I’m having similar issues with the game only recently having 2-10 seconds of lag between input, even higher in WvW where I spend the vast majority of my time playing. Even instances like CoF or other dungeons have tremendous amounts of lag to the point of disconnecting.
So like, there’s all these really cool tonics and I love faffing about as an owl or whatever and doing costume brawl.
So, CLEARLY, we need a skunk tonic!
Not only are skunk awesome and adorable but having a spray attack that dazes in costume brawl would be funny as all heck!!
Please make? ^^;
I think of it this way. sPvP is like gladiatorial combat, in so much that there is skill required to survive and be successful. Fighting skill is what makes the player survive and thrive
WvW is like ancient armies clashing. It comes down less to the skills of the individual and more to the way they work together and how organised they act. Being a cog in a much larger machine. Therefore there is less need to improve ones fighting skill, and more of a focus on fighting as a unit.
Plus there are other priorities to think about in WvW. Such as supply running, siege usage, scouting and engaging from an advantageous position.
After trying a few more runs, I’m having massive issues finding a pug party that wants to finish this new version. Most people get really frustrated and leave, so we have to get more people in and these people also get frustrated. AC used to be how I leveled my alts. It was a fun method as I really enjoyed the aesthetic of AC and the Ascalonian lore within.
Now I feel like the only methods I have is to spend a crapton of money crafting, so I don’t learn how to play the class and have to spend more money at the end on gear or slog my way through open world questing, which I find really dull since doing so on my first character.
Of course, I could try other dungeons but CM kicks your kitten hard, I really hate TA and other dungeons past that are too far away for my 43 Theif to think about.
My main issues with AC now is that the Gravling Stalkers spend far too much time tunneling and have a weird few seconds of invuln after doing so.
The Ghost Eater is far too concerned with staring into space instead of trying to attack, leading for a 30min+ fight
Dethas Traps for the Ghost Eater triggering not being reliable. They would sometimes trigger as soon as the boss walked near them and other times wouldn’t trigger for 10-15 seconds.
Only an engineer decides to keep napalm in his pocket incase he needs to throw is at his enemies.
I’ve never felt a lack of tags, but I don’t really pay attention to it. All I know is that when I play on my guardian as a support with mace/shield and staff, my guildies love me even more and I get to pole-dance.
Also the amount of kitten from when my mate plays the same build at the same time is just ridiculous. So is all that aoe stability and might.
I’m curious how this sigil works. Is it everytime you cast a weapon skill you have the chance to heal?
My engi is currently blowing people to kitten in WvW or bunkering like a boss in sPvP.
Maybe your engis should start trying harder ^^;
When I’m on a catapult and decide to change a kit on the toolbar (e.g. Toolkit is allocated, and changing it to Flamethrower), I get stuck on the catapult with my main weapon equiped (rifle/pistol) and can’t move or otherwise exit from the catapult.
Only getting pulled by an enemy player once let me disengage from the catapult.Probably this could happen on any siege. I can’t verify this at the moment though.
So basically: engaging on a siege and reallocating bundles, locks you onto that siege with no way of disengaging by yourself.
This happens on any siege. I remember being able to get off if the person who dropped the siege got on. Also using a /sit or other emote might help.
I think it would be interesting if a Grandmaster trait would give us the ability to use heavy armour.
I would personally replace Armor Mods in Tools or Elixir Infused Bombs in Inventions.
I saw a couple of references in the new dungeon, Fractal of the Mists. In one of the maps you can see an imprisoned giant. That looks like a hero from the movie Watchmen. Also, there is a map with a jumping puzzle, asura-like where you can find a reference to guitar hero

I really enjoyed the fights we got to have too. Both FS and UW threw out some good numbers to bring in many close fights.
I just hope we meet you guys again when there isn’t a massive PvE event going on. I get the feeling most of us are PvE servers at heart.
I talked to Tixx in the heart of the mists first, got the reward from him there, but was then unable to get in from him in LA. My friend had the opposite thing happen to him.
If we’re meant to only get one then it seems very lob sided that the LA box contains a 15 slot bag while from PvP we only get 6 finishers
For my 2cents I would like the Engi to have a better way of escape while downed.
I like the idea of being able to ourselves to something/someone with the 2 skill. Would be cool if I could shout at my mate to run out of the fight abit so I can hook into his flesh and pull myself out. But maybe the 3 skill could become a tonic that we drink that gets us on our feet again but in a drunken state, making it hard to control/see maybe be crippled but let us get away. Kind of emulating the Warriors ability to get back up, but not quite as effective and we just go back to being downed after it wares off.
However I do also like turning the 3 skill into a massive damage suicide button. It seems appropriate anyway as the only time I ever get it off in WvW is right before I die anyway XD
Would like to hear back from either Whiteside or Dzagonur as being unable to get into our own Borderlands while 2 enemy zergs were there could be bad…
Static discharge will often shoot into the ground and miss when used after a toss elixir skill.
When static discharge triggers from a thrown elixir about 90% of the time the static just shoots into the ground a short distance infront of me.
Remember, due to RoF low WvW numbers there is a zero wait time queue to get in…
when I use Supply Crate to stop an enemy stomping an ally, I get the “interrupt” text and the damage is dealt, but the stomp is not interrupted. I’ve lost many an ally to this bug =’[
I had issues seeing my medium-ish height Sylvari too. I could only get past the zerg by memorising the movements and being risky to get to the front of the pack

I can only hope that next time A-net decide to not have use all doing it at once so the people who aren’t a massive Norn can actually see their character. I feel bad for any Asura.
I’ve also had this issue since beta. It just seems to randomly decide it wants to work at times, but majority of the time it is as described in the OP.
