You people really have some trust issues. They have officially said that they will not be creating further tiers of armor past this set. I’m sure they’re aware that they can be quoted on such matters. You aren’t wasting anything.

and my thought on ascended gear is positive. i think about going killing the musaat in gw1 w/o my armour infused was fun.. and getting it infused was another story.. so yeah.. im not fuss with it as i am still enjoying your game currently.
You can’t infuse your armor here, you must grind a gear with infusion slots to be able to complete “new” endgame.
Hello. I have 2 questions about expensive Mystic Forge items.
1) What will happen with expensive Mystic Forge items when “ascended” gear is implemented?
2) What will happen with TRANSMUTED expensive Mystic Forge items when “ascended” gear is implemented?
Will these items become just an expensive exotic trash? For example Volcanus is just 670 gold trash?
And as I understand this is not a last one “item progression” update. Here is citation from “Linsey Murdock Unveils New High End Ascended Gear” post: “The new additions in November are just the start of our item progression initiative”. And due to this two more questions:
1) Must we grind some tiers of “gear” first to be able to complete endgame content?
2) Is gear check obligatory condition to join a group in your “new” content?
Hello. Corrupted spear and harpoon gun are bugged. In PvE Corrupted harpoon gun looks like a spear and in PvP Corrupted (Frozen) spear looks like a harpoon gun. Screenshot included.
Is it possible to resolve this issue without creating a ticket? I don’t want to contact support because they save ticket typing permanently. So I don’t want to publish my credit card information there.
Hello. So the problem is when I move camera I select different targets automatically. I do not understand why to implement such functions for right mouse button in an action style game? I cannot concentrate on combat because all the time I must look for clear pieces of screen without any selectable objects. But it is half as bad unless you start to play an engineer, especially the engineer with tool kit. When I try to repair my turrets with “smack” skill I just pick up my turrets. Same problem occur when you just stay near the turrets and move camera. I want to hear an answer from anet employers: what is the purpose of right mouse button select/activate functions? And something tells me that you can’t answer. =) We have already “use” key to interract and left click to select. Moreover it’s possible to activate objects with double click. Can you even imagine FPS game where camera moves select and lock random targets automatically? I can’t! So at least add an option to disable right mouse button select/activate functions! And I am sure 99,9% of players will use this option!
Hello. Are legendary gifts account bound or soulbound? Can I create one gift with one character and give it to another? Or must I maximize both crafting professions required for legendary with one character?
Hello. What’s the purpose of the 3rd racial question? For example: I have played for norn with wolf and raven spirits and I didn’t see any difference between personal stories. Only charr warband fellows really affect the storyline as I noticed.
Hello. Dungeon tokens became account bound, but still unusable by other characters. So, the text description is changed, but tokens are still soulbound.
Moreover, they said before that we can play any character we want. But we can’t! We must grind dungeons with one character only because tokens are soulbound! =)
Hello. Yesterday I ran AC explorable mode because I wanted to farm tokens for my low level character. And when I saw that tokens were soulbound I left the dungeon. The second issue is price for dungeon items. As I know 1 run is awarded with 25-30 tokens. For example if I want to learn recipes for slaying potions (price is 400 tokens per recipe) I must complete all dungeons 106 times with one character only. Is it not a grind? It’s a most terrible grind I have ever seen! If I only could complete these dungeons with different characters it would take off this issue because dungeon grind would become at least fun. OK, let’s move further – first two dungeons! To get complete dungeon set I must earn 1200 tokens. You can start grinding the dungeon at level 35. Dungeon set is level 60. One run raises your level by ~1. So, we have 25 runs. But to earn 1200 tokens we need 40 runs. So it is possible to collect full set ONLY on level 75. This makes first two dungeons absolutely useless, unless you want a skin. And again this issue may be fixed with account bound tokens. Thanks for reading! =)
There is one more problem as I think. All dungeon tokens are soulbound. It’s impossible to farm tokens with one character for another. I can’t farm tokens with my main character for my alt! 5 characters, 8 dungeons = 40 slots in account vault ONLY for dungeon tokens.
Why are dungeon tokens soulbound? Why can’t I farm tokens with one character for another? 5 characters = 5 different slots in account vault for the same reward?! And if it’s not a bug … khm … I don’t know how to name it =)
Hello. Price for cultural armor/weapons is very high – 63000 karma for tier 3 weapons and 119 gold for tier 3 armor set. It is possible to buy full exotic level 80 set for 10-12 gold on auction. Moreover exotic rarity items have better stats than rare items (all cultural items are rare). This makes cultural sets absolutely useless.
Top sPvP achievement and 25 HoM points achievement provide the same title – Ascendant. It’s not a bug at all, but the fact that thousands of peoples wear the top sPvP title on the day of release isn’t really good as I think.
