but that will cost Bandit crests that I would like to use for something else.

I am meant to get another glove box for every character that completes the story

So I just completed Tangled Paths on my second character but i did not receive another Carapace Glove Box so I can choose another glove skin.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Can I just add that I would gladly give my entire salary towards a Cantha expansion. And as a 8 years GW player I would be greatly dissapointed if Cantha never features in GW2

It did not give me any error message. The game simply shut down and back off to the login when I double click a character to play, and afterward did not update so it’d shut down again when I login and double click a character. My location is southeast asia.

Fixed after using the VPN.

The solution is to download a VPN run it and the client will begin updating. Once the client begins to download you can shut down the VPN.

So it seems this affects a very small amount of players, I just hope the issue still gets the attention it deserves…

When I look at the Option menu form my character selection screen I can see that my client is still running the old build: 27,495.

According to the wiki the new update should be build: 27,836. For some reason my client isn’t updating??

I have the same issue, started yesterday. Nothing changed on my side, still using the same pc and same connection…

I am running an Asus G55VW laptop:

Intel i7 3610QM 2.3Ghz quad
8GB 1600 RAM
Geforce GTX 660M 2GB

It runs at max settings just fine, except in highly crowded areas like a massive wvw zerg. However turning down certain settings does help alot and the game still looks great.

Heat is also a non-issue. I think Asus got something right with their design, I ran this G55 for 24 hours straight while playing GW2 and the heat coming out of the vents were minimal.
