Nope. It says “violation of terms of service” or w/e. but it doesnt say what I did (when I wasnt even here to do anything)

I already submited a suport ticket. There is no information as to why I was suspended. My friend says he was farming in frostgorge and got d/ced and when he came back his account was terminated.

Honestly the odds of them even responding to me before the 22 hour suspention is up is slim to none. But Im still pretty kitten about it.

update you also just “terminated” a guildies account about 2 mins ago.

I went to visit family for the weekend, left early friday morning right after finishing my daily (I loged in for like 5 mins to do the craft part cause thats all I had left), come back today and I have 22 hours remaining on a suspension…for what??? How do I get suspended when Im not even here to do anything worth getting suspended?

I doubt this happens all that often, so I don’t think we should create new rules. And requiring 3 or even 4 votes won’t prevent griefing — it will only reduce it. I think it would be better to focus on the people who do this, rather than impose a rule that makes it harder for the vast majority of players.

It happens alot. Most people have given up on anyone doing anything about it and dont report it. Spend a few hours on the forums searching, you’ll find lots of these kind of posts.

If you want anet to actually do something about it then you need to draw as much attention to the problem as possible. Facts are facts. The suggestion forum gets less traffic than the discussion forum. Also I don’t really like the title change. I just finished Arah Explorable and 3 party members were kicked when the boss was at about 2% health so that we couldnt get our reward. I have already submitted a report to “support”. My frustration right now isnt even with the 2 guys that did the kicking. Its the fact that there is NO clear cut method of reporting these people for doing these things. Anet…I’m looking at you…its not hard…its a drop down menu…add “griefing”….shouldnt be that hard.

Account bound blueprints

We tried changing blueprints to being account bound and it completely broke the pack up skill when holding the blueprint so we can’t do that either unfortunately.

I’m hoping that someday may find some programmer magic that can solve this so we can at least get rid of them being soulbound, but nobody is looking at it currently.

The graphics quality is far superior to any settings available in-game.

I know there are plenty of videos out there to show legendaries and how they look, but I dont know if people are using SweetFX and HD settings so I figured I would show mine.

What was this update for? I have no sound now.

Edit: Sound works after loging out and back in. But now SweetFX isnt working and I cant get it to work again. Anyone got any ideas?

Re-Re-Edit: Ran GW2-Repair and removed/reinstalled sweetfx. All working again, but, it does this weird scratching noise when the game first opens then the sound works kicks in.

why do these 2 sigils not go together? what i mean is if i have 25 stacks of bloodlust then switch to my other weapon with sigil of life, nothing happens, i cant get any stacks of life. and vis versa. if i get 25 stacks of life then i cant get any bloodlust.

yes, we are aware of this. but its stupid. we shouldnt have to constantly come up with workarounds for anets failures.

wow…do you guys ever test anything? ever? path 1 is stupidly hard now. first boss spawns 6 elites and they respawn about 10 seconds after death making it pointless to kill them. if you were trying to make another dungeon path that no one will ever do again, good job, you succeeded.

put it back the way it was or watch the dungeon slowly die off.

the only thing between me and my legendary are obsidian shards for making those stupid clovers (which by the way, F*&^ You for making those so stupid, 50 attempts in the forge and I get 8 clovers back…really?….seriously?). And now it seems I cant get my hands on any decent amount of karma.

And for those saying go to WvW. I hate pvp. hate it hate it hate it it can go die in a fire. I will end up getting all the karma i need over the next 4 months just from dailys rather than do any WvW

with the addition of Fractals no one is doing karma farming. what was once a viable option for getting obsidian shards is now gone. there used to be 20-30 ppl farming plinx all the time. now im here all alone.

Reduce the difficulty of DE’s so they can be soloed (since you seem to be making old content useless but also needed? wtf?) or reduce the cost of obsidian shards.

Where are the GW2 Servers located? (city, state) I am having massive d/c issues the past day or so and I’ve reached the point where if I can’t improve the situation (or anet fixes it) i’m going to quit the game. Try to do fractal 11, get to 3d fractal, d/c, cant get back in cause anet cant code for crap. Same thing on normal dungeon runs, get to final boss, d/c, come back to no tokens or xp.

Someone tell me where the servers are and ill test various things to improve network performance and report back with my findings.

To all of you people QQing about it and questioning it, just take a step back and think about it from YOUR perspective with NO other people involved. You SHOULD be wanting to be a better player, thus you SHOULD be testing various gear combo’s, traits, skills, etc; to see which is the best one. A parser would help YOU do that.

Make it parse only YOU, and not show others dps. I personally want to know how good my tanking is and where I can improve without spending huge amounts of gold and just eyeballing it.

I have no problems playing the game using Game Booster 3. I haven’t tampered with the program’s ports and such, only removed one option that wouldn’t allow me to use the printer while on “Gaming mode”.

