No, Guild Wars 2 isn’t a free-to-play game. I’m also having issues with the Guild system @ the moment.

Build is still gone but the Guildlist and remaining influence is back……

Another guild with an empty queue, the influence is gone but nothing shows, luckily I can see in the log when the research started so I guess we wait until it would have finished before doing anything.. seems there are no other display issues though.

Problem occurred after the patch on the 19th sept. Guild panel shows i am the only member of my guild, and tags are also empty.
Every guild member see the same. Noone can access the guild bank and see guild upgrades.
Its not the first time, when the problem occured, our previous guild Invasion[Int] (Leader: Boldus) had the same symptoms and then just dissapeared.

Please recover our first guild with all the guild influence we have earned at Invasion and Intrusion.

The patch broke/reset the Guild build. Any refund/reembursement on the way?

Might not mean a lot to the big guilds to lose 500-1000 influence, but us smaller guilds are being hit hard when this kind of thing happens…would be nice if there was found a solution for this problem.

Yesterday, I placed Architecture 3 in our guild queue. After the guild problems in the past couple of hours, it is no longer in the queue (it is listed under architecture again) and we’re still down 5000 influence points.

Is this happening to anyone else (not specifically architecture, of course).

They are still broken, as of now. After this second maintenance, my guild now shows nobody in it. I can represent fine.

Yep…Same happened to me as well

I have the same, lost Economy lvl 3, also 5000, the influence boost, and the event influence boost (I was using Asuran workshop to upgrade 3 at a time)

Now the game kicked all my toon from my guild, and I have no clue how to get ahold of anyone to ask for a reinvite since the search for person is broken too.

You are not alone, we lost the influence and it never upgraded. I hope they do something about this.

You are not the only one, I had Guild Emblem Template queued yesterday, according to log 21 hours ago, takes 24 hours to build, its no longer in the queue doesnt show as completed in the log and Im down the influence used to create it

Architec 1 build here is gone, 500 influence down the drain…..

Well lets just hope they either fix, compensate the influence lost, or tell us they arent doing anything about it so we can continue.

OK, so the hotfix you issued fixed the part where we couldn’t see each other. But one of my friends in a panic clicked something and isn’t representing our guild anymore and he cant represent our guild again with the represent button.

I logged out with my guild banner template making and and i rushed it once it WAS to be done at around 2am est. I logged on around 610am est wanting to make it and guess what? it’s acting like one i am not even in a guild cause i don’t have the option to get a bigger guild license and two the upgrade disappeared and it back to where i can buy it again i checked the logs no one killed it and now i am out points and the gold i paid for them. i need this fixed and i am sure i am not the only one

I lost gold and guild influence as well along with all upgrades that have been done. Also everything is blocked for me I can’t click on anything, it’s like everything is wiped, no history etc. Not gaining anything from events either since i lost politics upgrade.

No access to Guild Vault, the NPC doesn’t seem to know I’m in a Guild.
Build queue has disappeared along with the points allocated to projects in development.

I’ve run into this quite a few times. There seems to be a bug within the Building Queue / Upgrades. It generally takes a couple relogs and it comes right. If it doesn’t, just screen shot your History and Upgrade list and send it in for ANet support to review

Nothing here after some relogs…gonna send them my SS and ask them what the heck is going on…

if this hasn’t already been said, make sure to log out and exit the patcher completely, then log back in and guild/party stuff should be fixed. though instances are still buggy, afaik.

Missing Guild build after todays update:

after the patch ive seen that im the only one in my guild i thought that standing down then representing the guild might do the trick, now i cant represent my guild, but others see me as an active part of the guild. I thought that it might be a database error therefore left the guild and asked an officer to add me again. doing so didn’t fixed the error. please fix this annoying error once and for all.

UPD: fix guild tag – Invasion[Inv]

Have now had THREE guild members use their Tomes of Influence and gotten no points added to our guild’s tally.

Support ticket was blindly closed after originally opening it and have re-opened it as yet another person had no points apply from their Tome.

You are mistaken caasig, this thread was started by ArenaNet and they have replied several times. Although I admit I am getting frustrated as well.

Anet can u plz stop fixing stupid stuff during which u manage to break something useful and still didnt fix important issues, been like 10 days still no influence returned, no money back for lost drinks u bought + queue keeps disappearing and losing influence.

As asked, todays patch screwed Guild builds over in that they vanished, and from this I would like to know if a) we will have the builds returned, b) have lost influence reembursed/restored or c) Anet will stick the head in the ground on this matter and pretend that that everything is fine.

As I have pointed out in earlier posts today, this setback might not mean that much to the bigger guilds, but to the small guilds, the loss of influence/builds has quite a significant impact on us.

Do something about it, and fix it so it won’t happen again!

So will we be getting any compensations for lost time? 10+ days for research is huge and I am pretty confident that if we had start a new guild when the old one went missing we would get every research and stuffs done by now before you guys finish fixing this missing guild issue.

Guild is apparently back, Tag is back, but our 6238 influence of improvements and balance are still missing.

Wow still not solved? Most certainly already pointed out but isn’t the game name Guild Wars? Oh yeah and please don’t send mail to promote guilds when the actual system does not work…

Don’t get me wrong I love the game but that specific part is ridiculous.
