On the other hand, there have been a serious amount of bots farming the puzzle. Most of them go nuts when they get in a bugged instance after the new map is full.
So there may be a huge stash waiting to be sold in the bank of these hackers.

It’s pretty much one big gamble.

Those numbers are made of pure kitten.
During christmas there are less people online.
3 days ago we had +50 people online at the same time in our guild.
Now with christmas there were like 10 tops.

Keep them in your bank and sell them unopened when the event is over.
Supply will decrease by 1 present/day instead of hundreds and the demand won’t decrease by that amount.

I just want the shoulder attached to this year’s meta-achievement chest instead of the collection.

It actually makes very little difference, I am at 16/18, and 3 achievements left are 2500 candy, 10k drink, and 3x JP.

2 of them require you to open 10k+ gifts, so all it does just let people skip JP.

The repeatable ones count towards the meta aswell.

Toypocalypse I have to agree, would be nice.
For the snowball one I’m glad you can’t group…it would be a slaughter for randoms, just like normal pvp…this way the noobs are divided amongst both groups equally

I always take the left path, it seems to be the path that I do the quickest and only 1 “jump on candysticks” part, which are riskier then normal jumps. (One had two, think the middle one)

And as for the mouse issue…use a mouse…put it on action camera if it’s that much of an issue. Should help a bit with your arm.

All your characters have now a fixed amount of hero points no?
The skillpoints you used to have are now spiritshards

Well look at it this way…the expansion is still far away…we don’t even have a date yet…
For your 10 bucks you’ll be playing for like a year…
If they wouldn’t have changed the faq, maybe you wouldn’t have bought the game until a year from now.
So I’d say you didn’t make a bad deal there and you shouldn’t really feel the way you do.

Go to bloodtide half an hour before the event starts and chances are you will get lucky with an organised map coming to you, I go around the map harvesting nodes to pass the time before that happens. There are also taxis people advertise on lfg but the good ones are often already full before you can get in.

Actually that’s not a good idea…organized group always jump together to fill a map and create new ones…after this they taxi everyone into this new map…
These maps are often created 20min before spawn and are full in around a minute or so…
Organized groups also get together at random places…so you won’t know you’re in a good map unless you’re in their teamspeak

My advice is to join gw2community.com in their teamspeak and read up on what to do before attempting 3headed…their forums have a lot of info on them.

gw2community.com kills it every day a couple of times…
You do need to be on their teamspeak to jump and taxi in the map

As long as people are friendly, I don’t mind if we kill a boss a minute faster or slower…
I hope they’ll never add these filters…

Players in gw2 aren’t a frustrated bunch like in many other mmo’s, but more social and I think it’s because of decisions like this one…

And on a sidenote…When I look for people in LFG I write the following:
Must like long walks in the park

Yes that’s what I’m doing at the moment…
But it’s troublesome that I have to port to town to go to the wardrobe in order to check it.
Some players don’t even know about the wardrobe.
So this would be a win/win as we wouldn’t have to check the wardrobe all the time and Anet would probably make more sales by making a little change

And I don’t like LFG tool groups. If I look into it and see “selling”, “exp only”, “ping equip” and so on I just close the window again. Especially for dungons, I’m not famililar with.

Advert your own party in lfg…you’d be amazed how fast you get a group if you advert in the correct dungeon (not like some who advert in open world to do a dungeon :p)

I really wish wielded /stowed checkboxes would be added to gemstore weapons.
Every time I have to go to the wardrobe at the bank and search for a certain weapon in order to see what these weapons look like wielded. (I bet it would even increase sales as wielded weapons often look better)

You will have to devote A LOT of time in recruiting and organizing the guild into doing stuff.
If you don’t have the time…you won’t be the one saving it…
Talk to all your guildies about which events they would like to see (dungeon/fractal runs, hide&seek, guildmissions, pvp, wvw, …) and set dates (not too many events at first…before you know, others will organize additional events) set those dates in the guildmessage for all to see.

I’m trying to get the developers attention towards the trade post , prices are getting down every day , no activity no one buys , everyone bought what he wants long time ago , It’s in bad shape and soon without a solution , the economy will be dead .

I can see many reasons the price of certain things is going down except yours:
- Silverwastes have increased the flow of certain materials and gear
- Soon new legendaries and easier to get precursors will be introduced, keeping people from making legendaries and buying the needed materials
- It also means that there are so many people farming that rich TPflippers are unable to “fix” the price on certain items. (if there were less people farming, prices would be high as TPflippers would buy up everything and sell at crazy prices to make profit)

+ My friendlist has never been as active as now with this season and the incoming expansion…

You could try a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s). Top of Page – Support – Search (Repair).

I tried adding -repair, but the program isn’t scanning as it should (I’m sure did it right, as I’ve done it before with other progs) it just starts the game as always

I have been in the Hidden Arcana before for the story. However now that I want to go in for the achievements, it crashes every single time.
I get the loading screen after which the game crashes…

Anyone knows if there’s a way around this?