I didnt say it couldnt be done manually. This makes it easier. And undoes all of it when the game is finished. Why would you not want to take the tediousness out of it?

Hi! My issue is 2-fold.

1: Is the use of a program such as Game Booster OK? (would think it would be since it doesnt do anything (i dont think?) to the game itself)

For those of you that don’t know, Game Booster is just a free program that optimizes your system with the push of a button and launches the game of your choosing, when you are done playing and close the game the booster puts everything back the way it was. This should not be affecting the game in anyway, only optimizing your system for better performance.

Do they not reset with the daily anymore? I hurried to finish mine on my 2 80’s before the reset and now they are still all gone on both chars. Just last week I was able to farm the same nodes back to back, one full set of nodes right before reset and another full set after reset.

So bug? Ninja Patch? Did I miss something?

and what if my guild doesnt like pvp? did it ever occure to you that getting these “people” is actually rather difficult seeing as how most NORMAL players want to pvp in the actual pvp areas. Keeps, outposts, etc etc. No one cares if they see a shout “we need help in the jumping puzzle!”

Think about it from another person point of view. Not just your own.

I’m sure this system is fantastic for those yaks bend guys that are doing the trolling. But its kitten for everyone else.

personally I do not think PvP should be part of the monthly, nor part of the legendaries.
I think they should be seperate.
PvP monthly = w/e achieve you can think of, half the reward of the current monthly = 10 coins 5 jugs.
PvE monthly = w/e achieve you can think of, half the reward of the current monthly = 10 coins 5 jugs.

For those that WANT to do both, go for it. For those that think PvP is kitten just do PvE.

Same for legendaries, have diff legendaries be in diff areas. PvP version. PvE version. make them slightly different skins. w/e. I shouldnt have to do something I hate to obtain something I like. Its a game. ment to be enjoyed. not to cause frustration.

uh no. this is stupid. these ppl are just trolling. there are a bunch of them and they went out of their way to bring a SIEGE GOLLEM and an ARROW CART into the eternal battlegrounds jumping puzzle. this isnt how it was “ment” to be. you are probably one of the ones on the trolling end of things so you think its ok. have you been trolled by Yak’s bend lately? its not fun. They are purposely not completeing the jump puzzle themselves so they can just sit there and troll others. This is not the right way to go about making pvp jumping puzzles. Some guildies and I discussed it and here are some of the ideas we came up with as a solution to this problem:

1: neutral area. no fighting.
2: pvp area but no blueprints allowed
3: pvp area but everyone that enters gets invulnerable buff until they attack someone else, thus you can pvp if you want to but you cant troll innocent ppl trying to do the puzzle.
4: put a lockout timer on the puzzle. if you are in for a certain period of time you get ejected and a debuff put on you so you cant go back in for a certain length of time.

I still am rooting for the neutral area option seeing as how i am disgusted with PvP in this game and want no part of it. I only want the gift of battle.

yak’s bend has 7-10 ppl at the end of the dark room setup with an arrow cart. they arnt trying to do the puzzle. they just troll.

All content should be easy enough to need any special team-combo.

Some people don’t grasp that. They’re still stuck in WoW or the holy trinity of tank, deeps, and Healz. as long as you know your combos, and class any combo can run dungeons.

more like some people realize that and they also realize that at the end of a day a team with a guardian usually does better than one without.

My guild has been running arah for a while now. back when most of us were getting our dungeon master titles my guild leader would die quite often at lupicus. He was certainly a skilled player, but he would simply go down, and then die before anyone could even get to him. He changes to guardian and now he never goes down until phase 3 (and only then because he’s literally holding aggro 24/7 and we have ample time to get him back up safely) Our failure rate on lupicus dropped from about 50% to 0% the moment we added a guardian to our teamcomp. Simply because of how lupicus aggro works, and how much easier a guardian can tank than basically every other class.

If you watch speedruns of dungeons youll note about 90% of teamcomps are based around guardian/warrior/thief setups with an optional 1 mesmer or 1 elementalist. Mesmer for timewarp, ele for versatility with reflects, combo fields, heals, and status conditions such as cripple/freeze/swiftness all on 1 weapon.

Everything this person said is fact. Tank guardian is really the only guardian worth having. Now if you have 2 guardians, one spec for tank, one spec for slight dps and mostly support and then you can just faceroll your way through every dungeon in the game. Thats how we do it and we do Arah all paths fairly quickly.

what exactly is a “support” guardian? Everytime Ive played with one of these support guards before, all they seem to be doing is supporting themselves. Aka stand in the back with a tennis racket auto attack and afk. Is every guard that ive met that wants to use support style just a baddie? or is this how it is supposed to be? Personally I think any guard that isnt speced for tanking is a baddie.
