My latest guild upgrade seems to have failed. I queued Politics level 2 two days ago and the upgrade should have completed about 10 hours ago however, it doesn’t show in my completed upgrades and the influence was deducted from my guild. I submitted a bug report with the a screenshot in game. Is there any way to have this problem fixed or at least get the influence credited back?

My first issue was fixed. Thanks for that but now, I created a new character and he cannot represent the guild whatsoever. I click on the button and nothing happens.

I cannot represent any of the guild.
I stand down from the guild and when i click on the button of represent, there is nothing happening.

Also, for the guild page, I can only access to the first page, the other pages, i cannot get in.

I couldn’t access any of my guild upgrades (armor, bank, etc.) so I pressed on stand down hoping it would refresh, but after doing so I cannot re-represent my guild anymore as the button does nothing. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sorry to be going over old ground here but what is the issue with the guild banks and access. This was working fine until a couple of days ago and my sister was able to access yesterday but for a matter of minutes then nothing. We have submitted bug reports in the kindest way possible but i probably speak for many people here when i say “Is this being sorted” and “Do we have a time scale”, throughly enjoying GW2 but there a a few things spoiling it, like this !
Would be nice to hear from the hard working team to know where we are with common faults !! ??

had an on and off issue for awhile now where sometimes I noticed I’m not considered in the guild so I try to unrepresent at which point I can’t represent any guild

I am a member of two guilds. In the past I could switch between representing both guilds. One of the guilds I created and am the leader where the other I am a member of. I am able to only represent the guild where I am a member of, but not the one where I am a leader. I click represent and nothing happens. I am able to edit the member’s rank of the guild I am the leader of even though I cannot represent the guild.

I should mention that I only have this issue with my level 68 Necro, but everything works fine with my level 20 Ranger and I can represent either guild with that character.

Critical Failure [FAIL] – Piken Square

This really needs fixing, it’s been over a month since release and while I generally have a lot of patience, it’s wearing a little thin on this issue.

We’ve been unable to access the bank or armourer/weaponsmith for the past 5 days now (“Your guild does not have a bank” “Your guild does not have an armorsmith contract”).

We’ve had trouble trying to claim keeps/towers since release… some days it will be fine, others it will not give an option to click claim, but mostly it will say “Your guild has not given you permission to claim.” And to confirm, this is for the leader (me), officers and members.

We have people showing up as online who are not, we’re able to send whispers and send party invites, even though we know those members are on holiday or at work.

Upgrades have been fine for the past couple of weeks, but in the last few days I’ve been unable to reliably queue upgrades or activate already built upgrades.

Unable to invite/whisper from the guild menu (it will work perhaps 10% of the time) with 90% of the time having the only option as “Report.”

Guild Bank access not working in all cities, and sometime varies what ones do work, getting very tiresome.

Guild Wars haven’t fixed Guild problems since day one, no really! … suggest you change the name.

I’m getting a network error every time I try to change guild members permissions.

Ok so I made this guild for my roommates and I, called “The Lost Soldiers of Darkness”. We have earned up to 982 influence so far and I just noticed that as leader I seem to have no power over the guild what so ever. I can’t use to influenced earned to purchase anything, much less put a message of the day. I nor anyone else can make any changes tothe guild what so ever. All we can do is invite. I also have noticed that the guild rank symbols do not look like what I’ve seen online. I made a second guild just to see if it was a bug or a mistake I made on my end and it turned out just fine. I’d be okay with just making a new a guild if I didnt have to loose the 982 influence that we have already earned. If this issue can be fixed or if someone can help me with this issue it would be much appreciated. ref #120927-002436

As the leader of my guild I queued the Guild Bank upgrade, but after it finished and I tried to use it, it simply said that either I didn’t have permission to do this or my guild didn’t have the Guild Bank upgrade. I’m also experiencing problems with editing and making new ranks.

I have a guild that I play with only myself and my husband. It seems that starting yesterday that we are unable to gain any guild influence from events going on. I thought to un-represent and represent the guild again, but when I did this I was unable to represent the guild.

Also – I am not sure if this is relevant, but when we are in a party together – even if we are very close sometimes we cannot see each other on the mini map – and we are together on the same server, not an overflow server or anything.

