See subject and investigate. This is highly annoying.

This has happened several times. I que up for EB, teleport to a zone to do some dailies and when I return to Lions Arch I am no longer qued. What gives.

This seems to be bugged 90% of the time. Can we get a fix to this please or eliminate the pre-event.

Unable to get past character screen to enter Silverwastes on one toon but got to LA on another. What gives?

Lately, whenever I use the Windows logo key to jump out of the game to check something on the internet, the page I had open (in full screen) is minimized. This only happens in this specific circumstance (i.e. windows are otherwise always maximized and never minimize on their own. Can anyone suggest a fix for this?

Have you tried re-installing DirectX9? (Not DirectX11 or 12, but DX9.) That has solved the issue for previous posters with this problem.

Yes, I re-installed directx 9 but no change.

The launcher works fine, lets me get up to hitting the “play” button after which the error message pops up. It says to verify installation of DX9 and make sure my graphics drivers are up to date.

I have verified installation of DirectX
Verified my drivers are up to date
Run as admin
Run from GeForce Experience
Attempted to run in window mode
Reinstalled the client

GW2 support has not been much help thus far. Unable to play at this point and no path to resolution.

For no apparent reason I cannot launch GW2 and receive subject message despite the fact that I can find no evidence of any change to my laptop. Direct x and drivers are fine. Any help out there?

Can’t get a message through on Twitter or Facebook pages to see if devs are aware. Annoying.

I totally agree with the above. This is, IMHO, exactly as it should be. All I give a kitten about is if a person is a decent, caring human being. Black, white, gay, straight, male, female, Christian, Jew, etc. … just irrelevant details to me. If we need to recognize every group in our books, games, movies, etc. where does it end. What about nudists? Should they be represented? Wiccans? Polygamists? And who decides?

Personally, I find it sad (and annoying) that our differences are what we seem to notice, discuss, and call attention to rather than what we all have in common.

Been getting this for 10-15 minutes now.

Equally frustrated. After over an hour and a half of slogging through this event a crash occurs, and even though I somehow managed to get back in, no chest/reward at the end. This happens frequently (I believe I complained about it as recently as a week ago) and yet still no fix.

Have experienced crashes 3 consecutive times on a high end computer at or after the final battle in Dragon’s Stand. Twice while doing nothing more than collecting pods afterward and once before I could retrieve the chest after an hour long battle. Very frustrating. Reports sent in each time as prompted. This is a recent development, perhaps since the patch.

After the latest patch I was suddenly unable to play the game due to a network error after logging in to the character screen. Some 4-5 hours later, after yet another patch, the same problem exits. Is a near term fix anticipated?

Same issue for the past .week or so

Gortho and his Ogre band have been standing on one side of the Newglade Kraal bridge for like two days. I believe the associated event, Escort Gortho’s expedition to Bronzeglade Crossing, is broken.

Somehow auto attack did, in fact, become enabled. I forgot to check that. Thank you.

The entangle skill seems to be spontaneously activating today. This has happened several times in the past couple of hours.

Let me put it another way then —- if I need to essentially be within weapon range to direct a pet to attack my target, what is the point?

With the drastic reduction in leash range implemented in the most recent patch, the F1 (“attack my target”) function is all but useless as you have to be nearly on top of your opponent to be in range.
