Raiding: We have started raiding but do not have a full static group yet. We have a mix of new-to-GW2 players and killed-every-boss raiders. We’re looking for patient raiders who know how to play their class so we can build a solid team. Our current raid times are Wednesday at 9pm Eastern, Friday and Saturday at 10pm Eastern. You do not have to make all days but 2/3 is ideal

The question has come up as to whether you have to have Heart of Thorns. If you are dedicated to the community and to helping us grow, I don’t even care if you’re f2p! We still need help with running fractals and guild missions, which are vanilla GW2 content.

I think our only differences are our take on rep (we’d prefer 90%+ for all levels) and we do allow respectful sexual conversations (we’re an adult guild of respectful adults). We also believe in being a family/community, the GM is a female player, we are very LGBT-friendly (we have openly queer/trans players).
If not now, please keep us in mind for the future (Running a guild has been extremely rewarding for me the past 5 years but I could definitely use some help, so I feel ya!)

My guild, Tonic [Lime] has been around since shortly before the launch of GW2. We celebrated 5 years in January by holding a tonic parade in Divinity’s Reach (we thought it was going to be destroyed so we figured we’d give it its last hurrah!)
Historically, we’ve always been an active guild and launch players who were on Crystal Desert still find us around and say hi and that they remember us. We used to run fun community/guild events called Tonic Tuesdays like fashion shows, jumping puzzle races, etc. We were even featured in the TERA newsletter for our naked race event (pre-GW2).
We used to have guild meet-ups every year called ToniCon. We had our last one in Vegas. We have had guild members date (IRL!) and I even had a guild member in my wedding party.
Alas, real life is hard and officers got taken away by it. I’ve tried to run the guild by myself and we still have a small, loyal crew but we need some help to restructure and get back our Limey pride we once had!

I’ve been informed that I should tell everyone just how ridiculously good looking we are But incase you care more about personality than looks, here’s the run-down on some of our members:
There’s me, Thix. I’m the guild leader. Lately, I’ve been doing non-stop PvP but I’m a carebear at heart. I love higher tier fractals (not quite at T4 yet) and raiding, too. Honestly, I love a bit of everything. I’m really fond of achievements, even if my AP number doesn’t reflect that. I miss the silly kitten we used to do like Orrian dance parties. (EST)
Then there’s Mack. He just hit 25,000 achievement points! He’s always hard at work helping with the guild hall. He likes PvE and WvW. (MST)
Brynden is in Singapore. He joined the guild when he lived in California but his boyfriend (also in the guild) got a job offer in SG (apparently Philosophy degrees are actually useful!). They mostly PvE. (SEA)
Karous in mostly in PvP and she’s pretty good. She hits Diamond regularly in ranked (and probably would be legendary if she weren’t a filthy casual). She’s LFG to fractal relic farm for male holodancers for our guild hall. (PST)
Hellica is the longest standing member of Tonic besides Thix. She owns everything from the gemstore (okay not everything…) and LIVES in WvW. She loved GW1 and is happy to share memories. Sometimes she hides and gives prizes to whomever finds her first. She met Thix in Vegas one time for a guild meetup and also met her boyfriend through the guild. (EST)
Kizzmet has been kicking it totally casual since he moved to Texas. He’s a total carebear and laid back guy up for everything (except maybe PvP). He’s big on Steam games too.
Ecith is all about PvE. He’s got some fancy legendaries and he thinks Sylvari is master race. (CST)
Tyrus is usually running marathons and kitten so he logs in for his daily reward bonus. He’s got lots of legendaries too, as he used to play much more than he does now. (CST)
TL;DR
Tonic supportive of you as a player AND as a person. We have people of all kinds. Have a long history of awesomeness that we’d like to continue. We are a small guild (~30 people) filled with casuals (some semi-casuals) and we could really use a new group of active players to bring some life back into the guild. Ecith has promised Lemon Bars. Please note we are a 100% representation guild. We are located on Borlis Pass if you are interested in WvW but transfer is not required.

Hey! I’m an experienced raider (through pugging though) that has downed all the Spirit Vale content. I’m looking for a raiding guild that doesn’t require 100% rep (as I lead a social guild). I haven’t tried much SP outside of Sloth.
At the moment, I have cleared on my Herald (zerk) and DD (zerk). DD is full ascended, Herald still needs armor.

Raid Information:
We don’t care if you’ve downed 3/3 or 0/3 bosses but we do care that you can fulfill your role well, come prepared with the best consumables and appropriate gear, and like to get things done while having fun. We can teach the fights but can’t teach you how to play
Our raid times are currently Thursday 9pm-12am EST and Saturday 12pm-3pm EST. You do not have to make both groups, but regular attendance in one is expected if you’d like to keep your spot.
We currently have most class spots available as we are just re-forming the teams. Biggest needs for druid(s) and chronomancer tanks.
Other Information:
We’re on Borlis Pass for WvW, which has a great server community. We run missions on Mondays at 9pm EST. We have guild social events on Tuesday (Tonic Tuesday). Ad hoc for HoT Maps, Fractals, and other good times. We currently use TeamSpeak but are switching over to Discord.

Raids will NOT be casual but fall more under semi-hardcore. This means that if you show up, you’re expected to bring in your A-Game. If you consistently fail to show up or half-kitten , you’re not going to get priority spots. Tonic is about having fun but sometimes having fun is getting kitten done.
We currently have raids scheduled for 9pm-12am Thursday for one group [GROUP FULL], 9am-12pm or 12pm-3pm Saturday for another, and 9pm-12am Saturday for another. We still need to fill in our Saturday groups. (All times are Eastern.)

Going to answer your bullets with the information you requested:
1. We’re at 48 members right now. I’d say most are active but we have people in a few different time zones. Peak time seems to be 7pm-12pm EST where we’ll have 10-20 members online.
2. Currently we do everything by EST but we have a “late” EST schedule right now. 9pm Tues & Thurs for missions and the like. We are working on planning out earlier times (currently 6pm on Sunday & Wednesday). I’ll be running a poll on what type of events and what times our events should be soon to see if we need to re-adjust due to new recruits.
3. We haven’t had drama in years and I intend on keeping it that way. Due to expanding, we just voted in new officers as well.
4. We are a true PvX guild. You’ll find me in sPvP every day. We have some people who live in WvW. Overall, we do lean heavier towards PvE.
5. We are a 21+ guild because I’ve found that over the years it is less drama. Profanity is fine, hate speech isn’t. And I think our guild mission speaks to this.

As for people who can get things done…. well, we have a few players with 20k achievement points and we did all of our guild missions last week (PvP & WvW). Most of us come from hardcore backgrounds that we can’t keep up with anymore (and some who self admit to complete casualness!). We are also true PvX and do PvE, WvW, and PvP (though not too seriously for PvP).
