You know you’ve been reading GW2 forum too much when…
you are allergic to words “mounts”, “capes”, “guild halls”, “GvG” and “dueling”.
I still don’t know why we couldn’t get guild capes, they said in the beginning they had worked on that, but had clipping issue. Almost 2 years later, nothing.
Not complaining but who wouldn’t trade to have a cape instead of a guild back pack.
+1 Guild content.
China ‘’Getting in movement’’ Could finance an expansion.. More likely every1 would end up buying that expansion so it’s a direct markettin hit for Anet, They would make money, and we would appreciate the content. The thing is they’re not ready for it right now.
The map is getting old. ( All re-re-seen content on a shuffle/repeat )
Having Tequatl and 3 headed worm is fine… thats the way they wanted those events, having the require players for it is not a problem anymore. But has said before hardcore player wont waste theire time there since they got everything they could want from those event leaving every1 who never been Very sucessful with those event alone. Because it’s failing too much now.. Sometime it’s sucessfuls for teq, But for worm i hardly think it still get done. I did worm, i did Teq over 50 times. Never got anything good from it ( mini hylek 5 g ), thats it. They are doable but require now , more than ever a Guild only private instance. I hope thats not where GW2 is going.
Overall , I only hope they dont plan for more ‘’Hard mode’’ events like these 2.
They are enough. ( Plus all those Zerging event already existing. + the un-deniable living world Zerg events. )
I mean we got it, everything new or interesting in open world will be Zerged.
But is that PvE for us ?
Is Gw2 PvE limited to Zerging ?
Actually, Yes, in someway.
Except for those overplayed 10-20 minutes dungeons run, there is no Team Content
The point is Dusty Moon : There is no teamwork in Zerging, Its Zergwork ( rofl )

WvW is a Game-Mode where on an other view its like a Warcraft 3
Build and destroy and may the bigger/larger army wins.. Not end-game for me.
I like WvW but I wouldn’t stay on GW2 Just for WvW.

Thats not what Arenanet want.
Atleast thats what they are projecting on us.
Let’s be more direct about that.
They are just focused on open world rather than instance, so it’s different…
So basicly scrap what made guild wars 1, in theory ?
I’m saying the game is adventure less.. and Guild wars is a Team/Guild adventure.
For them ? It’s just a name… Guild wars.. name doesn’t matter.
Another thing is many people : Dont want 5-man elite instancing
Why you’d say ?
-Some people are not good in the game, or they just play on weekends and they just want to be able to do everything without gear check or whatever.
-Like any MMO there is always way more Casual than Elite players.
-Arenanet are focused on Casual players, indeed and why would they care if 100-200 hardcores players leave the game if they can keep thousand of casual players who just wanna Zerg and stuff.
- It’s all about : What majority wants..
In my opinion, if there wasn’t any hardcore player in this game.
This game would be played on facebook.( remove all dungeons,wvw & pvp… What’s left ? Zerging around,period.)
How many casual players are anti-cash shops?
Another thing, how many Guild wars fans are proud to invest into something they like?
What kind of player is the most loyal toward Guild wars againsn’t all the others MMO?
Is Zerging improving the gameplay of individual players?
Why is personal story so easily soloable until arah ?
When guild wars 2 launched there was alot of people for the 3 very 1st months.
(All servers was almost full / Difficulty to pre-guild pick a server )
-How many never logged back for years ?
- What did they disliked ?
- Where are they now ?

Into all Zerg there is groups that are good,careful players that are ready for harder content and there is groupless/careless player doing 1 on the boss get the reward and move on.
What i proposed is Hard content for Teamwork players. It’s easier to lead a group of 5 talented/experienced players than 150 players where half are careful and sucessful players and the other half are late/lagging player not very aware of the situation ‘’ bad focused inexperienced players ’’..
Where is the compromise ?

