I think AnthonyOrdon means the people of Kryta as a whole, who are independent from the people who run LA.
Arenanet need to make this and Southsun proper full-size zones that are included in map-completion.
They need to make it into a fully working, fully sized zone. It needs map completion, more areas/events/content, more waypoints. Basically it needs to function as every other zone.
And connecting it properly to the adjacent zones wouldn’t hurt too.
No. Because you will be rewarded accordingly.
I’ve been in level 40-50 zones and surrounding zones, and haven’t seen many players either. And this isn’t even endgame areas.

Still, this game feels too light on combat mechanics PvE wise. So it becomes boring. While you guys are right about the faulty Events and Bosses mechanics, the lack of skills (in general, don’t talk about ele here please) is a problem as well.
I remember, I played vanilla wow, from the beginning, for a little while. I remember how tough leveling was, and how I enjoyed it. And then.. well WoW became what it is.
Here in GW2, level is not only easy, it becomes dull pretty quickly.
But then, a lot of people will argue that GW2 is primarily a PvP game… which might be true, I don’t know? I don’t enjoy PvP myself. But if so, it should be clearly stated that PvE is just an excuse to get used to classes’ gameplay, and people would just quit or live with it.
As long as the doubt remains, people will get mad at the PvE gameplay and patch notes.

However, these threads appear all the time, there’s been countless threads about game difficulty, often having polar opposite opinions in them. My point was that it’s just swings and roundabouts. So if there’s a bunch of each, then the game is probably pretty well balanced…?
Maybe having it back in the form that we all know it is the bad idea, but why not let every class tank, heal, and dps as they choose?
No more we need a tank since everyone can tank. No need to a healer cause everyone can heal. It’s the mass chaos that bothers me. There is no real challenge other than patience.
All professions can already heal, tank and dps quite effectively already, whilst the options to do so are still limited. This limitation on holy trinity roles is necessary because without it, this mmo would feature a holy trinity like all the others. If players had unlimited ability to create tank, healer and dps builds, there would just be a holy trinity again. That’s why we have limits to our tank, healer and dps skills/abilities.
