Haha I will eventually – but – I was a little bit busy killing stuff tonight. A lot of stuff. Nearly a full stack of badges in about 5ish hrs of WvW…

I heard TC has fine tuned their culling two or three times since the patch.

Hi one thing I like to metion between CD and MaG.
I saw a guild known as NtSD or something similar to that name of the guild.
Which I found out that they are in both CD and MaG and also when SBI ppl were fight over the AP in EB BL. CD attacked us from the behind and after that the Mag attacked us. So seems like you guys are working together on WvW…
I am pretty sure NtSD are mainly in CD because I saw more on CD than MAG.
So here is my question.. CD are you that desperate to get to the second place?
I just wanted to play fair that’s all it is not that I am blaming all of CD who plays fair
I just dont like certain guild who are trying to ruin your reputation.

Originally they are from Maguuma, but AoN was on FA when they were on the bottom of T3. We left when Fort Aspenwood got all the transfers and started dominating the tier. DB was a great choice for us, but SoS imploded and upset the cosmic balance and now they are dominating the tier, so back to FA.

No. AoN didn’t start on Mag. You’d hafta ask your guild where they started…

I hope we get out of this tier soon.

Though other people may criticize you SBI and CD, I am not going to. I see some positive stuff going by you guys. Maybe work on your open field tactics a bit. And some siege type stuff. But I have seen people in T2 play worse than both of your servers.

I seriously doubt we’ll see a “tsunami of people” joining WvW for the first time just because of the patch.

There might be a trickle of new people overtime, but it’s not like queues will magically appear in most tiers that don’t have them now.

I bet a lot of new faces do turn up to check it out…

And even people who quit because of culling or lack of interests will show back up to check it out as well…

Your golem crew was pretty impressive. I was AFKing at the water gate in our borderlands while browsing forums. I brought it up to see a portal going up.

Called it out in team chat and you guys were through 2 gates and out before anyone even got there. I got some good licks in with the cannons though :P

The worst is probably Maguuma. I mean yes they have some nice people too. But they have the most trolls of all, by far.

Many of the servers you listed do have poor players. But it’s mainly the T2 ones.

Honestly I don’t think T2 servers have an enviable qualities other than offering up non-stop action. BT is about the only guild in T2 I have been impressed by.

But I don’t blame T2 servers. You guys went for quantity over quality.

I still think Ehmry Bay has been the best skilled opponents we have ever had.

Maguuma has been Queueing EB and have been able to shove decent amounts of players in other BLs in this tier during NA prime time.

Though CD has no room to complain about being outnumbered. Somewhere around 8am to 12pm EDT (-5gmt) CD vastly out numbers Maguuma.

Kain and TC are pretenders.

Kind of like those people who fill management positions at lower scale workplaces. Y’know they got there by kissing major bootay.

The one thing that can definitely be said about maguuma, is that not in any of the weeks that we fought them did 1 person ever complain about nightcapping. Yak’s folks just don’t seem to understand how wvw works unfortunately.

There’s no point in arguing about nightcapping, It sucks and all. But what’s a brother going to do?

If what you say is true, why don’t you call out the other server?

Oh please. That’s load of horse crap and I’ve got my daily “Outmanned Buff” screenshots to prove it.

We’re mostly out-manned all week. Same goes for CD, as I’ve seen them, a couple of times this week, have the out-manned buff, though they (overall) have far more coverage than SBI. I NEVER saw a Maguma sport the “Outmanned Buff” even once.

So, the truth is yesterday was the first day we fought equal numbers and we kicked your butts. Your excuses and chest beating to the contrary. I, with a support/bunker engineer pulled in 198 badges as we wiped you a good half-dozen, if not more, time when you tried to re-take SM.

OTOH, this afternoon we lost SM and the rest of our stuff on EB as there were just FOUR of us on the map by 1:00PM (CDT) and I was the ONLY person in SM. And on SBI + CD + EB we had, maybe, 25 people combined including the people doing map completion and jumping puzzles.

And that’s how it goes, on SBI, for hours at a time. We’re lucky to be able to keep our camps up from havoc squads as we can’t spare the men to patrol.

So, for some Maguma players to pretend they aren’t steam-rolling from numbers so they can beat their chests while lying… Whatever….

We had ONE day of almost equal numbers and we owned you. Otherwise, we just never had the numbers all week long.

1) Your time of day doesn’t tell the whole story
2) CD and SBI were outnumbering Maguuma around Bony O’Clock today.
3) I was mainly referring to T3

2-3 hour siege to take Stonemist from Maguuma and they just walk right back in with no resistance.

This server really makes me sad sometimes. I was standing right on the entry point when they showed up, and gave everyone at least 10 minute warning in all borderlands. No one came.

Maybe people recognize that SM isn’t worth holding on your server unless you have enough people in EB. If you have to go to another BL to ask for help keeping it your server probably cannot hold it, and it is only good to turn it into paper, and try to flip and hold it for only very short periods of time. Maguuma can’t hold that thing in T3 for long periods of time.

CD shouldn’t be sad about itself. You guys have done as well as you can in this match up. I see a lot of heart in CD even when you guys cannot accomplish what you want to.

Maguuma is less about moving up tiers than YB. I prefer t3 over t4. I don’t like serving up zergs to lesser populated servers as is happening.

I wish my server had an actual oceanic crew. Not to go up in tier, but because our Aussie commander really gets pooped on.

YB seems to want to be something they’re not.

CD and SBI shouldn’t be too shy in posting. I think mag is tame to our opponents when we go into zerguuma mode. And I have to applaud both servers this week. Whether or not you guys have retooled your servers since people xferred off of them you guys have a whole lot of fight in you. And SBI’s small man teams are very sneaky.

lords room ballistas, the golems are useless at fighting players. Use seige to take out non golems, then wipe up the golems after. You won’t take them down in that large a number without pre warning and a tonne of seige already set up.

You could switch the word golems with rangers in parts of your posts.

At least rally is essentially fair to everyone. It’s a class/skill issue more than a fairness thing.

Anet sold the game in Oceanic countries and set it by default to connect to NA because Anet never invested in Oceanic servers.

From my understanding Aussie servers would be too pricey. Not sure about HK or Korean ones.

Can’t wait to show off our new Oceanic presence to T3 :-)

Maybe, but everyone will be too busy trying to do all their “character progression” that it’ll be nothing but full map karma trains anyways.

It depends on what ANet uses for “character progression”…. some of it may preclude zerging… and some of it may be easier to get from zerging.

Zergs are fine.

What needs to be fixed is spreading the wvw population out to all servers. Who knows how to make incentives for people to move to smaller servers though.