Hard mode would be impossible with the mega servers.
People are basically lazy and just do enough to get things done – period. That is why we have: the Champ Trains, the complaints about the reduction to 10 in the number of dailys, the big zergs, and people complaining about how hard Tequatl and the 3 headed wurm are. They want to do the minimum needed to get by – people want a kitten game.
Hard mode is not impossible and already Half-Exist !
-We got Teq-3 headed worm events : that is Hard Mode event.(fail)
-We got Aetherpath from TA dungeon : That is 80s only ‘’hard mode’’ path(fail)
-We got fractal to be the ‘’Hard mode’’ option ( fail )
Now, why or what made them a failure ?
-Events : the fact of the need to full the zone to have a better chance to outscale the events of a few players. Plus Leading that massive zerg require alot of : Understanding, quick general intervention. Mega server and the fact that even if you stand up as Commander and command, you wont get 100% understood, heard or get them doing what you need / communication .. even if the majority does.. Random peoples are random.
Dungeons 80 path: Even if the rare content of the dungeon is very interesting. (see Xanthium on TP ) The path is barely never done, players do it only for the achivements, have to admit that weapons from it cost a arm because the path is never done. But it’s still not a major fail as the others. Point is, it’s just a path in a
un-interesting dungeon, I believe.
Fractal as a Hard mode dungeon :
Not rewarding. ( 1g / 1 hour )
Bad difficulty ladder,
Additional condition and counter to add difficulty from doing it. ?!?
I dont think thats how you make the content harder if you even create something to counter it. Also fractal is not very played anymore. So global fail.
What hasn’t been made already?
Is a new dungeon tab written : Hard mode, so you enter has a full leveled characters fighting Over-leveled monsters with better drop rate and also a better loot table. Why ? Because it’s un-zergable and difficult and Most of all because it’s Guild wars content.

For the PvP question.. see Zerging ( team death match ) and see Bunker for Capture the point match..Get gangbang if you’r Alone/Abandonned by your mate ( even if you came to save/help him ). It’s again not about the attack, more about rune/trait/stat selected. Everything is good. And how you play them adjusted to your gameplay/style is better.
But you wanna know what is Even better ??
Team work.. Balanced team work
Something your not gonna see until we see Hard Mode..
You wanna know why ?..

Skill slot change wasn’t what made Gw1. What made Gw1 particular was how different 100% instanced Group/team could be so great with well balanced parties. I’ll be more direct on this by saying :
-Only dungeons are the instanced team/group stuff.
There is 9 dungeons in the game.
26 path + fractals.
Averagely, 1 path = 10-20 minutes and or so a fractal.
It’s not about by how they could add new attacking skill abilities..
In Gw1 : you had 8 skill-1 elite. Gw2 has 9 skill + 1 Elite. 5 attack -1 heal -3 Utility -1 Elite.
-Traits are how you can ’’Create’’ or ’’Boost’’ your actual 5 attack by traiting on them
-Also runes selected can have an impact on your skill or see ‘’ new abilities ’’ on your attack. I think it’s fair enought and very well better balanced.
Also sigils can boost your general attack/create more condi/increase condi duration.
It’s not about the attack. It’s about what your fighting. One very very good point was how we used to Interrupt boss attack in Gw1, something we dont see often in Gw2.
Since when in Gw2 you interrupt, pull, knock down/back a boss he gets the defiant boon where we need to stunt him back like 5 other time in the butter to finally be able to interrupt him again. Something not very realistic and/or not well made.
If you were asking what guild wars 2 is missing from Gw1 is in-deed Instanced stuff. And I mean group instanced stuff.
Now:
Do we need more dungeons ? No, even you if you made all paths 50×.
-Another dungeon would make you do that path 50 times for what ?
1 Single new exotic of all type /weapons/armors and a new token money.
- An elite instanced zone/dungeon ?
Would be correct, over played in 1st, but i dont think communauty is ready for it..
our Zerging abilites is making us less’’brained’’/less Aware/Zerk Builded.
Also all these option would take months to finally see the light, All of you by the time have the time to quite gw2 10 times.
What Gw2 could improve for challenging content ?
Something that make us be on our feet aware/focus alternating melee to ranged see what the boss is doing, looking at his abilities, timed dodging, defence full.. all this that could lead to better rewarding, a best magic find impact and for a content that is already existing. Something Un-zergable ( to be difficult and not bad-scaled like we are 200 doing fire elemental for exemple… last about 20 seconds )
-Future is not in the zerging.
Future is on instanced hard/rare content.
-How could Arenanet turn there cloak ? ( if they have.. because we dont. ). To bring us the dream of difficult challenging unseen content. You wanna know the answer ?
Because I know it. It’s named Hard Mode.
What is Hard mode ?
Upscaled content. Every mob over lvl 80s making them more rewarding. More ’’rarer’’ mobs.. different from downscaled dungeons. A rarer mob have better chance to give yellow/exotic content. And by there Anet could bring us rarer exotic skin with unique looking skin ( see Ghastly sword from gw1 dropped by kohler for exemple ).
Hard mode is lvl 80s only dungeon where bosses have more and so different abilities. Hard mode is more rewarding from the dungeon content. Not the very end reward.
Hard mode is challenging because it’s un-seen in the game ( lvl 84-85 bosses ).
Hard mode is has it says, Hard.
Hard mode is Team/group/party instanced.
Hard mode is not rushable, it’s patience and dominance.

