Yes, i’m from JQ aswell i got same problem.

Youc an partially solve it by guesting on other server, sadly for wvw player as me its not the solution.

As title says, daily quest and laurels tied to it should be character based not account based, unless Antes want to punish more and more players who play with more than one character.

Person who play one char can work on his/her amulet ( 20-30 days ) and then start gathering laurels for fun stuff from vendor.
Person who like me enjoy to play more then one class/character need to work on amulet—> next char amulet —-> next char amulet —> ect, ect ect, then you can start working on fun stuff if nothing more will not be added only to laurel vendor again.

I should have choice if i’m willing to spend more time and do daily on more then one char to get what i want from laurel vendor i should have thet option.

Why with every patch i feel more and more punished for playng more then one char?

I found vendor with armor with stats, kinghts, carrion ect but cant find weapon one lol

I was asking about that yesterday, all i got are answers is our choice to play more then one char.

Considering estimated time to get max rank per char is 2000 hours i need only 672 days to get max rank on all my chars if i will be play 24/7 with no sleep or other activities during this time.

Maybe anet should consider to remove all char slots but one with that politic.

Lets hope then leaderboards wont be char based.

Ofcourse it was my choice, but 6 months ago GW2 looks more “alt friendly” than it is now, no one tells us they will add content which will be char based not account based, don’t they? ( There are char slots in shop for some reason )

So as i say now i feel FORCED to play on only one char, and i’m not alone with that opinion.

why you trying to force me to play only one of all my chars?

First with laurels which takes me ages to gear up with ascended amulets all my chars, now you introduce world xp/rank and its again, char based.

I got all classes and i PLAY all classes now i must spend 8x more time to get world xp for all my chars and probably never will be anywhere in leaderboards because i can bet those will be char based too.

So i’m asking, what is idea behind all of this?

Just give every class in game same possibility as thiefs have, go to glass cannon build and burst other glass cannon without showing themselfs in matter of seconds and all will be fine.

I got this problem before from time to time, after i go to char selecion screen and switch characters i can target only with TAB i cant target with LMB i need to restart whole client to get targetting with LMB back.

After todays patch 30.01.2013 i got it everytime i switch character its very annoyng to restart whole client if i want to switch chars.

So what i can see in this thread JQ and SoS are bad and BG is crystal clear.

Going back to wvw i will look on forum in next two weeks as always.

Sorry for not playng 24/7 i’m say only what i see in wvw in my play time, also what about BG players whispering us about leave them and go for SoS and while we do that they backstab us.

I hate both JQ and BG equally, both servers cant honor a duel. Always taunting. Even the so glorified HB runs in 5s and when you die 5vs1 to them you get laughed at, what a joke…

Its like SoS never laught at you when you get killed 1 vs 5.

MMOs are supposed to be balanced around teamplay not 1v1 duels.

Todays in EB when SoS was pushing hard BG and taking red lands only thing what BG was doing was to keep attacking JQ once after once leaving us no other option than push BG back and they got double teamed pushed away from EB completly.

So nice to see you guys SoS and SBI work togheter against us JQ

Again, cultural armours are about skins, not stats, just like the Order/Priory/Vigil armours. .

Those should have same cost then now V/P/O armor cost like 6g set, cultural one ~120.

After patch i try to join my server wvw bl i stuck on loading screen for eternity and even if i restart client its still try to load me to this bl so i’m pretty much screved unless i make new char.

Because my last topic was deleted ( not shocked ) reason: rant no constructive discussion , i’m makin new one.

Anet tell us when you will fix existing problems in FoTM instead of “fixing” minor glitches.

- Shaman teleporting to prisoner and killing him and we cant get bonus chest because of that.
- Bugged last boss in collosus frac, he is not spawning adds at first try.
- D/cs in FoTM .
- Boting whole team back to LA at 3rd or 4rth fractal.

And where i complained?

I’m just sayn if you have 5 or less agony ressistance you will more like will be dead at jade maw and also its not only boss with undodgable agony fyi.

