I’m oldish (48) and looking to play with mainly other adults. Nothing wrong with you young folk but I want to be able to chat and play more with people in the same age bracket.

I am not interested in PvP at all. I am interested in dungeons, crafting, farming, chatting and the likes.

I started in GW and was a pre-order early player for GW2 but got bored after hitting 80 and not being able to find groups that could finish dungeons and went back to Lotro. But the same problem I have always had with Lotro wore me out again…too kitten many buttons! LOL.

I really love GW/GW2 but I need others to play with. I am currently on Dragonbrand but I am willing to move.

I play week nights from about 7PM to midnight eastern. I do play on the weekends but the times are pretty random.

A group that also plays other games (Steam) would be great as well. My kids are all grown up and my wife reads a lot so I have a ton of time on my hands when not at work.

Hello everyone!
I have had this game since February, but I took a break after hitting 80 for school and other things. I’ve been playing pretty heavily the past month, and I am looking for a PvE guild that consistently runs dungeons. I hate pugging because of the time it takes to find groups and then people randomly leaving.

I have lots of PvE experience in other MMOs, but I have only ran 2 dungeons in GW2.

Basically, I want a guild that groups together and runs PvE content.

I am up for transferring if need be, but I would guest first to see what it is like.

I’m looking for a real dungeon guild, please don’t post here stating that you’re a PvX guild with players doing dungeons on the side; I’m looking for a true dungeon guild that’s interested in doing speed-runs and optimal groups for faster and better runs. A hardcore/elitist dungeon guild, so to speak.

The only dungeon I haven’t been able to get through is Arah since I can’t find any groups willing to bring new players through Arah, so I’ve slowly been learning the dungeon on my own time, otherwise I’m pretty proficient in other dungeons.

I’ll be repping full-time, and would ask your guild has a near full-time rep rule, at least 80% of the time you must rep, or fully have to rep.

I bought the game when it came out but, of course the expansion for WoW came out. After a long time on WoW I need something new. I decided to blow the dust off of GW2 and give it a whirl. To be honest I wish I would have done much sooner, I was playing a bit this morning before work and noticed everyone can rez (Great Idea!!).

Honestly what kept me from leaving my last MMO is the learning curve. I am not what you call a stellar player and mostly love to PvE. I am looking at an interface that is completely foreign to me.

One thing I did learn is that a good friendly Guild who does not mind helping new players is half the battle. I am looking for a Guild who does not mind new players. I am in EST time and if I need to start a new toon that is fine. I am mostly just trying out races and classes to see what I like. I was thinking of a Ranger as it seems like it may be the most survivable class, if not input is something I enjoy receiving

First of all, let me tell you a few things I’m looking for in a guild.

Active!!! This means many people on when I’m on and doing group things.
Voice chat! I like to shoot the breeze with guildies while I play. Having a perma-empty voice chat server doesn’t count.
no drama! pretty self-explanatory.
mature! I’m looking for a guild filled with adults. If I wanted to chat with 12 year olds, I’d just unlock my basement door and let a few out.

Uber Noobz. (NooB) is looking for new and seasoned players to join our guild.
NooBs is a recently formed small guild whose founders originated in Guild Wars 1 and have been around since launch.

Our main goal is to relax and have fun with the game, not create a second job for people. Therefore, the guild is easy going and we welcome players of all skill levels, experience, and time spent in game. We have no explicit age requirements, rules, or lengthy application processes. That being said, if you are not comfortable with either a guild that likes joking around or hearing a couple curse words here and there, we may not be the best fit for you.

I consider myself a semi-hardcore player having played since launch so I have some pretty good knowledge of the game. I’m looking for a guild to join and call my family. Currently on SoR but will transfer for the right guild. I started my GW2 career in WvW but after 6 months I took a break. Now I’m enjoying more PvE and light WvW so I get the best of both worlds. I’m based on EST. I play daily (usually sign on around noon and off and on until 5pm where I am on for 5-6 hours).

So I’ve been playing Guild Wars 2 for around a week-ish now. I only have one character, an Asuran Mesmer named Draaik :P

My home world is Aurora Glade.

To be honest, my focus lately has been PVP. I’ve been doing somewhat well in sPvP, averaging 100 points. However, i’m not the type of person to be overly competitive when it comes to PvP. Sure, I like it, but i don’t always talk about PvP and what you must do, etc. I’m also willing to help other players as soon as I can :P

I used to be in a guild that eventually broke down into two groups over a drama and none of the groups stayed on the server we moved to before transfers stopped being free.
I later created a small guild with a few of my friends which I am now representing and still would like to represent from time to time.
I am currently on Seafarer’s Rest. I am looking for a guild with nice and friendly community which does a little of everything (though I am more PvE than PvP oriented). The server I am on isn’t a requirement as long as the guild can help transfer me and my two friends (I’d like to stay on the same server as them) and as long as I can convince them to come with me.

Hello

Me and a couple of my friends are looking for a new guild. We have a lot of experience in GW2. We aim for a medium guilds (100-150 members), although we will consider every option. We expect a nice and friendly guild focused at PvE with guild missions and a possibility of forming groups for higher lvl Fractals.

As for me, my goal is to reach the highest possible Fractal lvl. In our previous guilds it was impossible to form an appropriate party, so I was forced to use lfg.com all the time. I want it to change.

Currently we play on Underworld (EU), however we will consider every option.

Crimson Guards United Gaming Recruitment :

In 2003 a small group of friends founded CG to play casually and focus our time on one game. It soon took off into more then one game and developed into what we now call “Crimson Guards United” gaming. Guild Wars 2 was chosen for its impressive MMO game play style which sets itself apart from most MMO’s and as of right now we have been openly recruiting on Jade Quarry.

CGU had already held more then a few youtube giveaways and gained new subscribers. For that we from CGU Gaming salute you all.”

Guild Focus: Right now our main focus for the guild is PvE Dungeoning, Dailys, Monthlys, and Group Events. Once we recruit more members into CGU we will shift our focus from this to Guild WvW and the newly added Guild Missions. We know some members like to do Dungeons or just PvE in general more than doing WvW or PvP so now members are required to do one or the other. Here with CGU Gaming we believe in letting every member do what they enjoy in-game and we believe in-turn thats what makes the Guild better as a division.

Division Requirements :

So, we wanted to set up a strong division here on Guild Wars 2 and so far its on the right track. We are currently accepting all skills levels and character levels. Our only requirement is 16+ years of age, to keep drama out of our guild so every mature player can have a fun experience in our guild. To join our leadership you must show you will be active, show you have what it takes to lead, and be able to promote CGU. It won’t we easy to start off but the leadership positions may go fast. We usually let our current active members on Guildwars make the final decision who they want to represent them.

We are also currently playing on Planetside 2, League of legends, Minecraft, World Of Warcraft, Smite and others as well. For every game we play on we make it our mission to unite our fellow crimson guards of gaming.