I created my own personal guild on Blackgate called Poisonous and I am the only member. I cannot edit guild rank permissions to give myself the rights to start using influence for upgrades. The only thing I can do it create new ranks, but I am unable to give them any permissions. All the options are grayed out. Please help.

Unable to queue the Economy 1 upgrade. I click the “Add” button and nothing happens. I have not tried adding anything else as I don’t want to spend the points on anything else.

Can’t claim any buildings in WvW even though I am the guild leader. Also sometimes my guild mates can claim a building but not me, however as of today 9/27 none of my guild can claim anything. It keeps saying we don’t have proper permissions to claim even though we clearly do.

I’ve bought from promoter Drinks for the city for 2g and didn’t get any influence with the guild. Item wasn’t in my bags.

I’m was on character Drnda X Tertius and name of the guild is The One And The Only when i bought it on server Aurora Glade from guild promoter in Haelbrak. Nothing happend, just wasted 2g. Help please.

On 9-12 I used the Tome of Influence but no influence was granted to my guild. I was representing. I submitted a support request on 9-14. Reference # 120914-006817

I just activatd Letter of Commendation and guess what? It didn’t add 400 influence to my guild, so you could say that I’m quite upset as of right now.

I got GM response that they won’t/can’t give influence that didn’t show up in your guild’s influence pool. Took 2 weeks to get a response.
It’s also been weeks since any anet responded to this thread.
I don’t think this is a priority for them.

Unless they’ve changed their policy about it in the past 24 hrs, that’s what I’d guess. I would put in a petition/ticket for formality’s sake. However, from what they told me, they’re not giving out influence that didn’t take.

I am co-leader of The Dead Speak, and Leader of Recharrded. I cannot represent my other guild(Recharrded) when I click on represent. Nothing happens. My main guild, The Dead Speak, has unlocked Guild Emblems and Guild Armor. If I go up to a NPC like the Guild Bank or Guild Armorer, it says that I’m not in a guild. Please help! This goes for my guildmates also.

For the second consecutive day, I cannot access the guild bank. The NPC tells me that my guild does not have a bank.

I am the guild leader.

I’m having the same problem as many others. I just thought I’d log my issue in here to make it official…

I am unable to do anything with the guild I created. I’m the leader, but the only option I have in permissions is to ‘edit ranks’. I sure hope this gets fixed soon…

Our guild Satori on Sorrow’s Furnace just finished making Economy III. However, it didn’t actually seem to unlock. So we’re down the 5K influence with nothing to show for it. You can see it in the history log.

I’ve had a guild for a little over a week or so on Crystal Desert with one of my friends. We finally got enough Influence to try upgrading our first tier of any tree, except nothing happens after clicking on “Add” for any of the four trees. I’ve tried spamming the button, exiting the game and waiting in the queue to be transferred out of the overflow map, but nothing lets me queue up an upgrade.

It seems the syncing bug when a Guild User is on an overflow server and on their home server still exists.

I can report similar results. Just did what the above user did by going into WvW and was able to queue up the upgrade I set out to do immediately. At the very least for those who are having similar problems, this is a workaround that will let you do what you set out to do with upgrades and guild modifications, as far as I can tell.

I’m the creator of the guild, and the only person inside it. I cannot upgrade anything. Noticed that, even as a leader, I have no permissions whatsoever, other than the “Edit rank” one, and cannot tick/untick the others. I suppose that, as leader, I should have em all already by default, and i suppose that the other problems are coming from those missing permissions.

please help, I already stacked more than 1k influence, aiming for the guild crest

EDIT: update. i tried to create a new guild and everything was fine (as leader I had all the options checked). So I just disbanded the old one and created one anew. byebye influence…but at least now it works.

I have one particular person, Fenrer.3865, who CANNOT accept my guild invite, no matter how much we kick, reinvite, and relog. This has been going on for days, and it seems to be just this one person. _She gets a “Network Error” message when she tries to accept. _ Help!

Ive gotten the same error code a few of days ago and am not able to join guilds anymore.

Having problems with the following:
- Influence that members earn from events not updating correctly.
- Not able to add new research or activate any banner that is in stock from previous.
- Donation of influence has no increase no matter the amount of drinks purchased.