Expansions are a very doable thing for Anet, They have the map models from GW1. off course it changed a BIT , They can make it look how ever they want. Basicly, all the class and Race are there, Nothing really change for Anet instead having a new map an Additional Personal story for all of us. More dungeons, Cash shop should have stimulated all of this where were all the devs that created map been gone doing. If we see salvaged events/content from a while. It’s because they were doing something else… Gone to china to promote GW2. Off course it’s a good thing for them, it would refinance the game, but it’s just a temp option. Also china will have a forum page to argue and take some room in the forum.. mean more work for the devs/moderator too.
Expansion are not being sold 20-30 dollars. Every Gw1 expansion cost 60$ at launch. And this is what you should expect. But also expect very good and larger content. Maybe that expansion would answer : What Guild wars 2 is missing since the start.
Or Where is guild wars in guild wars 2. End of speculations.
I’m actually not playing much anymore, the lack of new content kills me so i’m playing only for the daily now.
:(I stopped doing dailies (on a daily base) months ago. Not sure why people keep doing that.

Same. But no worry we got some stuff 20th of may. Should play activities, it’s fun.
My points more direcly is.
The only ’’Team’’ content is dungeons. ( 5 man )
And we all admit that dungeons, are very too easy, farmed too much. But not worth to re-vamp them. Adding a tab for ‘’hardcore/hardmode’’ content for those who are very over them would be a plus to everyone of us.
I’m certain of that.
We could finally experiment the hardest mob of the game. In your favorite dungeon.
Playing more than 3 hours per day could be classed has hardcore, Just doing the daily could be casual or regular, just playing the weekend is casual. I know everyone has a life to live behind the monitor. There’s some other people that really enjoy the content out of it. I’m speaking out loud of my ideas. I like to share what i think this game really needs. Ive been on
Guild Wars 1 since the very 1st month of the game.
I have passed by the 4k hours of GW2. (off course alot of night i let gw2 run on, it’s inaccurate but thats what my /age says. w/e)
I own 5 legendaries ( bifrost,sunrise,twilight,Eternity,Al’kamohalie kotakie)
I have the 500 ecto fractal back piece
The 250 ecto shield + focus + Scepter + Trident.
I own 2 set of ascended armor.
Everything is ascended and infused ( wvw )
I own the mjolnir.
And Dwayna back piece..
I like to collect stuff. I believe i’m a collector. I only have the activities achivement not done yet. @ ~14k ( i didn’t abused any of the achivement system )
Gw2 endgame is skins and achivements. Its not very different from gw1 in this case. Why i’m telling you all this. I might not be in the same boat as you guys might be. I might be far ahead you could presume. But in reality, i’m just as you enjoying some content everyday, since the Anet break i’m a bit off too relaxing from the game which i have invested alot of time off course your right. But I can clearly define myself has an hardcore gamer. I wanted to be in the 1st row of GW2. And i holded my position the more i could.
I’m just saying that you might not feel the need of refined content as i do. But you will.
If you think, Living World would hold you from doing your rotative go for the daily everyday, it wont, some living world content takes an evening to do. A week the most of it. Just by playing 2-3 hours.
Remember Molten Facility and the pirate dungeon
Really enjoyed that content i was doing it for fun. just to dance by mai trin canon blast. Got my heavy monocle that way, proudly wore it for months. But what if those dungeons had the hard mode tab giving you more luck to get the rare stuff from the chest and also more chance from having it ( more items in chest ). But the price to pay would be to deal with higher than 80s enemy, Longer. But more worthy.
Hardcore content is Hard mode.
But thats not it, they were 1 path dungeons. Not much longer than any other else path of the game.
Dungeons are not hardcore. Neversaid that either. The chapter you missed is that dungeons could have the Hard Mode option below the Explorable tab.
If you want dungeons to be harder, leastly make us scale and also the monsters to 80s. Making us to the best of our capacity.. This content may not be needed but it’s gonna feel much more different and more harder. Should also be more rewarding. ( More items in chest ) Unique skins from some boss.. I wrote that earlier get back to page 12.
Hard mode monsters should be also more than level 80s FYI. More ’’lootable’’ and see more loots tables.