Only today my group was booted back to LA when we was figh with Jade maw ( that was done twice) we got like 15 d/c ( and we are getting d/c only in FoTM ) we was bugged as charrs 3 times.

So we want to thank you Anet for making most bugged dungeon/instance ever.

any one know how high is chance to get FoTM ring 10-19 from bonus chest?

I opened already 5 of them and got no ring inside while rest of my team got one or two of them, now they progressing trough 20+ and i’m left at 19 because i was dying too much on agony because my +10 resisit from back was not enough.

There is no other chance to get pre than gambling in mf atm, price for The Legend just go from 322g to 399g now in last 2 days there is no way i can make 80g in 2 days its just totally stupid, prices for rares/exotics lvl 75+ go higher too i just feel sad for players who will buy GW2 now or later because there will be no chance for them to get legendary unless they will be very very lucky with MF.

Atm according to my spreadsheet i’m at 324 rare staves and 298 rare short bows lvl 75+ which i throw to mf and from all this rares i got 1 exotic, because MF hates me too much and there is no way i can farm all this money to buy any pre i just give up in this matter but i wish rest of you luck with your gambling/farm.

I was busy with farmin hallowen stuff but today i decided to go AC and for my first of a day i got 15 tokens, so i try to switch char and go diff path again 15 tokens, i go on diff char for HoTW and again 15 tokens, yay now i only need 25 years or something to farm legendary ect

Disconnecting authenticator from my acc helps, only shame is i don’t feel secure now..

I play since headstart and i not been disconnected even once untill todays patch now i’m getting d/c every 20-30min i can’t even do one story mission its just crazy.

Yes lets not, just give debuff to players who transfer they can’t join WvW for week, they still can play PvE with friends tho.

Its not like i don’t like Gandara i’m just pointing to Kobra ( i played on both gandara and Deso servers ) he will not find here nothing more than on Desolation atm.

i was playng on Gandara for some days and trust me its worse here than on Deso, if you want nice community go to GH ( Sorry Gandara guys! )

But problem with defense it on almost all servers people just think its give you nothing and tbh they give you more xp/karma/silver/fun than attack and loose tactic.

Yeah its way better when guild wait untill ALL members arrive and then go to figt, last time when we get guild like that in bl we lost evrything because 40 pople was waiting for whole group, they say they can’t participate in battles because there is queue and they need all members to be in, we not get back what we lost in this 30-40 min of waiting for next 7 hours.

Yes, have an American guild move to your server. Alot of American servers have Euro guilds on them just to make them have a stronger force for a larger portion of the day.

Correct a lot of US servers got Oceanic guilds.

While for servers who dominate others 1 or 2 weeks seems " resonable " for servers who are be dominated even 1 week is too loong especially with free transfers.

For guesting on another server first you need to have friend on it to team up with him.

3 days unless they shut down free transfers so servers can balance a bit more then 1 week, 2 weeks its way too much.

I can only say IF we go to 2 week battles with WvWvW in this state it will be nail to the WvWvW coffin for GW2 and i really don’t want to see that because i love this game

If we would get all servers balanced to each other ( which is not possible ) then we can start 2 week or longer battles, now 1 week matchups arent fun.

When you get even partially fair match then longevity its fun but when you get stomped by one server which happens more often than first option, loong matches are not fun at all.

The hell when we have 24h restets before it was more fun and we don’t got soo much server hoppers like right now, just sayn.

Yes, they should last for like 3-4 days max and after server transfer you should get debuff whith you can’t join WvW for 3-4 days.

Hey Kobra, thank you but i’m in one at this moment and i was playng for few days on Deso only as atm i’m hopping from server to server and find me new home and this is not easy unless you will join bandwagon which i don’t want to do.

I’m find some nice pople on Deso tho and i wish you good luck, maybe if i be back here somehow then i will contact with you in game.

I don’t answer to your 1 and 3 but 2 there is easy solution, transfer to server without queues.

+1 It was stupid idea anyway you must start guild again and again everytime you change server, it stops many guilds to transfer now because they don’t want to start from scratch again.
