Absolutely nothing has been done for a friend of mine who got caught in the massive wrongful ban. And because she replied to the support ticket via her phone email, ArenaNet decided her account was unsafe and refuses to do ANYTHING. Many people, including myself, have responded to tickets via their smart phones so that things don’t have to wait for them to get home for solutions to progress.
Her ticket number, so maybe things will actually get some progress done.

reason: selling gold ( your auto account ban has flaw)

i know this is the standard procedure but i know how the system works. Don’t try to lie to me.

This is the second time I am posting on behalf of my IRL friend who cannot post here even though he is logged in with his Guild Wars 2 game account on the site here
because when he tries to access this forum page he gets greeted by the following message: Login Error: You do not have access to Guild Wars 2.

Display Name: Windleaf.8725 : It has been almost a week since I was erroneously banned for botting, even though i have never done such a low life scum thing since i have respect for this game and even pre-bought it back in april 2012 and im still thinking of doing the same with the upcoming expansion because you see, out there in the mmo market it’s a barren wasteland of failures and burning ships of mmo’s. Since I submitted my ticket apart from a person who said he will have an agent look at my account, NOTHING has been done about it, the status of my ticket is stuck at updated since the first day of this year, and it is even more sad when you arenanet people ask us to report bots and yet you ban me too in your Algorithm Carpet bombing of bots, you took my account out too in the process, It’s not a pretty thing that is! My incident number as i said is [Incident: 130101-001639] . I hope i won’t have to count another week until anything at all is done! Even a simple response on the support site would be appreciated than being TOTALLY ignored for a WEEK straight! P.S. What are the people that got erroneously banned and need to come on this thread in order to post and prioritize their tickets, how are they supposed to do that if they know NO ONE and have NO ONE to post for them since their accounts are disabled and they cannot post…

Hi, im writing this on my friends account because mine no longer has access to this forum and the game.
After having bought the full game, in pre-launch, and activating it with the retail code provided by NCSoft, i have been able to play the game since august 2012.
At december 28th i suddenly got the message
“U have not applied a retail serial code to your account and the grace period has ended. untill you apply a retail serial code, you will be unable to continue playing guild wars 2. please visit the retailer where you pre-purchased or pre-ordered guild wars 2 to obtain your retail serial code.”
Ofcourse i almost instantly made a ticket about it, wich got answered to at first with asking me certain details regarding my account and the purchase of the game. I have given every single detail, attached emails, gave Paypal ticket ID’s of each purchase i made. I also bought 100€ worth of gems around christmas for my character of wich i can provide detailed purchases IDs
Basicly everything that was asked for and more. Yet this ticket is still unresolved since and had none to little response other then automated messages in the likes of
“I am escalating your ticket to our Payment Review Team to research your issue. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible”
That is, counting from 28december to today, 11 DAYS my account is unplayable and my ticket(s) are hardly looked at if u ask me. Making me a severely unhappy and dissapointed customer. I really find this kind of treatment completely unacceptable. Certainly after giving every single bit of detail what was asked for, almost within the hour of my first reply received at 12/29/2012 05:35 PM

My brother has been having this problem since second weekend beta which he pre-ordered for… He was in the middle of a dungeon with Dad and I(on same wifi and we havent had a problem since game was released..) Please help with Ticket 121108-002534 (4Days old But going on since beta…) We called and they said that since his account is 6 months old he cannot even get a refund…to create another since the rest of families purchases past Beta seem to be fine. Alright, Update on Guru’s case, We went back through his credit card purchases and found that for whatever reason, his GW2 Purchase was still pending. It did charge his Card however.

Charges that are pending are "money set aside’ but are not charged to the card. Only a charge is a charge. You didn’t note the ticket number, but if this is still a question and if I have not address it in later posts, please be sure to include the ticket number in each post.

That is my brothers account witch was wrongfully terminated for selling gold for real money. He has never nor will ever partake in such action. This is like the 5th time that this has happened. Before, he was getting banned/re-opened every 3—4 days or so(one of those times Anet said it was a mistake on their part).
On the most recent ban/un-ban he created a brand new email,changed all passwords, we thoroughly cleaned the pc for malware etc. We thought that was the last of this issue but once again he gets banned for the same issue. The guildwars2 website doesn’t show any other ip log in and he has the authenticator as well so is there some kind of list that his account is on that causes him to repeatedly get banned for this issue?