One of the main reason I did not like GW1 was because it was not one big open world and I would even prefer it if they make GW2 even more of an open world by making seamless zones.
You really want that hero feeling then you can put in the more traditional quest with linked to it a personal story. You complete it once so it’s your story. However maybe we should stop the idea of being hero’s and in stead being explorers who end up in a lot of situations, including heroic situations. That is how I have always felt in any mmo and that’s fine.
I only pointed that if they added Missions toward personal story, we could team them for a better adventure, Past lvl 30 it’s no Longer personal story , it’s pick a path between priory/whispers…etc . And than you become Traerne dog. They could adds missions during the story who would have made the story of the game better than staying all alone t’ill Arah
One player was un-happy of how the game made is hero epicless. I wanted to share is story and maybe clarify his term of epicless… Most of the time, you are surrounded by NPCs. Leading the events, the needs of protecting them.It’s not new you’d say and your right but most of the quest ( 90%) are leaded by npcs.. and you are just the kind of back up for him. He his the quest, he his the mission and you are his guardian.
Thats it.
There’s no sneaking up and opening the gates with a small hero crew. There’s no turn-over of players fighting an Army. You dont feel that your personal act has an impact on the game. NPCs rules the game and more likely your story.
I said earlier that the main map, the main zone has to remain Open. There is nothing else than dungeons that are instanced ( 5 man groups instance and not 150 man instanced zone map ). Since you hit an overscaled mob due to a zerg nearby from him, you litterally do nothing to him. Unless the whole Zerg comes to hit him..
Dont you feel worthless ? Let’s see a year later.
Specially from casual people it doesn’t surprises me and doesn’t bother me at all. Sometimes I like to run a 1k/2k achivements party, I find that more challenging. But :
-What else should i do ?
-Find pro players to fast-run it ?
-How challenging is it when we all know what we are going to ?
I’m not complaining. like that player said, its the nature of the game.
Hard mode content should be a plus, an Expansion with some missions toward should be a plus, give Living World some 5 man instance should be a plus. with a Explorable + Hard mode option.
If i give you for exemple : the scarlet instance we went to end it. What if we could have lead an Ultimate battle with 5 man. What if a Hard mode option was also up for an Additional reward. Was it needy ? no, complementary ? yes.
Hard mode option is for more Hardcores players. It’s no need it’s complementary. But it’s not worthless content.
Instead of revamping what we have. Promote what we already have.

There’s nothing more really to enjoy has a Hardcore player; Living world, WvW,PvP and doing events/dungeons all over.