Same thing is happening to me constantly. Is there a fix or even an acknowledgement of this issue?!
My screen resolution is 1360X768 and my video card is Nvidia 560 Ti, driver 304.48

Members unable to access guild bank or guild armour/weapon contractors. Unable to represent guild after standing down on my elementalist, character name Tryll. As guild leader I’m unable to edit ranks without a getting a network error, unable to edit guild emblem or MOTD or change the ranks of other members.

This is all pretty much constant for all members. Changing characters, relogging, restarting the client has no effect.

The Contumacy [KCCO] on Gate of Madness. Logged in today and all my upgrades and influence is gone. History is gone. Guild Emblem I created is still present. Upgrades included politics, architecture up to second level.

It would be nice to not have to start over completely.

I created this guild yesterday, and while I’m able to represent freely and edit rank properties, I’m unable to change the ranks of my members, nor am I able to edit the Message of the Day.

I can’t access the guild bank either. When I talk to the guild banker it says “Your guild hasn’t built any sort of storage yet. I’m sorry, but there’s nothing I can do for you.” Except I am in a guild with storage and have deposited and withdrawn items in the past. I’ve stood down, re-represented, logged out, rebooted. My guild leader can access the bank, I can’t.

I’m not entirely sure this game bug is unintentional. Since, to my knowledge, every account may start a guild, and each character can join multiple guilds. It stands to reason that each of us would like to have our own guild, if for no other reason than to have a guild bank with additional slots. Since additional personal bank and bag slots can be purchased with real money, from a business perspective it stands to reason that GW2 would make more money by not offering free guild slots immediately. Again this is just speculation, and not any kind of accusation, but it does make a kind of sad sense. Also exp bonuses and other guild perks are also offered to varying degrees on the trading post. Maybe just charging $5 a month to own a guild would solve an issue like this not that I’m advocating monthly fees, but I’d really like my guild to function, so I can have fun with my friends!!!FUN!!

We are a small guild, Nobodys Fools, and none of our members are able to access the guild bank. Additionally, one of our members chose to see if choosing to stand down then represent again might clear up the problem – it didn’t and now he can’t represent again.

I am Guildleader locked out of all permissions except “Edit Rank”, Leader can create a new rank, but when attempting to delete a rank the following error is recieved

“Unable to complete the operation” (permission denied) (Code=49 : etc : etc)

Nobody can even change the “Message of the Day”, all options either unchecked or greyed out.

Officers can only use the “Admin Lower Rank” but we have no officers and can’t promote one.

Members only have “New Members Here”.

Able to represent/stand down with any character, no other abilities work. Would be nice to see a response to this issue. Thank you

I am playing at EU desolation server.

Couple of weeks ago I created a guild named AMASYA (aMa) and used my tome of influence I got from my digital deluxe edition but it got used without giving any influence.

I just formed the guild, and I was extra careful because I heard there were problems with guilds/representing etc. There were no other guilds that I was part of then. The tome of influence just vanished without giving influence to the guild.

You can easily check game logs and confirm my claim. I used my tome of influence and did not receive any influence.

just to recap:
I did NOT server transferred. I used my tome of influence, it was consumed and did not give any influence.

I already requested support for this asking for my influence or another tome of influence.

I received a reply saying “we have no way of restoring or awarding any influence that was not originally gained” which to my understanding rather bluntly says that they do not have any intention of doing anything despite the fact that I bought the right to that influence when I paid real money for digital deluxe version.

Last mail also advised me to come and post here so here I am.

I want my influence or my tome of influence. Or give the money back that I paid for the “deluxe” portion of digital deluxe version and that is acceptable for me too.

Allot of guilds seem to be missing out on a ton of influence. My guild stopped getting influence for completing WvW events with a team, and I’m the leader and can’t claim obvjectives, go to the guild bank because ‘my guild hasn’t given me permission’.
The guild is a month old and we never had the problem before, Anet hasn’t given any answer or reply to this problem when its basically huge considering the game is called guild wars and the guilds are a huge part of it..

I have attempted to join the guild ‘The Broventurer’s Guild’ but I receive the network error code ‘3040:1002:3:1950:101’ every time I hit the join button. Please advise.
