I was featured in one of Choxies vids awhile back before hot

I think I was around lvl 30ish and i was in toughness/vitality gear i believe along with the guard buffs, both of which back in the day, used to massively scale your hp and armor when uplevelled.

I didn’t contribute much dmg wise, but i pulled off a few choice stuns to let us win a 2v3.

Didnt realise it was choxie until the end of the fight and was pretty chuffed to be featured in a vid

[WvW Roaming] After a Condi Warrior build

Hi, first post on the forums hope i havent messed anything up.

Im after a decent condi build for warrior, s/s + longbow. I would like to go 6 into Tactics for shoutheal and im not sure where to go from there. Is it worth investing in some healing power in the form of apothecary to supplement my shouts/heal sig?

Seeing as its almost a given to go 4 into Defence with any warrior build, that only leaves me with 4 remaining points and im stumped. Am I crippling myself trying to roll with healing shouts? Help

So I bought me a shiny new gfx card few months ago and just recently guild wars has been plagued with this kitten.

Its really ticking me off as obviously the pooint of a new gfx card was to enjoy the pretty colours, but i cant do that because the only thing that remedies the problem is running everything on low.

Any ideas would be great..

Computer shutting down

Sounds like an unstable power supply unit.

I was about to say the same thing.

Those temperatures generally aren’t high enough to cause shutdowns, which means the PSU is the next most likely candidate. GW2 pushes both the CPU and GPU very hard at the same time, which means if the PSU is too weak or unstable, GW2 is the type of game where you could start to see the symptoms of that instability even if you’re fine in other games.

In this type of situation I always suggest running the system through a rigorous stress test where you run both a CPU benchmark and a graphics benchmark at the same time to put maximum load on the system. If you get the same symptoms in the stresstest then there is an instability in your system.

As said before, the most likely candidate here is the PSU. If you don’t know which one you’ve got, check the brand and model (either through booklets/order info) or by looking inside the case.

ok thanks for the advice!

Hi, I have been playing guild wars 2 on this machine since around september last year. But in the last month or so, after playing for extended periods of time the computer would shut down. The funny thing is, after shutting down, it restarts itself.

I can only manage 45 mins to 1 hour of gameplay before this happens and it is starting to get frustrating, especially in some high level fractals/dungeons.

Ive measured the temps and the highest the gpu gets to, is around 78 degrees c and the cpu, no higher than 60. Ive cleaned the dust out of my computer, updated drivers, but Im still stumped.

Any help would be awesome

I am aware of the risk, but if the authentication is not removed then there is no way I can possibly play as I cannot access my email at all. I would prefer not to lose all my progress plus another 60 bucks.

I have now submitted a support ticket requesting an email change to a new email (gmail) According to some posts on the forums, it is possible to change it this way, so hopefully everything works out

thanks for your reply

Hi, I am completely confused as to what to do. I am unable to log in to my email account, due to it being hacked I presume. I had email authentication enabled for my computer (am posting off of my mates computer to bypass it) and therefore cannot play or sign into the forums.

How do I go about removing the authentication process so I can play on my computer? Is that even possible? Is there anyway to transfer my account to another email?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Apologies if this is in the wrong section.
