Yup, I’m disconnected as well. Character login screen → login → network error.
The Game feel kind of unplayable to me.

Anet: Please send mass email to everyone when fixed. Guess I’ll go play outside a while or something until then :’-(
I like this idea. Don’t understand why the idea wasn’t implemented in the first place, rank points or not… but this idea is certainly a good one… +1
Any improvement is a good improvement, but you are right… the rewards are pathetic. If they’re going to give more items, then add more silver too? Maybe another laurel in there as well (which take forever to accumulate as it is so perhaps this would be a welcome addition)?
Guild Wars 2’s Trading post system itself is fine, but there’s a few things bugging me, here’s my suggestions:
1. ARMOR SEARCH! Please, for the god’s sake, while searching for an armor, i want to see for Ex. ONLY MEDIUM, or ONLY HEAVY results! Can you just add a filter about it?
2. Ordering by price just works for an items seller price, please make us able to order a search by its buyer price.
3. Whenever i buy an item-anything sometimes i wanna check something about it by obtaining the item. salvaging it. However, when i go to “pick up” tab , obtain the item, and go back to market, the filter RESETS! .You need to filter it again and again and again…. It’s unbelieveably annoying. You might wanna add a “Remember” checkbox or, make the system automatically remember the filter until the window closes or we reset the filter.
4.Ordered items : i sometimes order 4-5 k items total. different types 250-100 ish each. i just want to know that, in marketplace when i clicked on an item ( like i’m going to order some, or buy it) i want to see if i have that order in my “buying” list.
That’s all for now. Anet devs… please.
I completely agree with you. TP is fine as is, however, these suggestions would make it more convenient.
More appropriate to my previous post: perhaps a different animation more along the lines of a heat wave. Kind of a distorted air effect similar to that of the stealth animation.
Another great idea! I like it :-)
I have to agree with you on this. It is a good idea, one that has crossed my mind and I’m sure others as well. Would be nice to preview how something would look before making the change, else go through the minor annoyance of changing back to your original setup.
Going to have to agree… please remove them, or create another kind of animation. Maybe something cool like streaks of lightning or some kind of flame animation… or just remove it altogether. I mean, if my warrior were Norn, maybe the ‘Bubbles’ would be appropriate considering they’re drunks by nature.
I`d like to see a lvl restriction option. Just a checkbox for 80 only when applied and any lvl can join when unchecked. Sometimes I will advertise for 80 only and a number of lower lvls will join. I will normally leave the group and go back to looking for 80`s to party with and same lower lvls will join the group or merge parties making me leave and have to advertise again. Having a lvl restriction box will end this problem before it even starts.
Though I agree with you on some level, also note that your level is still scaled down to the type of dungeon, so if a player is allowed to enter that dungeon, they should not be prevented from doing so. Level has never mattered much in this game in PvE. Perhaps some kind of compromise on this idea: create a custom minimum level a group will accept?
This’ll be my first post here so hope I’m posting this in the correct place…
Anyway, I love dual wielding axes, but seems that the 5 skill, Whirling Axe is lacking something. Considering the speed at which the warrior is spinning around potentially chopping someone to bits, wouldn’t it be viable to have some kind of % to block associated with the attack? Maybe something like 25% chance to block while activated? In looking at other skills for swords and maces, there’s something that can stun or block an attack while also dealing damage… perhaps adding similar defensive functionality may be a good idea for Whirling Axe? Thoughts on this?
