Man I hoped for the sword so I would have a reason to buy Stygian Blade..

Here’s mine for now.

I mostly use staff in lvl 50 fracts, especially when puging. U can dish out loads of dps and stand just a little bit behind so you’re in safety all times. Since most encounters are stacking anyway I dont see the point of running anyting else. Lavafont and meteor shower too stronk aoe.

First pic is a bit mainstream, but classy still. 7 points.
Second pic I like all but the shoulders. 8 points
Third is cool, not many people running TA armor. 8 points
Fourth is a bit boring. 6 points.

4/3/6/0/1 GS/Sword-Focus works like a charm.
No need for range weps when u have 2 teleports

6/10. I like the mix and match but i think you could improve it color-wise.

full power, wells and staff. Grab all the nobs u can find, put down wells and marks and then do DS #4. Collect that xp

The thing about condis is:

1: You share condis with rest of the party. Warr and mes applies bleeding stacks, a engineer does all condis, guardian does burning. All these negates YOUR condition damage.

2: The biggest reason why people dont go condis is because of the build-up time. For you to get those lets say 2k+ ticks, a berserker warrior has already killed them mobs and went on to the next group.

3: Dont let people fool you. There are people here that just refuses to realize this. Trust me I have a lot of time on my condimancer, was my first alt and i did 100% map exploring on him, and I sure liked playing it. But when it comes to effiency and teamplay theres just no place for necromancers right now.

4: Ralron has no idea what he’s talking about. Axe 2 is a single target skill. And the rotation? just lol. Before you get that rotation of buddy the party have killed 3 more groups of mobs..

5: Feel free to play your necromancer for general PvE, WvW nad living story. But for fractals and speedruns try get another class. Im not saying this because I hate necros. Because I have two level 80’s myself. But there’s just no place for it right now.

Sadly still not very useful..

Just got my Twilight. This is probably the most standard “finished” look but it’s too kitten awesome.

Mesmer is more fun in PvE imo. Ele’s only drops Fiery Greatsword/Ice Bows and use fire field..

Also Mesmer has swords/greatsword instead of scepter/staff which is also a win.

I know this has been talked about before, but after some quick searching in the forums I didn’t find it.. So here it goes:

After Fractured! i have barely seen any fractal skins, and it sucks because that is the main reason I do fractals in the first place. I do 49 and 38 almost every single day and I’m starting to get tired of doing over and over and never be rewarded for it. I think you should be able to buy a skin for 25 or even 50 pristine pristine fractal relics.. I want to feel like I have a shot of getting the skins without having the RNG-gods on my side..

All i know is that its t3 gloves and rest t2. (Shoes I cant see)

Id say 7/10. Minus 1 for not being that original, and minus 2 for the coloring..

Well you dont really have to, AC is soloable(also cuz of glitches..) so people selling runs. You should not pay more than 2g which only means a 25s loss give or take.

Whatever you do, dont go celestial trinkets.

I guess new PvE meta is not maximizing dps, and instead be able to tank mobs longer.

The alternative kit would cost 100 gems less than buying separetly or something. Anyway, I guess ill just gonna go transvestite.

Why? Because I’m considering making my norn a female, but he has a male name. And I dont want to spend another 800 gems after already bought the total makeover kit. And I don’t want to run around like a transvestite(no offense, just not my thing).

When playing warrior one thing that i find odd is that i never need to activate healing signet. Even if I’m low on health its better to just keep the passive effect.
So i was thinking what if we got 5 seconds of stealth on activate? then the healing would come when stealth ends.

Yes! I used my gasmask, but now I changed my mind and wanna have it one another character, but I cant, and it sucks.

Updated my guardians armor, got tired of the t3 :p

Use staff and wells, spec focused rituals, staff cd reduction and greater marks. Run with a group/zerg and you will tag like a boss spamming them AoE’s and see that xp rolling in!

The reason why ptv is useless is because if you go facetank mobs you will die whatever your stats are. You need to use yor blocks, reflects and blinds to negate damage. And if you dont have enough dps your blocks etc will run out. Therefore the reason to go zerker.

Im really considering getting this, looks pretty awesome!

its just sad when any noob can put on zerker gear and be successful and thats the problem with this game right now. its so dumbed down to that point where you don’t even have to think about your gear stats … just run Zerkers and win.

again Variety is what people enjoy in MMORPG. not just “get zerkers … win”. unfortunately thats what this game is right now look at any class section and ask how to play at the endgame the answer will always be “get zerkers, get highest dps build and win”

Dude you got it all wrong. In other mmo’s you have to rely on healers to keep you alive, in gw2 it’s all about your skill to dodge, block etc. And the better you are, the less defence you need – therefore, run zerker for maximizing dps.
