Well I cant even get to the character select screen now. As soon as it pops up, the client crashes. Well done

Can’t login after the forced patch(the one 30mins ago).

Had the issue for over a week. So reinstalled Gw2 from scratch today and it seems to have fixed it. No error codes or dc in sight. If you ppl havent tried it yet, do so.

EDIT: code 7/42 returned the next day.

Playing on Jade Quarry. Prior to the update I had no issues with lag( I mean I never lagged).

I moved onto GW2 from wow yesterday, and im not suprised, nor am i happy.
(im new to gw2, how long does it take for Game masters to even respond? or atleast take notice…)

this is a bad start for a purchase of a free mmo, or was i expecting too much

I’m sorry, but I haven’t seen any response from Anet in the last year, when it comes to code 7 (other than emptying cache and denying that the problem is from their side). I’ll just continue giving bad reviews to my fellow gamers from other games, when it comes down to customer service. Have a great day

Been getting it since sunday morning(wasn’t on during saturday, so wouldn’t know the exact time). Disconnecting every 5-30mins. Every time I’m dc’d, I happen to be in WvW.
Not the first time to be forced to write here..and definetly not the last.(Unless I quit ofc)
24.09 edit: Still getting dc every ~10mins in wvw and during Tequatl event.
This is not a beta-test or a first launch week, that stuff like this keeps happening. Maybe it’s time to fire some people or hire someone new.

bam “Your free trial ended”. They keep surprising me…but I have to admit..it made me laugh.

It actualy fixed itself for me a month(or maybe 2months) ago(used to get it often). But today i managed to get 3 in 30mins, so yeah ofc it made me want to log off(and so I did).So whatever you did, please undo it.
edit: just spent 2h in wvw without any dc’s ,so i guess it’s back to normal. (got skill lag, but that’s a story for some other time and place)

Haven’t posted here for a while,but it doesn’t mean getting dc stopped! Been really getting more and more of these since february…and in WvW..not in dungeons and stuff. Set the priorities right and fix the game before adding new items please!
PS! Please could we have some Arenanet employee actualy give us information about the work being done on fixing it??

Keep getting this only in WvW(every 15 minutes or so-going to time it next time i go there). Really annoying. Already tried winsock reset and DNS flush- made no difference.
As far as I know..it started in december. Hoping to see it fixed, because i’m not going to play just to get dc after 10-15minutes.
