Considering they were dropping too, no wonder the price hasn’t skyrocketed … probably lots of people still hoarding tickets too.
Got like 5 insects so far, from around ~200 keys … but so lack geodes for the recipes :/… wish there was a better way of getting them, the event farming is such a pain …
on live stream from Gamescom 2014 they mentioned 50% sale till 24th or somethig (add went past too fast to take more notice xD) … but no info on store page yet.
I’d rather see a free weekend, some friends refuse to buy it before trying the game :/
Been lagging since 4 weeks now … or rather, since S2 started, but at first it was only on Dry top map, then it spread pretty much everywhere. Getting an average of 1s+ of latency :/
Tracert shows no problems, getting a stable, under 50ms ping to servers; speedtest also shows full capacity … i seriously doubt it’s my ISP problem here …
afaik, for bag rarity only 2 things matter, unless something changed in the last months
- your lvl determines which is max bag quality you can get
- champion lvl determines which is lowest bag quality it can drop
as example, a noob killing queensdale champ can get white, max blue bag. While a lvl 80 can get from white to orange.
Frostgorge champs, last time I farmed them, dropped only exotic bags.
Also, not all bags with same name and same rarity are counted as same bag (from different champions), making them not stack. Bags from same champion will always stack if they are same rarity.
edit: total damage done doesn’t count to bag rarity … I’ve pretty much soloed many champs just to get white-green bags. And got exotics with 2-3 hits ….
4 fights in the last 3 days or so, 8 cores, every single event dropped at least one … godkitten RNG, of course that started after I bought myself enough cores for all 3 colors. Before that, I was lucky to get 1 core every 5+ events …
On a long term I was getting an average of like 1 corrupted lodestone per hour when farming them … my usual session was 2-3 hours per day.
Then again all depends on RNG, one day a friend joined me … we had similar MF, and while I got nothing in 1 hour, he got 3 drops within 30min :/
Godskull weapons are kinda meh … only axe looks decent imo. I prefer Modniir ones … just wish there was a blue variation of the staff (like scepter glow).
afaik there are 2 (or maybe 3) events that block its spawn.
- one is champion oakheart
- one is event chain with centauri at monastery, the one that you need to protect ale barrels … and if it fails, to recover them.
— also, as I’ve read somewhere, the follow up event with Brenda, the barrels escort (brew shipment) must be started (IE Brenda must leave the Monastery), but it’s not required to complete it.
They block it since at both locations Behemoth pre-events take place
hmm, logged in yesterday at around 11:30, one ori was up (I camp with 2 chars on one node in frostgorge), relogged at around 18, it was again up … logged in today at 10, can harvest it again … so less than 24 hours this time. Do they reset twice per day now? Or did i stumble upon a fast spawn node …
Too lazy to wait for its respawn tho …
I lvled my necro to cap with that combo since lvl 30 or so … just because I dislike staff mechanic :/
Tho, I consider D/F as my main and mostly used … still struggling with traits tho.
Colossus and nearby icebroad drop them, there are 3 spots with colossus on frostgorg: top left corner, canyon right of ice floe waypoint and north-east of watchful waypoint.
Be prepared to have some bots company :/
