I’m not sure what caused the issue, but it occurred when the award screen started at the end of an Entanglement story mission. I sent the requested report and here is a screenshot. I had to re-log and was correctly rewarded and it completed as soon as I logged back in so it wasn’t too much of an inconvenience.
Very Amusing, it gave me a good laugh.
Because I find it more fun playing a Tank Cleric Warrior rezzing all those Berzerkers which drop dead like flies. :P
Yeah just ignore them as mentioned and do what you want in game. If they have an issue with it they can take it up with the Devs to remove the option of completing the event. You are playing the game as intended.
Yeah this is getting out of hand and needs to be fixed. I’ve seen some violent things said to people in Map chat in the Cursed Shore and in Queensdale if anyone tries to complete the quest or if they try to kill a Champ outside of the farm run order they have set.
That the rulers of Kryta are actually the human God’s in disguise in a mortal form using the host’s body temporarily and that Queen Salma was actually the Goddess Dwayna and she is the Goddess Lyssa. The whole arena and pirate attacks were a test to see if we were worthy as a race and still able to overcome obstacles without their help. Since we succeeded we are more than capable without their help against the Dragons and therefore they will remain dormant not assisting us giving us nothing. :P
Another possibility is your mouse might be double clicking if you are using the mouse to activate the skills with the mouse. That will set the skill off near you.

I had some issue of boss chests not appearing with Tequatl and the Shadow Behemoth after completion and receiving Gold Event Participation. I’m not talking about the Bonus Chests but their standard chests. I don’t believe that those are once a day also, but correct me if I’m wrong. I know a few others with the same issue. I haven’t tested other Boss’s to see if the result was the same, but it has happened with 2 different characters on my account.
I’m a bit disappointed about it. I play my g.f. and our friends who are not hardcore players who stat calculate nor do they use Specialty builds. I mean I’m usually the one that dies the least in our party holding the aggro, attacking and rezzing other players and anything else I need to do. Removing the waypoints means that now I either have to limit myself to just rezzing them non stop to keep the party alive or go find a more specialized group to complete them which I don’t want to do and is punishing good players like myself. That is the reason we don’t play fractals and personally I avoid fractals. I hate the grind of Fractals. As far as Dungeon’s are for only the elite and bad players shouldn’t be rewarded I’ll have to disagree. As stated they are already punished with DP and Repair Costs. If they want a harder difficulty then add a Hard Mode Option for the dungeons.
If the Dungeon’s are going to be on a Checkpoint system instead of waypoints will the health regeneration boss’s receive from going into out of combat mode be removed. I can see it being an issue if it isn’t if you are going without a fully organized and specific built party making PUG groups worthless and preventing helping new players complete them.
Is the Magic Find Issue close to being fixed. I am still having the issue of my Characters with no Magic Find increase finding and getting better drops than my one with Magic Find.
I have been having an issue of not dodging in the direction that I am trying to dodge in. For example I try to dodge forward and end up rolling backwards or to the side.
I’ve also noticed this too with a few champions not dropping any loot or just dropping junk loot.
I haven’t seen any response to it, but I think they may be working on it as I haven’t seen the word “Invulnerable” anymore, but some enemies seem to still go out of combat a bit too quickly.
I ran into the Plains of Ashford ones and just laid there dead watching about 20 people try to walk by and getting one shotted to which we were laughing a bit trying to warn others, but they didn’t listen and ended up dead like us. Then a few of us started using distractions and stealth skills to rez some others. It was fun, but definitely needs to be fixed.
I’m not sure if the issue was fixed or not, but after starting a Mesmer character and getting them to level 35 I’ve only encountered the issue twice the entire time unlike with the guardian once every 15 mins or so. I do notice however when attacking from a uneven surface where an enemy can’t reach it no longer shows invulnerable, but the damage ticks off and they have super fast regen to nullify the damage.
Not on this scale, as it has become more common recently that I’ve noticed on my account (not saying it hasn’t) than from my time playing since the Open Beta started.
I was good for about 6 hours yesterday until it started happening a lot when using the Guardian underwater spear skills to where I couldn’t use that weapon and had to use the trident skills and stay still just soaking up the damage inflicted so it wouldn’t happen.
I’ve been noticing a possible bug of enemies becoming invulnerable during combat and regenerating their health as if they are not in combat randomly throughout the world and on rare occasions during story missions. I’m on the same level attacking with melee I damage them partially, but then they become invulnerable, get to full health, stay invulnerable. Then the process repeats until eventually they are able to be killed. It happens both on land and under water. I’ve been playing a Guardian during the times I noticed it happening. I’ve attached screenshots. The first three are from one time it happened on land and the 4th is during a story mission under water.
Ah okay, I guess that makes sense as to why that is happening.
I’m using a weapon and armor combination which has my magic find over 100% and I noticed I still get a lot of whites in the Orr areas. I haven’t tested the other areas as of yet. I can understand Blues and higher, but I thought Whites were not considered Magic items and instead base items. Is this a bug or intentional? With crafting materials it seems to be working fine as a lot of those are dropping more than without the magic find.
I’ve had it happen twice on my Ranger from falling damage myself. My guess would be that it is a rounded number to the closest point meaning I might of been at .3 Health and the number rounded to 0 instead to 1.
I received the Explorer Achievements for Kryta, Maguuma, Orr, Shiverpeaks, and Ascalon, but however I still missing one Orr Skill Point for 100% World completion due to a bug sitting at 99%. It seems that the Skill point isn’t needed for the Explorer Achievements but it is based off of the POIs and the area names in the zones.
Myself and a few members attempted to defeat this boss multiple times and noticed a possible oddities making it impossible.
The first issue was the use of his pull skill frequently pulling us when we were out of the line of sight behind pillars and pulled through/around them leading to an instant down from next skill when near him unable to escape. Also there were instances of being pulled while behind him on occasion and being pulled out from under the water up into the air to him. I have no problem with the skill itself, but the inability to get away from it to places we can’t attack him, but he can attack us with a line of sight skill.
The second issue in one or more occasions I myself was using a longbow as a Ranger and I was getting the out of range notice, moved up until I I hit which I assume is the 1200 range as stated as longbow range and was able to be pulled at that distance. A Thief who uses Scorpion Wire who was in the party said that skill has a range of 900. I’m not sure if the boss is meant to pull at that distance or not so I’m not sure if this is a bug or not.
Back to being bugged on Dragonband (US), standing there right now.
I can confirm this is still bugged, I’m currently in game at this location on the Dragonband server and it is unavailable to complete. Last skill point in that map I need for map completion.

Is there any way to implement a tonic or such to mark you as friendly unable to attack and unable to be attacked while exploring WvWvW maps until you exit WvWvW or it’s time expires. It is seriously a major nuisance getting POIs and Vistas etc etc for players who hate PvP and are only taking up space on the WvWvW just to get those things. Some players take off their armor, use emotes, etc etc to try to show they have no interest in combat and are only getting the points, but still they become ambush targets and get extremely frustrated.
But I feel still the best option is to remove the map requirements from PVP except in non combat zones.