Let’s do some maths.
Play = Zerg because farm = zerg (PvE most asked question)
So in theorie ; —-→ play + zerg = Farm
Willing to change it to would goes —→Play = farm-zerg
Leading to 5 man Instance, restricted area and rich difficult content.
Where can we see this in-game ?
-Dungeons. Only dungeons ( Is dungeon the only team work content ? Yes. )
-Personal story can be teamed but it’s not needed and easily soloable.
Do we need more dungeons ? Answer is no, new dungeons would only lead to a new token money, some new paths, new armor skin/armor of 1 type and will be done as fast as all the other dungeons.
Now it’s the time to present you the Hard Mode. Judging from Gw1, hard mode was easy to insert to the game, because the whole game was instanced with small groupes. I do not judge the Open world zone ‘’ Aka ’’ Main Map Zones as instance. You know what i mean by instance, a 5 man group that enter in a closed place, Full of monsters. Hard mode is a lvl 80 ( max ) only, since all the monsters / boss are lvl 80s or higher.
Only thing they had to care was to make it different from usual and harder.( Family monsters has different skills and boss has more skills as usual doing more stuff that they used to do ).
Hard Mode
Hard mode already exist in the game, they tried by all the means to insert it.
1- You guys wanted a Hard mode dungeons. They gave you fractals, who failed :
-Create 5 man instance, of Short lengh
-With a weird ladder of difficulty
-With past lvl 30 you has doubtfuls malus ( poison boons )
-And, not good enough rewards coming out of it. ( 1g/1h runs, chance to ascended rings/armor/weapons or Fractal skins.)
It’s a dungeons as another. Overall.
2- Hard mode events,I spoke to you earlier about it; Teq, 3 headed worms.
- Why it failed ; The need to full the map for a descent chance,
-Mega servers,’’ruining’’ possible guild commanding the event.(But mega servers are a good thing )
-The fact that even if you stand up as Commander and command, you wont get 100% understood, heard/listenned even if the majority does.. Random peoples are random.
-It’s not bad, neither impossible. It’s challenging but also frustrating forwarding in this kind of events are not worth it. Rewards are not so great and rng is rng, you better know than everyone. Meaning a total random character can have the most rewardful reward of it and it’s kind of disapointing for all the person who made the event sucessful. ( Leadership )
3- A 80s only dungeon path ?
They tried, TA Aetherblade path..Failed
- Content failed, even if the reward from it are very worthy. But have to admit they are worthy because it’s not made enought by the players. In conclusion a content not made enought is a failure. I’ll add on that TA wasn’t the best dungeon to add the path too. But made TA more interesting to do. Personally i love aetherpath, but can take forever to make a party for it. Let’s say 50/50 fail.
4- Any last option ? Hard mode story ? Nah, Living world is a kind of it.
– Now let me invite you to any dungeon
– No not story ones.
– No not explorable one we made them hundred of times already
– Hard mode option ? Why not ?
What could this possibly look like ?
Explorable path all at once ? All monsters 80s and above indeed.
Rewards ? Vainquishing it ? Unique boss skins ? ex: Troll in ac has an Hammer with his head at the bottom ? Kohler has a ghostly sword at the Gw1 style ( same skin has ascalonian sword but ghostly like kohler is )
It’s just exemple to show you how it could be…
Complaining ? Than let’s add story + explorable boss, All at once. Vainquishing all dungeons should lead to : Grand Master of Dungeons
Living world
One great stuff , kinda a endgame content or simply adventurous content.
Living world is one of the best thing of this game, promoting not-ended game. I see living world has a plus and fairly made to bring those casual players in. It’s a great thing indeed.
Massive event in living world are needed. Like the Scarlet marionette, even how failed this meta went because new players, people who didn’t care, people who didn’t listenned to what people was telling to them. 1 Failed floor out of 5 could lead the whole lane to a failure.
Wasn’t it obvious that a 150 players event ; with no commander( even with one or a couple of them ) cannot be fully heard , understood by a random collectivity it’s un-leadable, even if the majority does it.
-It Cannot be Sucessful.
Message from a player in-game
-It’s the nature of the game and some people are less talented , it’s not their fault
i’ll explain her point :
- The way you play your profession
- The way you dodges attack
-Your gamestyle/gameplay
-On what you are playing PC/Laptops/Your internet connection.
And this is not they’re fault…true,
And this is why i do not complain on living world content, its made to have time to try and try until we succeed and those massive living world event, make us play has a collectivity whos needed in the game.
But what for ‘’Talented people’’ or more looking hardcore players. Let’s keep progressing.

