Hello! Tonic [Lime], on Crystal Desert, is reopening our recruitment in hopes for some lovely WvW and PvP players to join us.

We are a guild that puts fun and community above all else. We are a true PvX guild that focuses on every aspect of the game. However, we seem to have just a few more PvE-ers than WvW/PvPers and we’d like to even out our numbers a bit.

Our members age from 18-40. A good, mature group of people that enjoys some immature humor. While we are considered an ‘Eastern Time’ guild, we actually mostly play during Pacific Prime Time. Truthfully, we have people on at all hours of the day. We have members spanning from Hawaii to the United Kingdom to Australia.

Hey! You two sound like perfect additions to Tonic. We are a medium sized guild (under 85 members) that feels small and cozy. While we do our times in Eastern, most of our times are late—earliest is 4pm Pacific, latest is 8pm Pacific. Often times many of our members are up until 12am-1am PST so you will certainly see activity. We honestly have people that play all times of day—it’s hard to be alone.

Our community is older and more mature, average age about 28. We have lots of couples and other females as well.

Man, I really wanted a free hat. Anyway, Asuras are awesome—I play one myself. I can offer you a guild that jokes about our obsessions with limes and our cult tendencies. We’ll probably make you do the joining ritual which is something like draining your blood and replacing it with tonic + lime juice. But anyway, we’re awesome and you seem awesome too. We do PvE and PvP and WvW. Jumping puzzles are a weekly event every Tuesday (we even will do them drunk >.>) but they are had, really, whenever wanted. We have a close community of friendly, diverse people.

For some reason, I never saw your message… sorry. Honestly, our focus changes. For a few weeks, we were WvW-ing mostly… now we’re mostly doing dungeons and Fractals. Every Wednesday night at 11pm we do free tournaments as a guild. We really are true PvX…. if we had any focus, it’d be social.

Hey fellas! (If you’re not males, pardon me, haha). We have a nice, friendly, comfortably-sized (50-100 member range) PvX guild on Crystal Desert with lots of activity in both PvE and WvW. Lots of West Coast players and East Coasters who play late.

Hey! Reading your post makes me confident that you would be a great fit for our guild. I’ll address your bullets as corresponding bullets!

1) Leadership – Tonic (our guild) always respects people with leadership ability. We choose our officers by ability not by popularity or nepotism. Currently, we have an opening for PvE coordinator that I would like to fill in the near future. (We are a PvX guild and have officers for every major field of GW2—WvW, tPvP, & PvE).

2) Active and Social – We are a guild of under 100 people. Some of our players have followed us from other MMOs. We are social in game, on facebook, through Steam, Skype—you name it. Things are a bit chaotic because of the holidays but we still manage 15-20 on at peak hours. We’re also small enough that we like to get to know every one in our guild. We are a community and that’s our main focus. We call eachother Limes, we dye our gear lime green, and we geek over everything lime related.

3) Structure and Sharing – At Tonic, we have found ourselves lucky enough to not need to spell things out for everyone. Sharing, helping, and consideration seems innate. My officers know what they have to do and are not just puppets—they are free to make their own decisions in their area because they know what they’re doing. As the GM, I try to bend over backwards for the guild… always trying to be available and reachable in case anything goes wrong or is needed. Our member rank is 3 tiers—recruit, member, and then profound member. Member status is granted based on participation and to be promoted to the highest member rank, that member needs to stand out (helpfulness, contribution, etc.). There is no guild tax, no weird fees, just people working together.
