My ticket was answered 4 days after posting, I had an issue with gem store purchases (gem store items removing gem count, but not delivering in game item) and my gems were refunded, so I could happily spend again. No issues the second time!

Yes and this shows the bull c r ap about Our customer support team is still prioritizing hacked accounts and other blocking login issues over other types of support requests.

15 days my tickets been in for and 8 of these i can’t play the game because of the bull s h i t that is Anet

They were frightened they would loose money on this one so made it number one to be fixed

I am with you Nerradus the system is broken and the account management will to be honesty there isn’t one.
14 days now with my ticket 15 if you want the day I put it in.
Painkiller with a 8 day old ticket ,same trouble fixed. So if they fixed his ,why not carry on and fix the rest of us in the same boat.
Another answer is why haven’t they just give us a temp code to add to our account ,so we can play and then sort it out at a later date. Instead of keeping everybody out the game.

I too would go down this path, if i knew i get my money back on the secound account bought.
But all they need to do was give us a new key or a temp one so we can play and when all this hacking stuff as died down get back to use and do what is needed to be done.
Right now i feel that support is just saying to me " We got your money and we don’t give a kitten about you"

Nothing hard in this and it lets more people in support help out with the hacked accounts .instead of looking at our tickets all the time.

This your having a laugh 30 case solved in 1 day and most of these are for cheaters that were using the Karma exploit, so they can go back and do the same. How many people you got working in support 1. If you need help e-mail me , Jesus i used to do more then that before dinner. Yet people who have done nothing wrong ,have to wait for weeks to get a look in. If it is true that 11,000 people were hacked and your only doing 30 people a day ,its going to be one hell of await

I don’t want to start a discussion in this thread, and yes, I know it’s frustrating to have to wait so long to be able to play the game again, but that response is ridiculous.
If you had been paying any attention to their daily updates, you’d know that they help more than 5000 people with login issues/hacked accounts every day. Those 30 are only the ones who posted in this thread who have a ticket that’s been open for (much) longer than 72 hours, and that have been helped since yesterday.

So how many people were hack if they doing 5000 a day ? If my response is ridiculous whats yours, my ticket as been in for 2 weeks been updated and escalating to a Senior member of the Account Login Team to further assist me but still nothing. This is more then the 72 hrs and the ticket was done before all this blow up with accounts been hacked, so were is the excuse. So over the past 7 days seens the Hacks began 35,000 people have had they accounts stolen, tells me one thing somebody is lying at Anet say they came from another website or more like Anet was hacked and they keeping it quiet.

How do I get a refund?

Like the title says should they be a new subject telling us how to get our money back from Anet.
I paid £130 for the CE and went to put in the the new searial code , found it made a second account and i could not log into the game on my old account, all my hard work is on this old account and in a guild too. So why should i start all over again because of Anets poor programing.
All i am asking is to transfer the code to my old account you can bloody delete the new account under Ensir.1457, i don’t give a crap about the HoM awards all i ask is for my old account back. This crap as now been running for 2 weeks now for me and you done nothing ,apart from the idiots on your team who think its funny to send us cut and paste crap all the the time how to link GW1 to Gw2 accounts.

If you can’t bekittento fix my problem just send me, my £130 back and i willkitten off and go play something else.

I know Dab , its just me gettingkitten off with all this crap.
You see people getting pal pal with the Gm on this forums and get back into the game in seconds and i am stuck here with the same problem as them running past 2 weeks waiting for something to happen, wouldn’t mind but it was me who was one of the first to point out what was happening and I get kitten all for it

Thats great for them, but that doesn’t mean anyone elses issues are less important, what about the people who can’t even get on the game because of account issues? They less important?

Don’t blame me DABhand, i am just showing what ANet is passing off as helping people. The care more for the cheaters then they do us.
My ticket the same as yours as been in for 2 weeks 8 of these days i have not played the game cause of their kitten-up of how to implement a poor way of entering a new serial code. What was so hard of having a slot in people’s accounts with place new code here.

Same boat ticket went in on the 26 of August 2 weeks tomorrow and nothing as been done. Got a mail from Pluto who said “I am escalating your ticket to a Senior member of the Account Login Team to further assist you. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as the issue has been fully reviewed.” this was on the 4 of September and has never happened.

The last serial code issue was resolved by a GM on this Forum to make it look like they were helping people with the issue. Can you show me one over person on these forums that has had his serial code resolved. No

As of today i will be putting in ticket everyday until they do something or ban me .
The Ban won’t help because how can you ban somebody who can’t get into the game to play . Because i keep getting told I need to put in a retail serial code into my account.

So the ball is in you court Anet do something to help us.

same boat ticket went in on the 26/8/12 when i noticed something was wrong. Sent all the details they asked for and nothing apart from the e-mail that was sent today telling me how to link GW to GW2 account which i never asked for.

same here ticket went in on the 26th Aug , same trouble as Painkiller with the CE code creating another account and not been put on to my main account. He as been waiting 8 days and got it done , i am now runing into 12 days and all i get from support are e-mails tell me how to link my GW1 account to GW2 account , i don’t give a crap about my GW1 account i just want to play GW2 on my main account.

Same issue here , my first ticket went in on the 29th pointing out what was happening and got no reply. My trouble start when they were having issues with the login server. so ended up with two accounts not knowing about the secound cause everytime i entered the code to update i would get errors or nothing at all. No e-mails were sent to me about the account too.So stuck with 1 account with all my toons on which i can’t play and another account with nothing on it but lets me type of the forums with the other account which won’t let me.
