I am having lag that can last up to 1-2 minutes and usually ends with a disconnect.

As others have said; I have only been experiencing this lag since the EoTM patch was instituted on tuesday.

While I personally liked the trinity setup, the game of guild wars 2 as it stands does not need it. What is needed is for classes that are looked at as “blacksheep” need to be brought up to par with the heavy hitter classes. Classes such as Ranger and Necro are typically not classes that anyone thinks of when thinking of “useful” in a dungeon setting and the like. I think that both of these classes are weak in their support/control roles.
There shouldn’t be such a difference in damage between these classes and the zerker(warrior,guardian,mesmer). At most there should be around a 30-35% difference in damage between these classes. I have seen my warrior(zerk) hit for over 28,000 damage on dungeon bosses and there is now way my ranger or necro can do even half of that, more likely 25% tops. I enjoy my ranger, but its hard to play in fractals/dungeons because nobody “really” wants a ranger or necro because either they cant control pets or have seriously sub-par damage and support.

Just my thoughts.

If you posted story mode, that should immediately rule out “speed run”. I never have issue with anyone wanting to watch the cutscenes and I do run full zerk in cof. Sounds like you had a pug full of dipsticks to me. Hope you have better luck in the future, not everyone is that way.

Title says it all. Its the only dungeon path that I have not completed. I wasn’t available the week that the living story changed T/A. Therefore I was unable to get in when everyone else did it. No i have tried pug groups with this path and we make it to Clockheart and then it just a series of continual wipes. I seldom(very seldom) see anyone in lfg trying to do this path and when i do, people rage quit after a couple wipes.

I wish Elrey was on NA servers because i have tried this dungeon a few times with pugs and have yet to make it through. It is a wall for me that is ensuring that I NEVER get my “Dungeon Master” title or the satisfaction of having completed this dungeon path.
The last attempt I made with a pug group; we did pretty good until the clockwork and then we wiped repeatedly(granted because some party members insisted on dragging strikers to clockwork instead of clockwork to strikers) but after 2+ hours and 12+ wipes at clockwork, i had to leave out of frustration and exhaustion. I tried to be nice about it as i left and told them good luck with the run, but i had reached my limit. I fear that I may never finish this path.

Probably content that won’t be activated in-game. Kinda sad, to me they were the best thing that this halloween event may have had to offer.

And your question will most likely be ignored since that content was never actually introduced into game. It was only discovered through data-minning.

Hey everyone! We’ve found that there is indeed an issue with Mad King Says rewards and are currently looking into a fix.

If you didn’t receive the mask, try participating in Mad King Says using a character that did not receive a Mad King Says reward (Witch’s Hat) last year. This should get around the issue and let you get the Mask of the Night.

Mad King Says runs until Friday Nov 1st at 9AM PDT, so you will still have an opportunity to participate. Thanks for your patience!

My second attempt was on a character that was not even created last year at this time, still no mask.

In general i would have to agree with the OP. I find no reason for there to be soo many waypoints in the Orr area if 80-90% are ALWAYS contested. May as well remove them.

To report the issue, type “/bug” in-game in chat panel and use the report option.

Have done mad king says twice now with two different characters and have yet to receive a mask on either try. NOT happy. Kaineng server.

I have the same problem. Was hoping to make the Arachnophobia bow this year even though its MUCH more expensive to do so compared to last year.

I would love to know how people are getting this much gold per day. If i farm the Orr areas and do some major world events(maw,dragons,etc..) i make about 2-2.5gp. This is with probably 4-5hrs play time. Is my account just cursed? I also never get exotics to drop. Have had 2 since release with like 2000hrs logged. I think my account must be tagged to be poor. I was rich in GW1, maybe thats why.

Well Sir, I did do a search for “Laurel Vendor Ranger Chest” and NOTHING came up. So your idea didn’t work for me and thus i made a post in the bug forum also. Fact of the matter is, it has obviously been an issue for over 2 weeks now with no fix. Should I do a search for “Bugs not fixed” too. Sorry but you come off a little on the rude side.

Not sure if this is where to post this but here goes. I purchased one of the chests from the laurel vendor in Divinity Reach. It was the 2 Ranger item chest. When I try to open it I get the message; “That content has been temporarily disabled. Please try again later.”
I have looked through posts on the forums and have seen no one else who has posted any threads about this issue. This is new content, is it really disabled already?

2 in somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,960 hours open world exo drops. Got one around 400 hrs and one around 1,200 hrs. Hopefully I’ll get another in next 140 hrs.

I find it hard that someone who has at least 1900 hours in game would only have got 2 exotics, ever.

I have over 2000hrs logged and have only recieved 1 exotic EVER as a drop. And that was a mad king piece during halloween event.

Is this content ever going to be enabled again? At present I have a few stacks of these commendations that I can do nothing with. I for one had been trading them for the harvesting tools that she offered. If it is not going to be reinstated then I have wasted alot of items that could have been money instead of these commendations that I cannot use.
