I’m pretty sure this was a mistake, so I’m just going to report it. Nothing serious.
The description for the Caudecus’s Manor achievement track says “Favorite hangout of Giganticus Lupicus” when you hover over it, which is also the same for the Arah dungeon.
They most likely won’t, but they should. Some of these weapons cost just as much, if not more, than legendary weapons. Not being locked into one skin to have the best stats sounds like a win too me.
Found it funny. Ellen represents the Role Model of how we all should be, defending the weak, protecting her city, serving the people, the hero basically. Evon represents the Politicians who buy their power or even the business man who pays to get what he wants. Just like modern day politics!
PS: Ellen will be getting all my support, I’ll be farming in my sleep for Support Tokens.
Just put it all into gems.
The 500 points means pretty much nothing in the grand scheme of things, it’s equivalent to 2 Living Story events which happen every 2 weeks. For those of you who never played Guild Wars 1, getting 50/50 is no CoF p1 Zerk Group farm, it takes a LOT of work. I played the original game since release and I am STILL currently finishing up my 50/50, and I’m pretty kitten excited for that last bump of 50 Achievement Points.
For those of you saying “Oh but Guild Wars 1 and Guild Wars 2 are two different games! Boohoo!”, seriously wipe those tears off your face, stop and take a deep breathe, calm down and think about the situation before typing a response. Yeah they’re are two different games, but Guild Wars 2 was, from the beginning, always meant to be a continuation. This is proven by the Hall of Monuments, you achieve things in Guild Wars 1 and turn them in for rewards in Guild Wars 2. Proven by your Guild Wars 1 character names being reserved for you, so that you could continue your characters legacy in Guild Wars 2. Proven by the title of the game, Guild Wars 1 > Guild Wars 2.
Seriously, I promise you in a couple weeks you won’t even think about the extra 480 achievement points anymore. So why not just forget about them now and not even stress about it. Instead, turn that focus towards playing the game, having fun and earning achievement points along the way.
I saw a charr named Taylor Swiftclaw…
9 moths later and I had just walked past that character in Lions Arch before browsing the forums.
If you want fun, try real life
IRL is terrible, why do you think we’re all here? Lol.
I love my “real life”, I’m here to have some fun whenever I have spare time since Guild Wars 2 is available 99% percent of the time.
One thing and one thing only.
Pay them to make a living story event where the humans retake Ascalon and over the course of a year slowly rebuild it and recreate something close to Pre-Searing in Guild Wars 1.
That’s my dream.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
-No clipping issues on any gear combination.
-Player Housing
-Polearm / Land Spear for warriors
So I was unable to play the days during the firework event for the helmet, actually for almost all the dragon bash event, but hey that’s life. It’s not a big loss and I probably won’t spend more than the rest of the day thinking about not getting the event helmet. But it would be nice to have the chance to get it for the memories. I’m sure plenty of other players feel the same way. ( https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/livingworld/dragonbash/Fireworks-Who-did-not-get-credit ) .
I won’t sit here and cry to you begging for a way to get it, instead I’ll offer you a solution for us!
Here’s what I think would be the best way to go about this
~drum roll please~
~dun dun dun~
Add an NPC for a week or however much time you feel is suitable, that you can trade in Zhaitaffy or Jorbreakers for the Horns of the Dragon helm of a specific armor type.
This way the people who were able to make it to the event still have a slight advantage in getting all 3 for free, but it also gives the less fortunate a chance to get one for their main or all 3 for those blessed with gold. Everyone wins, everyone’s happy, those who don’t want the helmet can simply ignore the npc and sell their Zhaitaffy to those who do.

A Molten Logging Axe and a Molten Harvesting Sickle should really be added in for a complete set before the Flame and Frost event ends. I’d cash out for them, as well as many others I’m sure, even though they aren’t really worth their price in gold.
+1 for Name changes and Appearance changes.
-1 on the Race Changer. (Wouldn’t exactly work out with your story line)
