Good idea! This can change their meaning to players and people would really desire it and use it, carrying their minis all over Tyria!

Simples as the topic. We admire the old login screen designed back in the betaweekend days. We would love to have an option to use it instead of the actual game launcher.

Indeed. I think they should give us an option to choose between the actual launcher or the old login screen. Also they can add to the old login screen some information they actually provide about the game updates as it is displayed on the launcher today.

I want this, I want this, I want this. I don’t know why they removed it. Lots of games these days have that smaller startup window with no sound. There is no impact! It doesn’t feel like an event! When I login I want to feel like I’m being transported to something amazing, not like I’m logging in to go back to work.

liadri is harder because fps amd camera angles are inacceptable. Took me about one hour n a half to beat the tower jumping puzzle, tried liadri ~20 times and stopped because i can’t handle a fight like that in 20fps and camera that zooms on my character * constantly. Anet, learn to create challenging content instead of adding gimmicks that messes up our vision (seen in the jumping puzzle and liadri) and unplayble fps. Since fps isn’t getting better and reward is just an ugly mini with 20 achievement points i won’t even bother on her again. I loved the idea of an arena tho. It would be great if we had a large arena with 60fps, better camera cuz it would be much larger arena and you fight against harder n harder foes, can also do it in a team of 2. <——- i want this!

Co-op Arenas would be amazing! Loved your idea!

I wish GW2 have open PVP zones like other games! But I still love the game as it is right now. Mass PVP, Guild vs Guild would be kitten awesome!

Just completed CoF path 2 in about 12 minutes with PUG.

I think Grasping Vines is one of the most useful racial skill available in the game. I have watch to a thief video roaming in WvW ganking so hard using this skill! I think this may be useful for many classes builds such as Elementalist or Ranger.

You know… it’s a fantasy MMORPG, everything is possible here. Even setting a Fire Elemental on fire.

They should take a look at it. If dredges are immune to blind so Fire Elemental must be immune to fire attacks.

I want to know if its possible to replace an infusion with another one if I change my mind about builds etc..

So it works for Daze applied on Steal for sure!

if u use shout healing build.. with the trait Shrug it Off.. doesnt that also count as a shout.. so having 4 shouts will be better then the banners?

I think if you set it on traits won’t work as an active shout, it will only do what it is designed to do, not stacking effects.

Tooltips round to 1/4 seconds, but they’re not reflective of actual results. Everything I’ve read and seen points to all things with durations accurately lasting for their expected partial amounts. The only times where whole seconds matter are conditions and boons that tick, like bleeds and regeneration. Because these tick once a second, half a second is not useful. They last that extra half second, but do nothing during it.

Daze is a control effect and not a condition, so it will only be affected by duration increases that specifically improve dazes. For a thief, that is namely the Superior Runes of the Mesmer.

So Superior Sigil of Paralyzation won’t work for daze?

Matter of fact here’s a video I made last week. I only use shouts since they work for how I want to play, and I’ve yet to find a build yet that is a hard counter to it. Skip to 10:12 to see the 1v1 I was able to record of a p/d thief. Loads of conditions poofed immediately and my dps was nothing to laugh at either.

If I take 1 sigil on each weapon I get 2*Bonus (15%*2=30%Stun Duration)? I haven’t tried this before. So I don’t know if sigils works this way.

Can you please share your build? I’ve used a shout build before, mixed with Superior Rune of the Soldier, so I could remove conditions for each shout used. Now I changed to a Banner Build but I still miss my Shout build and I’m looking after to improve it.

What sigil works for daze? Superior Sigil of Paralyzation?

You are most likely seeing the culling bugg, thief backstab you and you cant see him, when you can see him for a brief short moment his reveal debuff is gone and he just stealth again.

You cannot stealth during reveal debuff unless using hacks.

I don’t think it is related to culling. We were fighting at unpopular spot on the map for minutes. He was all the time near to me.

Anyway.. some thieves got to learn how to play with a new build or change their tactics in a few hours. The ~EVIL~ patch is right after you!

Dasorine, I know about the debuff. I’ve fought against many thieves today and they simply vanish in the air right after backstabbing me.

I know how CnD works. I know there is a short period of time you simply can’t try becoming invisible again or it gonna be a total waste of init or utility/heal skill. I can’t imagine how some bypass this and become invisible so fast.

I’ve been playing my thief for a long time but I can’t understand how some thieves.. they become invisible so often and in a short period of time. Please, can anyone explain me what they do or how to counter this attack.

How about the trait which improves running speed while using melee weapons? Worth the points or waste of time?

I’m playing a warrior using hammer, using shouts to remove conditions plus Soldier Rune and I’m doing pretty well against many classes, 1v1 or group fights. Once I played against 5 BG trying to take over a camp and pwned em all. Warrior is an awesome class to play on WvW.

Charr FTW! Sylvari and Asuras are kinda strange.. Humans and Norns are awesome too!
