Apologies, its three days later tonight, and it was posted more in concern of lack of contact that it was received beyond initially and passed on. I have no clue if it is even being looked at yet, may main concern was that I had thought I had the issue figured out and had emailed such in follow-up, then immediately followed up again realizing I hadn’t, so I wanted to ensure the ticket was not cancelled. Thank you Gaile, and to your team for your hard work.

My friend submitted ticket # 324383 on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 1:13 PM after recieving an email notifying her that her account email had been changed.
This wasnt sent on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 7:01 AM. Since then she has only gotten 1 email (same day) stating that it was getting transfered to a senior member.
No status updates have been given and the ticket is 5 days old.

I have put in a ticket for a refund of my gems runes and crests when you changed the FLame Kissed light ARmor. That was 3 days ago I have still to receive a reply or refund. I’ve been a loyal player of guildwars since the beginning buying both collectors editions I feel sad to note that, and it means nothing. I don’t deserve a response or for that matter a real new set of armor or my at the very least the original armor I covered. I cant even find out whats happen to my ticket. What happen after 2 months time caught up to you and it was decided that we’d better get something out so you choose random existing armor. If you were going to do that why didn’t you at least let us vote on it. I could go on however I’ll sign off with how extremely disappointed I am in ANET, shouldna known building the ultimate game out..... big business in we can now all be ignored......

[Resolved] Ticket #326868

So I bought 5 black Lion Keys with gems from the gem store and used it to unlock the BL chests. After unlocking it, I realize I didn’t want to use it at the time since it’d be better to wait until a promotion was out, like now with the Lovestruck skins. Over the course of time, I forgot that I used the keys from a character I rerolled, so now I no longer have access to the unlocked chest, even though I paid gems for it. This was the response I got from support.

We understand you would like to open some unlocked Black Lions chest that show as soulbound. Although we are aware you’ve tried with all your characters to claim them, keep in mind that any items that were soulbound to a deleted character will remain like that. Most likely this is the reason why you are not able to claim these Black Lions Chest.

I’m very sorry that we were not able to do more for you this time and I thank you for your patience and understanding.

I bought a character expansion and created a new character. When I used my new character I chose to not represent my guild, however all my other characters were kicked out of the guild. Since my characters were the only ones in the guild, my entire guild was destroyed. I lost my items which were stored in my guild bank.

Hello I submitted a ticket (( ticket no. 341028 )) 3/4 days ago concerning an item (Quivver from the gem store) that suddenly disapeared from my inventory after a lag burst without a deletion prompt. I gave the details of my character and the only response I can find in my email is the automated one you get after you send a ticket (More details can be found in my support ticket..). If you are requiring more information on how it happened I am happy to talk to you about it, I’d simply appreciate the acknowledgement that it is under review as I have been extremely happy with the support you have all given me over my other 2 tickets. This item is one of my favourites for Roleplay.

“Hey I’ve heard a lot of good things from friends about Gaile Gray, even from back in the days of GW1. That said I would greatly appreciate it if they were able to look into my current situation.
I’ve received a personally motivated permanent ban from an Arenanet staff member (name mentioned in my support tickets.) Chat logs can confirm that just 10 seconds after my conversation with him I was permanently banned. Thus far the support team has been completely unwilling to look into the matter as I receive nothing more than copy pasted blanket responses. This is a serious issue as I have never exploited dungeons for the purpose of selling (the supposed reasoning for my ban.) More details can be found in my support tickets, however my very first ticket was was made before I understood exactly who I was talking to prior to receiving my ban.

One response “The details that lead to the termination of the account were thoroughly reviewed by our team prior to taking action, and we maintain absolute confidence in our conclusion” makes me very frustrated as this ban was issued in all of 10 seconds and it’s clear this issue is being completely ignored. Please help me.

The only reply I got from support was 4 sentences that are not even relevant to my complaint. I replied immediately, expecting more than a brush-off. That was 7 days ago.

The person who is harassing me has continued to do so since then and I could have updated my ticket again, but I see no point.

The thread I created on this forum and which can be found here: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/account/Do-you-ban-for-this-type-of-harassment was closed without an official reply.

Thus far, support has been decidedly unhelpful.
