Alacrity has no significant synergy to offer revenant itself, since all of the cooldowns are fairly short and is gated to a second degree by energy cost.
Bringing a revenant for Healing / Alacrity at the moment seems completely pointless as Druid brings healing + Spirits, Empowerment and GotL
Chrono brings Alacrity + Quickness
Due to both niches being filled there’s no room in the composition for a ventari revenant to be brought to a raid group.
If ventari rev offered party damage modifiers that are comparable to Druid then maybe it would be worth running them.
When the long loading screen occurs in the “ModelsLoaded” and “ModelsTotal” keep racing up and down very quickly. Hopefully this helps.
Inspiration Minor – Remove 2 conditions when you use a heal skill
Inspiration Master(?) – Remove 1 condition when you use a shatter skill
Mantra of Resolve – Remove 2 conditions x 2 usage
Well of eternity – Removes conditions
You have enough access to condition clear via just the inspiration line, you can change your heal to the mantra heal to make more use of the minor condi cleanse ability. If you are facing even more pressure you have another utility skill that cures conditions. That is more than what most classes have on their bar to clear conditions.

Over the past few days I’ve been experiencing connectivity issues specific to GW2 and disconnecting when I try to map travel with “Map Load Status: STATUS_SERVER_WAIT” and after which the launcher fails to get to the log-in screen.
This issues persists for 15-30minutes before resolving itself.
These observations have been made only in the Raid LFM section of the LFG as it’s the one I frequently look at
If one of the LFGs on top has a leader with name ‘xyz’ and profession ‘abc’ any subsequent appearance of the said class ‘abc’ in a different lfg (within the same subsection) will have the same raid leader ‘xyz’.
Ex:
LF1M matthias 50 LI+ [led by mr abc profession tempest]
Lf2m vg training run [led by mr abc profession tempest]
Clearly it’s impossible for the same person to host 2 lfgs, so I’m guessing the problem lies in creation (or lack of) of new variables to represent each new lfg posting, which is causing the first name of a given class in the lfg to be repeated to other postings in the same section.

After this most recent patch, I’ve been having massive FPS drop to the point where the screen freezes for a couple of seconds before I can do anything. Is there any known fix for this?
Mixed Borderlands – Keep the Alpine Borderlands as is for now. The issues with the Desert Borderlands was they were too big so people defending a side keep couldn’t run to the other keep in time to respond to the attacks making it frustrating for people who want to defend objectives.
The verticality also didn’t help since auto running for a couple of seconds would cause death and essentially make you run back which was more than anything else just frustrating.
The lords at keeps (Air in particular) would lock down the zerg in the AoE ring which would give any opposing team to just instantly kill them if they fought in the lord’s room. The lords can be giant sponges but they shouldn’t give defenders an overwhelming advantage.
World Linking Schedule – It should be changed every 2-months (maybe 3) to make sure that “stacked servers” are re-paired. But due to how server transfers work (i.e. to get into a higher tier match up you pick a lower tier server) the re-pairing would put things into chaos and cause mass transfers / guilds to disband if the pairing happens too much.
Deployable Mortars – No.
Deployable Cannons – No.
Deployable seige would give defenders every advantage while giving attackers none what so ever.
Repair Hammer – Yes and No as it would definitely help smaller zergs take objectives easier, however it would make giant k-trains nigh unstoppable when it comes to taking down objectives as they can infinitely repair seige.

WvW Priorities – QoL stuff that was promised before, Removing placement of siege on 2nd floor of SM and being able to treb Towers.
Definetly going back to the old reset time is better. Currently it feels like it’s 1 day of reset beacuse people want to crash early on Sundays, where as before it used to be 2.5 days of reset which lead to a lot more fun over the entire weekend.
I have started the repair process for the client by adding the -repair to the target line, the crash occoured when I tried to start the game, the first crash occoured when the patcher was almost done patching, but before the login / launch screen.
UPDATE: Repairing the client fixed the issue.

