To make my post more precise: I’m talking about 1:00 am to 6:00 am CET. That’s when most of your keeps and towers fall to the enemy who has overwhelming presence in WvW during the night. Gw2 is a game and it should be possible for normal people with normal schedules to have fun during normal times, to build something up. Who the kitten sits in front of the computer all night, to raid the enemy? And don’t come up with the “don’t play if you don’t like it or deal with it”, that’s just lame. I love guildwars, but I hate anet for limiting the games possibilities.

Only kids think that everybody go to bed at 1:00 AM CET. In real world some kittens work when you “normal people” are sit in front of your computer, some kittens don’t sleep, some kittens are unemployed/at home, some kittens are in vacation, some kittens are in other timezone.

The dominance of off-time over prime-time has to be nerved for all times not only night, day as well.

The emptier a match the more important is coverage of that time for match-outcome.
This is a paradox with respect to all possible times.

What primetime? German primetime when the French were still eating? Spanish primetime when the German raidoff ? and Russians ? EU zone have to deal with cultural issues not only timezone. And everybody will be bored if we fight only our other national servers.

I had an excellent time commanding the border hopping group this night/morning. It started with the hundred year siege of vizunah owned hills in deso border. One thing I can say about vizunah is that they dont waste time seige capping any objective they own. I counted at least 5 trebs by the WP, 3 superior ballistas and around 4 superior arrow carts. (not complaining btw, it was a very fun flip) I had to take my determined group to hills 4 times, 3 of which were just to eliminate siege. Which, thankfully, they couldnt rebuild due the the keep being drained. On the fourth time I might have gone a bit excessive with the golems, but i really wanted to make sure we got this after nearly 2.5 hours of trying to take it.
It seemed that after we flipped it vizunah was demoralized and all went to bed. Well being a vet of deso and having watched vizunah night/morning cap us for the past 5 months I decided to go on a bit of a rampage. Heading to vizunah borderland i spotted T3 vizunah owned things that I simply had to flip. After ensuring viz bl was solid blue, I bit off more than I could chew with vizunah lowlands. None the less! Everything vizunah had t3 except for eb was flipped, so a good result imo.

If the curse remains unbroken next week vizunah, make sure you have your morning blob on, otherwise I may be inclined to give you some more of you’re own medecine. For the lulz you know.

Congrats for Askalion ! This excessive defend was for you ( We knew you would come at night with Omega ) … it’s was epic ! Unfortunately one beginner launched one upgrade at 1200 supplies after your first assault, so our plan to going you to bed fail. ^^

Happy to see Desolation going more stronger, like in January, with getting score/H24. We love take our own medicine !

Doing the Vizunah Tactic during the rush hour… it worked! Hills changed the colour, but now it’s T3 again, sadface…
Wasn’t playing that much WvW in the past times and thought Vizunah is a massive skill server, but I can only see Vizunah sitting in their fort and focusing on the scoreboard and their ticks. I was more impressed of Augury Rock last week…

Playing 1/4 maps is wrong. So yeah, we are sitting. 60+ people on your HM all the day to make one golem army when 20 people open your garrison … it’s so impressive. < boredom >

Hiding mesmer without opening doors? What do you mean? Sure there was some hacker mesmer on Deso some time ago but it seems that he is banned. And at other times when gate or wall is down but you that you won’t make it – it’s common tactic to try hide a mesmer inside.

Guy, i have done 50+ hours command in this MU. We had Focus on Elona, Elona had focus VS, VS and Elona had ignore JS. End of story. “reduced aggression pact” it’s just paranoid. Pact in 3W it’s a fail for the win ( eternal drama, etc )

And about AC, I guess it’s a secret in germany so you don’t have bad guy ? please …

We are many to regret “fight against Elona” on VS, now i not sure when I reading your comment. Perhaps You prefer steamrolling underpopulated servers.

WoW Vizu, that was for me the biggest moment in World vs World History ! 3.30am, in our nightshift maybe 45-50 fighters. And you crashed us simultan 3 waypoint ceeps at the same moment with each 40-50 zergs with omegas and massive alpha golems. Great koordination. And we save 2 of 3 waypoint-ceeps. That was the best koordiantion attack i ever seen and the biggest save in history for us. For me the best Fight ever in WvW. What a honor to be a part of that ultimate fight.

Thx to Elona, it’s probably our best MU ever. I do not think that my server ( VZ ) want to meet the challenges one more time after so many bad months ( lose and easywin ), I know that you are probably burned but maybe it’s the last real MU for the crown.

My Experience till now:
Vizu ran, got wiped whole day on the Vizu-Borderlands, we ran with one “Random-Raid” wich was around 30 player big and 2 Guild-Raids(Offensive-Zerg and Aegis) wich were around 20-35 players each. We held the whole map except for one tower for many hours(sry, didnt count). Oh yes, and of my guild-mates got a prec from one of the thousend Vizu baggys, thanks for that. Nice day for us, now u can continue ur trakittenalk.

We were just one raid with 20/40 players on the only one commander this afternoon … no Guild-Raid, no queue. I am not complaining about your dedication and funny blobs ( or german’s holyday ? ) because I prefer day like that than karma train against no-playing server.

Yes, you recovered, when the enemy stopped playing, you never recovered while the enemy was strong, that is something I can’t agree on, you outlasted the enemy by not playing in full force.

We ( WvW VZ community ) never stop playing or only when it’s boring matchup like now. Or maybe our doors were too strong for you when you outnumbering night, afternoon and “Op baguette” with poor score if we had stop playing ?

Servers hoppers, free and paid transfer had kill EU ladder, so don’t blame us.

Our PvE’s pugs flood the zones every night because RG and Friends were going out before the lose, one more time.

Well Deso right now is beating them in the night but they are coming back in the morning where we dont have a great force.

Afternoons are quite tight but I think Deso wins in potential points most of the time, but by a small margin.

You have nice night crews now, they are more like us than the last time. You have keep 1/3 point all the night with SFR garrison. More experiences and few more people and you can to be egal with us. Just miss the third server since all the night bandwagoners leave with PRX. ( french night crews from AS are the only SFR night force now )

Another zerg guild from US primetime just destroyed the balance possibility. We can have nice fight during the night without zerg and lag like during EU primetime hours.
