I’m not suprised by this they continue to disappoint me with their nerfs to my favorite classes. They seem to not have a problem with giving legendaries pretty effects while taking away from others. By next year this game will look like guild wars 1 and all specializations will nerfed to the ground I can almost guarantee that. Also, I don’t expect a response from them I hardly ever see a response from them.
So far they have taken at least one trait from each profession that I use and removed it for whatever reason they have. The people behind these changes do not know what they are doing it’s clear they don’t want anyone to use anything that is useful to some players. It’s clear that their motto is if it’s fun or useful nerf or remove it while adding or keeping stuff that sucks. This is my opinion and I’m sure people will tell me to adjust to it but I should’nt have to with something that was optional for me to use.
I hate how traps are not throwable just because some of you people like how they are are doesn’t mean the rest of us do. They should have kept it an option instead of forcing us to use them one way. For those that like them the way they are now all I can say is enjoy them now because i’m sure they will be nerfed later on anyway.
They may be strong now but for how long until they nerf that into the ground I’m not hear to argue with people all I’m saying is why take away something optional for those of us who liked it. The thing about it not making sense is an opinion a lot of things in this game don’t make sense like every fantasy game out there and ground targeting may do nothing for you. My point is you took away something that was optional in favor of something that i’m sure will be nerfed later on.
I liked having having ground targeted traps just because you like them now doesn’t mean I have to and I recall it was an option for people to have.
I hate what they have done to the ranger in regards to traps and spirits they ruined the ranger for me. I liked having the option to throw traps and have my spirits follow me know it sucks. People on the forum seem to like the changes but I don’t it should have stayed an option fo the rest of us.

I wish the tornado would depending on your attunement summon a fire tornado, water tornado, air/lightning tornado and earth/dust devil tornado a a target location but I know it will not happen.
I wish tornado was summoned at an area rather than a transform it is horrible how it is done.

1. Ask about base profession improvements traits, skills and elites they need to be
looked at.
2. When will we be getting more information about specializations and everything
included in the expansion? I’m still a little confused about how specializations work.

I agree with the questions about updates to the old professions they all need to be overlooked and updated there are still so many useless skills it would be great to go into this expansion with new and improved stuff.
As much as i’m excited for specializations and the new profession I agree that they need to look at a lot of skills because I find so many useless. Some skills have potential to be good but fall short while others are just bad I’m hopefull that they go over each profession.
I wish they would look at all abilities for every charactor there are a lot that are useless.
Some just need to be improved while others need to be changed for example I wish my elementalist tornado wasn’t a transform but rather a summon so I could use my other skills to stay alive also I find my mesmers utility skills boring and some useless along with there elites like mass invisability.
This is just my opinion others my disagree

I’m glad there is a post for this I enjoyed this event last time and was excited to play again but the lack of rewards and nothing dropping isn’t worth it for me. The way they are making this game with timers on everything isn’t what I signed up for.
Well I teleported inside of a rock because of a bugged skill phase retreat right when they were driving the karka back to that cave 9/12 of the vents had been destroyed by the time i would have gone to that far waypoint it would be over and I could’t even get back to the game because of being stuck on the load screen.I want my reward I was there for hours from the begining and my arms were starting to hurt.
The same thing happened to me right at the end of the karka event it was 9/12 of the vents had been destroyed and by the time i would have gotten back they would have been done. I thought phase retreat had been fixed and it cost me my reward and I did that event from the begining.
My mesmer is the reason I didnt get to finish the event or get the chest the skill phase retreat needs to still be fixed and i happen to get stuck right at the end.I played the entire thing rezing ppl by the dozens I deserve my reward.
Played the event from the begining as a mesmer only to phase retreat and get stuck at the very end and the only way point i had was far away and i couldnt even get back in.