With the HoT is this chest going to be updated so that you get to choose which exotic you can pick from the pool or is going to stay random as this is one of the most difficult collections to get.
Reward system was extremely flawed, as the rewards were based on a personal buff which depended on participation in multiple events, it forced people to kill 2-3 mobs and then waypoint to tag more events. The event also punished players for disconnects thus having a world-wide buff would be better. Rewards could be given to the player when this buff expired or when the next event in the same map started up again thus reseting everyone’s progression back to 0 and ensuring no loot was lost.
A slightly better approach but still flawed one would be either to include a reward which was given evenly to the entire map (this still has people afking and getting rewards as an issue).
Another way to tackle this would be to reduce the randomness of the events and force a fixed number of events in a fixed locations (similar to forts in SW).
There should also be meta-event type progression in each of these locations thus giving a reason for people to stay and continue the chain of events. This can be achieved by adding small rewards / pieces of rewards for each sub-event completed and can be combined for a better reward at the end of the chain.
Addition of some sort of time-gated progression of the meta events would de-incentivize tagging multiple events for rewards. This would address a lot of the major issues with the current system.
A mix of map wide rewards + personal rewards will also incentivize creation of dedicated guild maps to make sure everyone on that map gets a good chance of beating the event.
These events also need to last longer than just a weekend or will require a lot more information to be provided to the community before being released.
An example of personal reward would be points given for objectives, kills and killstreaks as well as the event completion itself (bronze/silver/gold).

Please no, some of us like to flash death shroud.
I’m assuming it’s for the fury toggle from going into shroud? Even if you like to use it just briefly a 1s toggle cooldown which exists for all of engineer’s kits is only going to help people not accidentally toggle it off.
Please add a 1s toggle cooldown to Shroud / Reaper shroud so that people don’t accidentally toggle it off when trying to enter shroud form. (this is particularly the case in WvW where there’s skill lag).
Same issue here, but it happened from the patch that hit a couple of days back.
When I ping the megaserver IP, the ping seems normal, however in game ping counter is almost always 2x-5x the normal ping.
The game lags out or disconnects when trying to buffer a video in the background. The character skills stop working and do not work when I have a youtube video buffering in the background. This usually results in a disconnect (and redirects me to character select) or if the video is a short one, everything over the time that the video was buffering happens super fast all at once.
Is there any solution for this issue?

Passive: Grant regen to party.
Active: PBAoE pulsing heal over 5 seconds, protection.

1. Sword (Main Hand)
- 3rd part of the basic attack (Sword Wave) is really clunky and completely different from every other basic attack in the game as it sends out a cone instead of cleaving targets. While this is great when fighting a single target it also makes it really annoying when fighting 3-5 enemies (Dungeon stacking).
- It’s frustrating when you are trying to attack enemies without any particular target selected as the 3rd attack fizzles after not finding targets and you just sit there throwing out the cone two times before the attack is fully reset. This is especially annoying when fighting stealthy foes.
- It’s (3rd part of the basic attack) also considered a projectile and thus dealing no damage in TA Forward path (Leurent’s Elite Guard Room), This makes it annoying if you dont have a secondary weapon you can swap to.
2. Shield of the avenger
It’s an excellent spirit weapon which is let down by poor AI and due to the fact that it has a health pool and is susceptible to AoEs.
Proposed change for this would be “Summon a shield of the avenger which grants Aegis (3.5 s) and stun breaks nearby allies upon initial cast. Recasting the ability allows you to create a dome which blocks incoming projectiles at a target location. (10s uptime, 10s cooldown between recast).” The shield should either be immune to all damage or be a weak to conditions etc.
This change would make the shield of the avenger make a much more useful pick as you can choose where you want projectile absorption and makes it so that you aren’t cheated if the shield dies to a high damage aoe (PvE dungeon bosses) as the shield of absorption is not procced by the AI positioning itself to incoming damage.
Sword of Justice / Hammer of justice:
They could be made to give Might / Fury on attack per target hit for a few seconds.
A reliable source of Fury or a signet that gives precision would be a welcome choice for Guardians.
A trait that gives 25% movement speed while wielding meele weapons (similar to warrior) would also be useful.
