Try Mouse Keys.

To enable Mouse Keys simply press Alt+Shift+NumLk at the same time. Once Mouse Keys has been enabled press 5 and + on the keypad to click.

I use this trick for various things from opening sandpiles and champion bags to buying salvage kits and bandit keys from merchants.

I like to believe it has helped me to save some time. I hope this helps you save some time too.

Silverwaste was supposed to be a map to do the events and fight multiple bosses, NOT a chest farming map. If GW2 wants to keep chest farming in, make it for a limited time, so that those of us that like doing the events can. It is unfair that those of us who like doing the events have to wait until the chest farming group deems it the right time to do so. I also refuse to jump from map to map to map just to find some people to do events with. Keep the chest farming in, just limit it.

Get over yourself and use the tools ingame.

We most likely won’t feel the real impact of this update until the next skin set is released. There are just so many Dwayna skins in circulation.

Also, don’t forget about the nodes. Those will most likely spike in price due to this update. I would say the perma contracts will go up but those are just so inflated right now it is too soon to tell.

Seems like an awesome change to me. Key farming was never intended, keys are supposed to be a major contribution to their gem store sales, but were being significantly undermined by key farming.

Hopefully with the restrictions in place they can increase the drop rates in the chests now so people will buy keys again.

If you or Anet think this is going to make much of a difference in gem store revenue from players making 1-3+ key runs a week, it won’t.

Not a chance I’m going to open up my wallet to buy keys and foolishly gamble for pixel items in a video game. The whales will continue to buy, and the rest of us will use gold>tp>skin.

A better idea would be to drop that team running the Gem store once and for all and actually start producing items players want, great sales (not like the lackluster one we had), and bringing items back players have been throwing money at their screen for.

I’m having the same issue – have you gotten a resolution? I also had a beta character, not sure if that is related to the issue.

I submitted a ticket and support said they’re currently working on a fix.

I am a fractal nut and have been playing them since they came out. I have 3 full ascended charrs weapons and all, even aquatic. I recently found out ascended gear is acc bound not soul bound.

And this adds to the conversation how…?

Back on topic. Yeah, OP, the game needs a better warning system than the current system in place.

Maybe submit a ticket? You might get lucky and get someone that will change the ring for you. It’s worth a shot.

There is nothing on the character. I made it to hold a name for when HoT comes out but I changed my mind on the name.

Also, do you have a HoT Beta character you’ve not deleted yet?

The game auto caps for you but to be sure I held shift for each of the beginning letters.

My beta character was removed a few days ago.

I cannot delete my character.

The character’s name is “Fade Into The Mists” so there are not any funky letters. I type the name correctly and press the delete box but nothing happens.

I do not believe I am doing anything wrong so this could be a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this type of behavior?

There was a “mod” for GW2 that changed the camera to have more active targeting and be locked behind the character (and move with it) making the game play like a real 3rd person game. Unfortunately instead of making it an option in the options menu they ignored it. Also, changing the game files is a bannable offence

Wow, that’s not how the beta was… or maybe it was just restricted in the beta. I hope they clarify that at some point. I kind of like the thought of journeying with all my characters, but I also like the thought that if I rolled a new one I can just pick up where I left off

The watchwork mining pick is currently in the gem store. It is under the “Special” tab. You may have to scroll down.

You have to put the items in your inventory and log out. Once you log in the items should be able to stack again.

Yeah, I agree that the new layout is bad. Sometimes I wonder if they even test stuff like this or who even thought it would be a good idea.

As a suggestion the log-in reward could just have its own tab. How hard can it be to write the code for a new tab?

There should be 2 gifts. Gift Of Grind and Gift of RNG. To make a Legendary you need 3 Gifts of Grind and 1 Gift of RNG. Gift Of Grind = Farm 1,000,000 of anything. Gift Of RNG is a random drop from a random champion mob that has a chance to appear with odds of 1/100,000,000, in a random area, random overflow, on a random server. Then the game should tell what class you are and automatically give you something you can’t use.

So I ran HotW (all 3 paths) and each party member received 60 tokens. We were so pleased with the party that we did CoF paths 1 and 2. During path 1 we got 60 tokens but on path 2 we only got 45. That’s not the worst part. We decided to do AC paths 1, 2, and 3. After we completed path 1 we only got 30 tokens!!! Needless to say that stopped our dungeon running for the night. We were going to run CoE after but not after this happened. So my question is, is this a bug or is this intended? If this is intended then why? What is the purpose? It literally stopped your players from PLAYING the game.

I don’t know if this is a bug or if this is how the buffs are intended to work but ever since I transferred to SF I haven’t been getting the wvw buffs while in PvE (or wvw). I have been in SF for over three weeks. I was in my last world for around two weeks and I got the buffs. What is the deal?

Here is my idea: a mini quaggan in a panda costume. Hear me out! In GW1 which mini pet did people have nerdgasms over? The Mini Panda. Now in GW2 which race do the players just melt over? The Quaggan race. Now a Quaggan mini pet would be enough but a Quaggan mini pet with a panda costume would make people go crazy!!! If the costume isn’t enough of a seller to you guys then think about what people would think if you added some audio to this little guy. Players would LOVE it! The great thing about it is that this little guy could fit right in during a winter event so that would give you plenty of time to get the work finished.

You might be asking how does this help Anet? Well they could add the mini pet to the Black Lion Chests. Key sales for the week/month/year would skyrocket.
