The event was a lot of fun but I’m wondering what I did wrong to miss out on an entire part of it. The story instance that unlocks “Braham: Help from the Legions” never opened up for me, so I wasn’t able to continue that side of the story. Rox’s part was great and I got to do the finale with my guild, but when I was tying up the loose ends last night, “Rox: Avenger of the Dispossessed”, the instance was empty.
I could and still can enter the Blood Tribune, Citadel Stockades, and Cragstead, but they’re all without the living story events. The Blood Tribune doesn’t and never did have the living story quest marker for me, so I’m willing to bet that was the problem.
I followed what guides I found but they all seemed to indicate that I could just walk in to the Blood Tribune and view the cutscene. Whenever I tried, neither Braham nor Rytlock were in there.
I enjoyed the event and the title/gauntlets aren’t a huge loss so I’m not really upset. I was just wondering if I was the victim of a bug or if I did something wrong.
Your 550Ti is bottlenecking. You have your settings well overdone for what FPS you’re expecting out of it. Also, this game doesn’t seem CPU-intensive at all. On my i7 2600/GTX670 combo, the CPU never exceeds what you’re experiencing.
My American friends are still playing just fine. I and another friend, both in Toronto, have been DC’d and can’t get back in.
The skin still exists. It looks like they just reset all weapon skins with the patch for some reason
Not quite. Buying a new Whisperer weapon from the trading post will net you a Mighty weapon of the same type when you pick the item up. The name even changes to Mighty. I’d wager it’s a simple database issue over anything directly skin-related.
It’s an issue with the Whisperer weapons in general. They appear to have been swapped with Mighty skins/icons as of the last night. Don’t buy one off the trading post, as you will receive a Mighty version of the weapon.
Confirming this. I came to report that my staff that was transmuted to have a Whisperer appearance has now reverted to its original appearance.