Came to admit a full Open world cant make you feel worthy or Heroic.
a Hero alongs 150 is he still a hero ?.
Initinally guild wars 1 was Fully instanced, the zone, the missions ( past personal story ) the dungeons, pvp.
Open world are instanced zone of around 150-200 players. Zones are excellent has they are right here and its a future plus for the future living world.
A little comeback of the guild wars origine. You were a hero from ascalon, all of you heroes of ascalons. Whose by doing your quest, your path along the map could go with mercenaries with who you were sharing your looted golds. During harder times, human team work was better than using those mercenaries and could lead your mission much more sucessfull. And later you could customise your own heroes aka building your own teams.
To conclude that a full team of humans would lead to better results ‘’ More brains are better than just one’’ And to say that we dont need heroes since it’s an open world and during larger events the masse of players is there.
All this to say that in the guild wars story, team work is imperativly needed, a great team work for the best results. Team work that with ’’Zerging’’ and also masse events ( teq + 3 headed worm ) cannot be felt.
( You feel like a tagger trying to tag over everyone. Fighting for credits. )

Or does massive events are too massive ?
Because when you are in a dungeon and have a team, that team compose of either your guild members or LFG tool players. They are still , Tyrian heroes.
Leading to : Do you feel you make a difference in a Zerg ?
Zerging who is now more than common by, Champions run, WvW, PvP Team deathmatch, Massive event, Guild missions.
If you feel like zerging is the new guild wars 2 gameplay, you are not wrong yet.
But it wasn’t initially. And i believe this is one mistake we fell in. With time, deeper every month. More will be explained on Zerging later, keep reading.

Because they didn’t add anything since scarlet is game over.
We had a similar thread on the french forums named where is Guild wars in Guild wars 2 ?
Because this thread is arguing on some stuff we redefined.
Stuff that no new players couldn’t really argue…
( since by the time they would end up in the same wall later on. )
Stuff that we could resume at : what to do when you have a couple of legendary, couple set of ascended armors, enought time spent and respent into WvW, enought PvP even if for some its never enought. (quick reference)
Everyone like sometime to experiment something new, something long and captivating or maybe just helping some players/friends you have met in the game requesting your help.
Re-resuming by having all dive jump done, all jumping puzzle, 2 to 3 world exploration done and most likely all achivement done.( excluding daily )Adding had all the dungeons done and paths a couple dozen of times.
Somebody wise would answer living world. But i have participated on all of them and finished all of them to at 100%.
I think we should re-state the break that Anet really have well deserved.
To help them re-focus on our needs, we , players who are here from the very beginning of Guild Wars 2. To help them see that wall that very active players can see.
By proposing something you wish guild wars 2 has, not for your own gain, but for everyone to share an epic adventure. A content that would help the new players to see what is the real guild wars world.
What message we didn’t sent them clearly ? Where have we failed ? What content is missing ?
It would be a great news if Anet announce that an expansion is coming to GW2. But there is still something more than expanding the map Arenanet could do.
And i’d add on that, they need to review on how personal story is being done, I will explain on that later here.

My Question is : Will all the people that will stand and PROVE that they are the original owner of there account and have the courage to fight for there account will get justice ?
What if every dungeon as an all path option.. 80s Only, You and all mobs are 80s, surely more mobs than usual, a kind of Hard Mode, All paths wich in the ends. You gain more money from the difficulty ( let’s say 3 gold bonus for less than 45 min and 2 gold for less than an 1 hours .. just suggesting )
Having yourself 80 push you to the max of your abilities and so do the monsters.
All monsters at level 80s would give you better loot and so the chest rewards.
Finishing it quite quickly would grant you more extra money.
Having it done in One run only and so time saving in the better situation.
Either how long it would take im pretty sure that in final it would be Quite an adventure. Don’t you think ?

What’s Guild Wars 2 missing?
Guild Wars.
I think i Fairly explained the difference And what is needed.
Gw2 is going Rift direction in my believing. Many Upscaling events making it harder
( more life , more power ) More mobs, more champions and in result more champion bags so in final, more loot.
While Guild wars was about a team of friends ; who created a guild, who made more friends who joined the guild.. That has capes Where this guild was Dominating from there personal build together in an instanced mission.
I think guild wars 2 doesn’t have the Privacy that guild wars 1 has.
Guild wars 1 was about controlling Aggro range, alot of precise stuff.
Remember the gw2 Scarlet Marionette event how many lanes has failed because mass environement players didn’t read the champ description. Neither listen the other players advice.
If you’re not Leading guild wars 2 can be Very Frustrating.
And Leading a mass of players can be even Worst.

