for the people saying it still don’t know, make sure you are NOT in overflow, wvw bonuses don’t work in overflow(not saying it is not possible something still could be bugged ofc, merely ensuring you are at your own actual server where the bonuses apply)
I’ve checked it in non-overflow, WvW, and dungeons and I’m absolutely sure it is not working anywhere for me.
This is still bugged for me after the patch today. I haven’t switched servers in two months.
Another WvW match; another week without bonuses.
After using the trebuchet to destroy the undead trebuchets and the cutscene plays, my camera becomes locked to the trebuchet. When I open and close my map to fix it, my game crashes. Tried it twice in a row and the exact same thing happened both times.
Edit: I was able to progress by making sure I left the treb before the final shot hit.

Here is the data from two runs of AC that we just finished a few minutes ago. The same five players did both runs and were all level 80. The last dungeon run prior to these two for players 1-4 was at approximately 9PM PST last night. It had been over a week since player 5 ran his last dungeon.
Run 1: AC, Detha, Start time: 11:50, End time: 12:15
Player 1: 45 tokens, 19.5 silver
Player 2: 60 tokens, 26 silver
Player 3: 45 tokens, 19.5 silver
Player 4: 45 tokens, 19.5 silver
Player 5: 60 tokens, 26 silver
Run 2: AC, Tzark, Start time: 12:22, End time: 12:53
Player 1: 30 tokens, 13 silver
Player 2: 60 tokens, 26 silver
Player 3: 30 tokens, 13 silver
Player 4: 30 tokens, 13 silver
Player 5: 45 tokens, 19.5 silver
These results are similar to what we have been experiencing since the DR system was introduced. Player 2 has been consistently getting correct rewards while the rest of us are getting permanently diminished rewards when, as far as I can tell, we have not been triggering DR conditions. Even if DR conditions were being triggered, we should all be getting the same rewards which is clearly not the case.
If you are seeing issues, please post the dungeon/path you chose, and how long it took you to do that path, and when the last time you ran a dungeon was. These will help uus determine what might be going wrong.

If you think you are running at a fairly reasonable pace post all of the chains you have run and the times to complete and we will file it to try and figure out if it is a bug. Please post accurate times, otherwise we cannot determine if there are in fact bugs in the system.
Thanks,
Jon

All rewards are susceptible to our code that is dealing with people who are speed clearing dungeons. If you find yourself getting less rewards consider whether or not your rate of dungeon completion is extremely high. This did not get reset with the patch.

There is a group of three of us that run dungeons together (last two members are random). We never do any runs without the others so clear times, dungeon choice, and path choice are the same for all of us. One of us always gets full rewards while the other and I always get diminished rewards. This leads me to conclude that there is a bug that is only affecting a portion of the player base which causes them to receive diminished rewards.
The Shaman Reward Breastplate (CoF exotic medium chest armor) makes all shoulders invisible (male norn, other races unknown).
Chest equipped, shoulders missing:

Back to old chest, shoulders show up again:

P.S. 90% of medium chest armors cause clipping issues with one-hand and off-hand weapons. I can compile a list if it would help.

Well only ANet can truly explain their logic behind it. I would guess though that it is at least partially designed to encourage server loyalty and discourage server hopping.
This bug has been around for awhile. Elites from other classes are affected by appropriate CD reduction traits so Entangle shouldn’t be an expection. It either needs to have its CD properly changed when the trait is active or it needs to be declassified as a survival skill in its tooltip.
Yeah… I still think it is a bug…
Trust me it’s not. This is 100% intended.
Tailors make Rune of the Pirate, not Leatherworkers.
You can buy them with Badges of Honor which you can collect by killing players, some drop up to 2 of them.
While this is true, some people (myself for instance) are saving their badges so they can buy the exotic WvW weapons and armor.
wiki can be edited by ANYONE and as such is not always a reliable source, so instead you should be going more out from the tooltip, as you said it listed “Lowering the targets defense” and condition dmg is not affected by defence (armor+toughness) hence makes sense that vulnerability don’t affect it either.
I believe the tooltip for vulnerability is leftover from its previous version, when it actually gave negative toughness instead of a percent damage increase.
As ANet puts it, personal story is your story and the dungeons are the story of Destiny’s Edge so they are mostly separate. There is a story step that requires you to complete a certain dungeon but I don’t want to spoil anything so I can’t give any more details than that.
When your pet attacks something if puts you in combat and movement speed in combat is reduced. Rangers have a similar problem with our pets but fortunately we have the ability to put them on passive.
My source is not able to be cited so unfortunately you’ll have to take my word on it being intended. However, you can test other percent damage increase mechanics and you’ll see that they all operate the same way with regards to condition damage.
You aren’t expected to buy siege equipment at level 11. However, someone needs to have it. If your team is playing WvW without siege then you are doing it majorly wrong.
It’s not a bug. All percent damage increases intentionally do not affect condition damage.
