nightcapping simply makes it a bad system.
no gonan sell the game as soon planetside 2 hits the road or some other.
since the days of everquest developers just made coookie MMO without considering how people play.
its no reason without reason that MUD games been popular for a long time.
if they redesign WwW maybe I I can muster but that is highly unlikely.
SWTor was a ghost town in 3 weeks.
No content at all and pvp was well not good.
WwW will face the same as you can note, if I put in effort as the system is designed with keep and castle and I get nothing in return, the game lacks some serious thought. How am I to figure this out and sort it out in the community when what I do is pretty much pointless?
There are smart people in arenanet, I am sure of it they did a lot of things right but the WwW just is sad.

GW2 "endgame" model is fine. Execution doesn't make sense tho, problem and solution.

Load of lagg during bigger events.
Nice idea but unless that is better done I dont wanna do them.
A game is hard to make, GW2 is suppose to be a next generation MMO.
Its working well to a point and then it just falls down.
Everything is easy to get to 80, then suddenly you need farming and lot sof it to get for example legendary weapons which is style basically.
One game that did everything right was Everquest, dead hard but also made the achivement of reaching 50 that likely took a year for most made you proud of it, you made friends doing that and the community was the best ever in a MMO.
You could design gw2 more around pvp, which it seem it is then make better tools for the individual to use, however filled with dull and bad communication, hard to make groups, and make sure the tactical element was there from the start to use which is lacking fully. Designing content for level 80 and endgame should be priority one, but that is basically non existent. rewarding behaviour that makes me puke due to why should I play a game that cost me money but give little to no return?
WwW with nightcapping, oh man why should I pay anything when a zerg can take and upgrade everything during the night?
That is a huge turn off and bad design choice. and for gods sake, I play with eyefinity and dude I wanna move my UI! its 2012, and multiscreengaming is here and simply make it moveable.
For a next gen MMO, its a huge failure since what behaviour do they want me to have in the game and as far I am NOT impressed with it. Anoyed with the mobs in Orr and anoyed of nightcapping, the alck of UI choice, laggy in events its just to many anoying events as far.

not underpowered but require skill to be used effectivly.
I run a condition D/D build and find it works well.
able to put air into, mass stun, ring of fire, and slow aoe, and then run in circles and done a ton of dmg and able to get in and get out.
I dont find it underpowered except down state.
I primary play w3 and have had no issue with any class and met 2 even 4 and hold my own agaisnt them. which they likely never told anyone about.
bleeds makes people to not doing dps or they die.
proper used IMO elementalist is one of the best classes with skill behind.
I play primary WwW and have a D/D set up with bleed (00322)and ability to take dmg as I tend to go into the group, mass stun, fire ring, water slow etc..and get out before they focus me down.
I find a crit build is a little more fun but then you die a lot easier also.
I hold my own agasint 4 without much trouble.
WwW just sucks atm.
Why should I fight all day when its all gone during the night?
why would I play a game that simply put dont reward my effort?

Can add better hardware and support and fix the design due to 5-10 sec delay simply isnt acceptable in 2012…for a skill based game.

I find it funny that a developer makes a game and slowly it seems its a job with kitteny working conditions and we blame the boss kinda funny right?

dont think any guildies should be allowed to WwW and play there.
its a casual game and they should be banned from the game if they do.
arenanet state that its intended and the players will sort it out.

friggin silly how bad it is.
10 sec delay on skills, wee, see 5 enemies and then suddenly there are 30, wow, feels good.
dying from bad design kinda is silly.
oh and nightcapping needs to go.

People forgot or did’nt give a kitten about WvWvW mecanism announced by A.net before the game’s release.
Every whiners complains about how unfair it is to be nightcapped everyday but A.net wants a WvWvW on 24/7. Is it hard to understand that the current ranking system is up to make things balanced between same kind of servers? Is it hard to understand that servers with 24/7 will fight all against each others at the end? Same thing for daytime presence servers?
The game has been released for less than a month for God’s sake! Is it so unbelievable for you to wait a few and try to enjoy the WvWvW for fun and training your tactics with mates/alliances and have blasts in epic fights during your playtime while waiting games matching better for your server type?
No, you want immediately a kitten balanced kickass WvWvW right now, don’t you?When some talks about people who wants everything at once, it’s completelly true. You have a perfect example of a game like this with WoW. Now, check the current major population type on it.
Yes, maybe your server rocks the angry pony in primetime but if it can’t handle a 24/7 fight it’s not good enough to be a top WvWvW server. You can’t win a marathon as a sprinter. That’s something intended by A.net and you can’t blame people for having thinking and being organized that way.
If you hardly want show your incredible skill to the face of the world, there is sPvP for you. You can’t have more balanced and fairness game.
PVP tournaments are for those, WwW seems as any a casual oriented as there is no priority for guild with members and all ranges of levels.

its a fix but its called new design and fix of the timetable where nightcapping shouldnt be possible.
Reasons are simple, why should I put money into event when I need to make the game a job to keep it there?

Dont need to be balanced, WwW is tactic/strategic pvp.
but if the idea of design they did tells me something they made poor/bad choices.
1. why no join a small group of hit and run special ease into settings?
2. voip? seriously 2012 and then not offer tools to communicate in groups about tactics?

That and people doing pve and whats up with having npc in a pvp setting, seriously?

they done many things right for this MMO but dude what where they thinking its suppose to be a game not a job.
Implement tools for easier tactics arrangements, voip and arrange for some tactical overlay all missing from a game out 2012 that suppose to be you know a game. communciation is rule one in any engagement. Missing that makes it a noob zerg hude behind no skill devlopment, tired of all those who cant play their classes and zero tactical ability.