This Page is the most Interesting of the Forum, has I have been playing guild wars for 10 years. I’m gonna tell you why So many people dropped GW2 .And I’m gonna tell you What Gw2 Is Missing.
Some people drop the game for multiple reason. ( Hacked & Restored’n’Naked , Forever Alone people, Lags out.) All of them are good reasons but nothing of them are Unchangeable or Unfixable, however. From the people of guild wars 1 they left guild wars 2 not because it’s not like guild wars 1. It’s just the opposite vision of the game and I will explain.
Guild wars 2 since the last patches is going into Massive Meta ( And Living story backtrace everything from scarlet ) in an open world. I do like open world and so is everyone. However ; Teq-3 Headed worm – Karka and more likely all meta went into Super Massive Zerg vs the boss.
Guild wars 1 was totally instanced. The world map, the missions, the elite zone, Uw – Fow instanced, PvP(AB too ) was instanced ( with a town to lfg-glf) Everything was closed. And guild wars 2 is all open wide. So Open, so many people..
What is guild wars 2 missing. I think we are on the clearest part from here dont you think ?
Guild wars 2 is missing Instance. Remember in Gw1 dungeons only appeared in EOTN expansion and Dungeons are the only group *instanced stuff in gw2. Except the personal story which is good in the start but past lvl 30 its very sleepy and Boring (#Forever Alone (( it was fun 1st time but i guess i was just so super excited about getting forward ))
I will explain to you why instanced stuff is what we all want and we all need.
If you played Gw1 you probably know what is Underworld and Fissure of Woe. if Guild wars 2 is doing a version of it wouldn’t it look like the Maze at Halloween day ? an open zone Mega Zerging events. Would it be as challenging wouldn’t it be Risk less ? Would you again and again fight to try to’’ Tags’’ the mobs to get loot ?
Here we are going further. Much Deeper. Now you should understand how Mega Zerging is, how do you feel in a Mega Zerg ? Powerful or just trying to catch up to get loot if an imminent battle is near ?
I’m not complaining about WvW : Wvw is a Masse Cummunity server defense/offense, i’m talking about the pve stuff. For exemple 100 People @ Grenth defense phase. Or Samething with melandrue battery phase.
Mega Zerging created – Mega servers – Mega servers created Mega events.
In a Mega zerg you are fighting for yourself for you loot. You could feel like if ud be here or not it wouldn’t change much stuff. Like a soldier in a desert or an ant in a city.
You sjust want to Outcome the damage to Tag over everyones.
I always seen Guild wars as Quality but not Quantity And in a Mass zerg you see Quantity for Quality. I might be wrong, i might even be the only on in the game to feel that way but trust me, a time will come where you will be there in my shoes wondering what I wrote at this moment has sens. That this game need alot more of instanced stuff to prove to yourself and to your mates that Unity is Power. Not Zerging.
What i miss the most of Guild wars 1. it’s the story in regular or Hard mode it didn’t matter the missions, Where you had a Quest & bonus and in faction / nightfall you had a timer to master piece the missions and you gained title that way, Chivos.
Than you had the elite Instanced zone. Urgoz/The Deep/GoT/UW/FoW This is what the game needs. More personal, the group privacy moment of crazyness. Dont you Agree with me ? I dont meant to stop the open world just more dungeons or an revamping how you instance stuff. Possible Living Story followup that way. Elite zones……..
Seriously you,re not over of doing AC/CM/TA/SE/CoF/HoTW/CoE/Arah.. Almost 2 Years. Should I really add 99 of Fractals ?

