I didn’t say only 2 guilds left btw. I just said only 2 guilds went to Tarnished Coast. (Whether true or not, it’s what I said.)

I was going to drop it but that bold faced misinterpretation of what I said couldn’t be ignored.

Actually, some guilds have admitted that they left because their prime interest is in WvW and they didn’t want to take chances.

Yes, it’s a huge hit to our server, I’m not denying that. I said “the guilds that left CD either didn’t participate anyway and we won’t notice or caused a lot of drama anyway” — Read before you rage.

We all have our flaws and, yes, calling out the leavers as scared and bandwagoners might not be the nicest thing but it has nothing to do with Nerd Pickles and how much I care about Crystal Desert. It’s my opinion, like you have yours.

Just relax bro. It’ll all be okay.

And @Chaos, sorry that I reached out to you guys. My apologies! I, before this drama happened, noticed you guys weren’t in the TeamSpeak. I saw your recruitment post and tried to be nice. My mistake.

And I’m not trying to troll you because you left, I’m not trying to troll you at all. But your thread contributed to the chaos that is left in our server. And I care about our server, so I don’t take kindly to that.

You saw people leaving and you left. You can throw your “unlike you guys, we were here from BWE” all you want… but what good is it if you left? Lime has been here since pre-release, and is staying. But this isn’t a battle of the guilds, I don’t need to prove to anyone anything about our guild—we do this naturally as I hope your guild does as well. It is, however, a discussion of loyalty.

No, I don’t know the whole story. The story is so large, I don’t think anyone knows the story. It’s just a cluster of chaos that has been blown so far out of proportion it doesn’t make sense.

I made Nerd Pickles to counter the chaos and rally the guilds together. Nothing more, nothing less. When I saw the TeamSpeak, the map chat, and then your in game mail, I knew something had to be done. Any effort is better than none.

Nerd Pickles is just supposed to be a funny joke. I had the domain just chilling for a food blog I never made. I had the theme from my old photography site. It took 5 minutes.

And Altie is actually pretty non-biased. He has no qualms about calling me out on my flaws. He’s not my lapdog. He is my officer because he is the most skilled in the guild with WvW, not because he sucked up to me the hardest.

Truth is, most of the guilds that left CD either didn’t participate anyway and we won’t notice or caused a lot of drama anyway. A few people just left because they were scared. It’s whatever, we’ll do like a phoenix and rise from the ashes.

Tonic [Lime]is a medium sized guild that would never exploit or cheat (we’ll kick anyone who tries). We are PvX… and we use both Mumble and TS3.

We would love to have another friendly player that wants to be part of our family.

Crystal Desert, despite the bad press, is still going strong. We have some strong Oceanic/SEA guilds that would probably love some more. Check out guilds like KoME (knights of the millenium era) or PA (Pure Awesomeness). THere’s a bunch more but I’m NA so I don’t know them. THose are just the ones I am familiar with

Yeah, that guy was jaded by a CD guild that went to BG anyway. 2 guilds leaving for TC (one no one really knew about anyway) and apparently we’re all exporting to TC? Bandwagoner/lemming mentality, whatevs.

Yep, only two guild went to TC. Two went to Blackgate, I believe a few went to Kaineng, one went to JQ.

I think the rivalry TC and CD have had since I can remember has jaded most former CD-ers from transferring to TC. xD

I know I’ve always despised TC… but maybe it’s because when CD sees TC, we just roll over without trying.

Unless this fellow’s signature is grossly out of date, it would appear that CD just lost the Singaporean guild [VaL] to JQ. This whole end of free transfers thing is a real mess, I’m so sick of seeing mid-tier servers falling apart because some of their guilds have decided to jump ship in favor of the top 4. I do hope you’re right about getting new guilds in though, and I hope things work out well for you guys. >:

We are a COMMUNITY. Some one called us a family guild the other day and another guild thought that meant we didn’t swear, ahaha. (We do, but we still stay respectful. However, family in our case is how well we stick together.)

We’re a guild of just under 100 members, 18+ (average age around 27), East Coast times (though we overlap both EST prime time and PST prime). We have our own private Mumble server and a channel on our server’s TS3.

We are active in EVERY aspect of the game. We have excellent players that are recognized, but we are far from elitist. We’re semi-hardcore, accepting casuals and hardcore players who embrace this focus. We have daily, non-mandatory events. There are events for story modes, explorer modes, jumping puzzles, tPvP, and WvW. Did I mention we do it all?

Also, I’m pretty sure we have DayZ players. We had more but they were disappointed in the game so quit. We also have a few guild Minecraft servers, play League of Legends, and lots of Steam games (but our focus is GW2).
