Bitter harvest story, got to the top of the spinning tree, jumped onto the ledge to fight faolain and fell through the terrain, managed to get out, got to top again, jumped to ledge, fell through AGAIN! tried a few more time yet again with same results each time until i got stuck and had to leave the story instance. restarted story instance, got to the same point, and fell through YET AGAIN, in a spot i was not able to get out of except by leaving story instance

I did my scale 50 to get to 51 like another thread said to to unlock the skins on one of the vendors, left the fractal lobby multiple times but still are not available for me to buy

This took care of the pop up, but still having issues of not being able to click on anything most of the time in gem store, and its not just me, wife plays on seperate computer and has been having the same problem

That is the experimental teleporter that you guys went through before you got the chest, the falling from the sky into the water is normal for that. Your best bet is to not go up the steps at all once you beat Subject Alpha until you get your chest.

getting a pop up in the gemstore, also, gemstore has been buggy for me since the 21 day anniversary sales started, have been unable to click on anything most of the time, trade gold for gems in custom exchange, would bring up buy more gems window…

Not that I condone or participate in those, I prefer waiting on ques to pop, get more rank point that way, but simple solution to this, don’t go in those servers if you want acutal pvp
