Issues with getting in dungeon instances

Server: Ehmry Bay
Dungeon: Citadel of Flame
Problem: Waypoint is permanently contested, and the gate to the dungeon is blocked by rocks. Status in the top right says that the allied factions control the Gates of Flame and the entrance, but the dungeon is still totally blocked and inaccessible. No dynamic event starts.

But seriously, minions are still entirely kitten and it’s infuriating to someone who has a level 80 necromancer main.

As a minion focus necromancer, nothing pisses me off more than this right here.

Huge Necromancer Issue

Minion masters just suck, deny it all you want but with such an AI in place right now, it simply is outclassed by other Necromancer builds.

I’m so freaking glad someone else thinks so, too. To me, necromancers are all about minions. What’s the point of having power over death if you don’t have undead minions?

Then again, what’s the point of having minions if their AI is so horrible that they either don’t attack anything when you do, or attack EVERYTHING on the map from a mile away.

I have this as well, though it’s kind of hilarious when you just walk down a stair step and your character starts screaming his/her head off about it.

The one I just noticed last night is that when using air attunement with a scepter, the channeled auto-attack seems to prevent the second and third skills from being activated immediately after they’ve come off of cooldown.

I’ve also noticed that the aforementioned autoattack LOVES to get stuck making the crackling electricity noise and display the effects, even after a target is dead. It also will persist for long after the autoattack finishes one cycle, meaning it will play the sounds and display the effects for a rather long time. I have seen that sheathing your weapons will end this effect, but it is still rather annoying.

I totally agree. I got two yesterday, and I’m dreading how many I’ll have when I log on today. I’m sure ANet is doing their best, but those gold sellers can just keep making more characters like “ALDKHGALKDHA” or “DJAGHDKAL”. Such creative names!