- In my opinion this potion is a 50/50 Fail/Win
They got the Model, They got the Effect ( yellish sparks )
But not the right color and not the right Utilisation
I can Bulletpoint explain my opinion by :
- What else is translucent in Real life.Water.(Common)
So Basicly its a circle tube filled by water with yellow sparks.
I do understand the translucent concept
– But you clearly dont understood that acquiring this potion for angelic look a like Should be use for map exploration or Farming the same zone for 1h. (Champ train)
- For a Simple basis : more than 50% of Active Players who logs every hours will do atleast:
-1 Dungeon Path during there active time Or going to wvw
( Fractal counts for a dungeon too) Or even zone out for materials gathering.
- Why last 1 hour for farming the same place for 1 hour ?
-In my opinion the 1 hour was a great idea for me. to the expecting fact that the boon last well and everywhere you could handle more your gaming time like
‘’ 1 more hour than ill go to bed ill use the buff when its out i’m out ’’<-Expectation
- We complain about some things that we believe could be improved,
we have for the majority attempted to participate in the forum and GW2 in general,
by reporting concerns or pleasant things that we saw in game
-I had a dream my mini-pet was following me all my connected game time and my selfless potion lasted with dungeon pathing and zoning.
- For players is the Angel/demon Potion a good thing for Champ Trains ? – Yes, atleast it last..

New AC ? It’s the beginning of the end, Dont see why it needed to be changed, Was a great dungeon i was doing it daily. Now I just dont do it anymore…Not Fun and Waste of time, Sorry guys, i just like ghost busting at halloween. Cant believe some1 was paid to screw it up
World Event guest = no loot = no longer gonna abuse mapping over and over running for event but if they want to help there friend to lvl Fine. This way no more abuse, happier world.
Guild mission just killed small independant guild, we now all need to rally to your largest guild server just in order to follow the track everyday that is passing is a paradise for huge guild and its detention before a better solution for smaller guild. Dont like the way it goes, loved the idea the but the restriction to it. its total non-sens.
- I Told myself i didnt need it. Guess Anet Cheering the elitist guild once again but when you see that you can spare laurel and get way cheaper earing.. How disapointing how many years before i can get the kitten mini. Still disagree the way it went
What about if guests want to guests fine, but what if they dont get META Event Chest, Why .. because they are not there home. This would be the best way to actually stop the guesting to server Abuse that every1 lives. No Loot, Not a farm, rather stay home. But if they want to help some1 fine wasn’t it the goal ?

Well, About my Gametime..I know its alot I’ve been part of the Launch Marathon Explorer, I was drugged as well i was waiting this game for so long. But there alot of people having way more than me. Also it happens that i fall asleep the game open And i usually dont waste my time on forums it was very execeptional.

Let’s just say, As the game Magic-find thing, we might not be on the same loot/player table.
I see that you guys keep de-railing again. I Play 2 to 3 hours before to go work and at least 4 hours after dinner. Be realist. Not 8 Consecutive hours. I Also take a break every single hour. I see that its out the rail, I wanna add some stability in here. There is My Game Time, Also my mates left from Residual bugs And The Fact that to make money, loot, anything you want. You always have to do the samething Over and Over and Over again, what i mean is that for exemple : You need Charged lodestones for legendary, you can waste 2 hours farming that thing, not getting a single stones and than we go Dwayna reset. Than you wanna farm ‘’ Money ’’ Omnom Dungeon Speed run Over and over and over again, always the same boss always the same loot My guild and I are Daily Running AC/Cm/CoF/Hotw/Arah/FOTM
See we have alot of diversified dungeon run, but still after 2 month..Your sick of Everything.But…still..loves is in the air ?

1 Month Later and still nothing, i cant believe this is not a priority now for Arenanet who keeps leading us new Stuff to keep us away from our personal..Self Gain, Legendary. Charged Lodestones are the most absurd thing in the Tyria; Very Cheap drop Rate and the undeniable need of a large amount of these. Actually we are facing a Superior Issue… Something Must be Done this Issue need more attention.
*Who would waste 3 hours a day Over 3 Month for a Very Low Rate Stone That requier an Event that Must be Done Everytime it pops, wearing your Magic find set the whole time to have a 3.1416% more luck to drop 1 if your lucky for 1 simply Hours. Wow, i now wonder whats harder to get, Precursor Or Lodestones.
So, in general they dropped the rate for rare loot to stop botting , but also stopping every real players from getting rare loot.. I’m not gonna say it doesn’t drop anymore event with 150%+ magic find it’s like a yellow at the hour ( from world farm ). I think that new DR system as Diminushed the chance from players to seriously Return back in game. Every minute in the world wide map seem like a waste of time.
So some bots got banned? How many gold buyer banned from now ? Oh, not on this case yet..
at least a LA barber Dude.
