irwin Isle you can talk to Master Sdias and he will tell you that the waters in the deep ocean have grown darker. So… bubles is apearing?

meh, Arena net will take it easy. Everybody receives a letter from the wizard in that huge floating castle in Wizard’s Fief. They will go their for training but the wizard is trying to kill them, the heroes fight back, The wizard loses controll of the tower, tower goes through multile dimensions to eventually crash into the maguuma jungle. Their they will have the final fight and when the wizard dies, the castle falls apart and its magic leaks into the world. Creating dangerous situations and the players have to go and solve this to unlock more of their specialisation.

The only thing I can think of it’s its either a card thats going bad, or bad drivers.

Check out http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us to download and install the latest drivers for your card.

If that doesn’t work, try to find an earlier version that did work and use those.
Let us know how it works out.

Hello everybody,

First of, I want to thank you for reading this. It’s nice to see that some people are interested. Alright then, let’s get to the problem. You see, my crashes, A LOT! And by that I mean 20 times on a daily base. It’s very anoying and I can’t really enjoy the game anymore this way. When I’m out in the fields the crashes happen less often (still happen) but when I get in big tows like Lions Arch the game crashes every 5 minutes. When the game crashes everything freezes, my Nvidia drivers say they crashed and restored themselves and after that sometimes my game runs, more often it does not. I have already contacted the support but they send me only 1 e-mail per day. Still, I’m persistant, everytime the game crashes I send them an e-mail of my lovely adventures. But now is my question if you guys have some ideas on how to fix this. Here is some information about my pc, if you have more questions, feel free to send me a message.
