And no I will not let this go, because Anet should not have moved you to a full server, they should now give you a choice of a open server and move you again, knowing a dev should not get you moved into a full server, and no matter how you look at it, that is why you are now on BG. Background
Helioz [Hel] is a dedicated World vs World guild that was initially formed on SoR in 2013 and transferred to Tarnished Coast in February of 2014. We are committed Toasties; this community is our home and we work hard and have fun supporting it.

Who We Are
Other Toasties refer to us as the United Nations of [Hel] and rightly so, as our friendly members come from all over the globe. We have the best and sexiest accents in the game in Mumble. Unlike the real UN however, we all get along well and get things done without acrimony mainly because we are mature people kittenpect one another, and recognize that this is a game where the primary purpose is to have fun…while taking out JQ and BG. We also respect our enemies, unless they are 80 man blobs holed up in Hills behind 100 ACs, and won’t come out to play. In which case, let the Monty Python jokes roll: ‘I fart in your general direction! Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries!’

We Are Unique
For many reasons, including our great sense of humor and Green Arrow’s famous golem rushes. We have scheduled raids (see below) that actually permit EU, NA and SA players to play together. Also some Aussies who have strange sleep patterns. Our commanders are fun, knowledgeable and polite. They excel at open field fighting, organised scrims as well as pushing ppt when needed. taking and defending, and LOOK for fights. If they don’t find them, they make them. Also, they have great accents, did we mention that already?

Raid Times
Every day except for Saturdays. We allow our 7 commanders one day of rest.

Raids usually start ~8 pm GMT/~4 pm EST/~1 pm PST. We say goodnight to most, not all, of our EU guildies three hours later. You can then expect to see one of our NA commanders tagging up ~12 pm GMT/~ 8pm EST/~ 5 pm PST for another three hours or so. Often later. Join in when you can.

Note: Fridays are usually designated EOTM baggie days .No scheduled Friday raid at reset, most of us reserve that night for significant others or for finding one. SATURDAY is your free night but often people get together for missions or a raid

Try Us Out
- Join us in mumble in one of our raids and say hello! Be warned that Wednesday is Pub Night for the Euros so if a Commander starts singing, just mute them.
- We are a wvw focused guild, which means that should be your focus too and we ask that you rep us 90 % of the time and 100 % if you are in our raid.
- We do not force builds on anyone but we have knowledgeable guild members and run a guild meta which most people happily follow, members will happily theory craft and give you suggestions on builds and gear and help you. If you are interested in commanding, we will help with that too.

btw for those who think we are just EURO think again

I know many in TC think of us as an EU guild. We have many EU members (we are special) but note that the EU raids generally start at 7.30 – 8pm server 4 pm EST, which is 1 pm Pacific if you are on the West Coast. There are quite a few NA people who join in when they can and we usually continue raiding with the NA people, when most of the EU go to sleep. Some of the EU who also command like Vhrael (our guild vampire) and Miinja (awesome German mesmer) often stay with us until the sun comes up or they fall asleep at the keyboard.

Our commander MAJOR EREBUS runs late NA in the Pacific Time Zones. Crabcakes, I think is central, and we have a lot of night owl east coast people. So you will see many of us on late night NA too. Around 11 pm Pacific time, the EUs start waking up and logging in again.

So don’t let the EU label prevent you from checking us out. We would like to get more NA peeps in. Cya ingame

AHMA never seen them in euro

They usually disband around 8pm gmt during weekends ( which is 3 am for them ) after brawling a few times with HB. They bring a good fight, and Id love to get to fight them some more. But calling them an EU guild is just kittened.

there is one dedicated EU guild who run daily on TC and that is HEL, we run 15-25 deep so for once your numbers are right.

If TC is lucky then DISCO from Cern will tag up 2 maybe 3 times a week which means we may have 2 groups. But Generally when it comes to EU we have 1 commander who would rather run small than have 50 peeps.
So congrats on your number crunching and knowing your opposition JQ, oh and what about Cloudfly who runs Euro [TPA] and some of those SOX peeps. forgot to mention those didn’t you
At least sox will come out and fight unlike cloudfly.

Helioz is a Dedicated World vs. World guild with a very relaxed, respectful and mature atmosphere. We have a deep history on the Sanctum of Rall server and recently transferred over to Tarnished Coast in Feb2014. Helioz is a dominant Euro guild and a blossoming NA with respectable numbers in both time zones.

Even though WvW and tier 1 tends to become very competitive and we strive to do well, for Helioz, fun is the most important drive for us in WvW. We have a very tight group who enjoy each other’s company on the battlefield while kicking kitten .

We run WvW raids every day in both European and American time zones (Euro raid starts at around 1 pm server time and NA raid starts at 5pm server time), lead by one of our own commanders. We also offer guild mission

What we are looking for
We are looking for both beginners and veterans in World vs. World in either NA or Euro time zone. We have no class or build restrictions, we will help train you as we run an hour training each day. We only ask you to attend the scheduled raids which are mandatory to attend if you’re online and to have mumble and teamspeak installed. If you’re interested in joining, you must be either on Tarnished Coast, or willing to transfer over.

To be fair i think season 2 will be veryvery different from season 1.
For instance you won’t get 5 weeks back to back bg vs sor whilst jq got an easy ride. The new Swiss tournament is to try and even the playing field as much as possible.

Every server is gearing up for season 2 with recruitment posts so there is no need to focus fire on one server and deride them for thier efforts.

I look forward to seeing you all on the battlefield in season 2 and wish everyone from all servers the best of luck. Let’s just go out there and enjoy it for what it is.

I know that as soon as this post is posted I will be more than likely trolled by endless JQ and BG, I will receive vitriol form people who do not even know who I am or that I exist. I will however no longer sit idly by when my server needs me to speak out and watch the forces and gold of other servers think they can run us over and drive us out of T1. You will all see that it is very rare that I post on any forum, let alone try and recruit.

As a leader of a community which is out gunned and out manned on every time zone in T1 I ask any potential guild transfer to BG or JQ to look at yourselves and think “do I really want to move to a stacked server.” " do I really want my guild to bandwagon to a winning server, just so I can get queued in all time zones and run over opposite servers with sheer numbers?"
SOR as anyone can tell by scores is the poor cousin of T1. What we lack in coverage we make up in spirit and community. We may not be able to push the ppt of the over populated BG, we may not be able to rally the numbers of JQ but what we will do as a community is fight, and we will fight to the bitter end.

If you are a guild that is seriously considering T1 as your future home and wants to see balance across this tier and the best fights then I recommend you contact me or any other rallian to discuss a possible move.

I will not promise you that we can win leagues, I will not promise you that we can be the number one server, but I will promise you a community who will fight to the bitter end no matter how out numbered we are, we will be a thorn in the side of BG and JQ no matter how much gold they pay for guilds and we will not roll over and go quietly into the night.

This is a call to arms for anyone who believes in an under dog sever and for anyone who believes that fighting is more important than merely sitting in keeps and defending for ppt. I trust that you will make the right decision and bring balance back to T1

Its been a very long time since we have had this matchup and its a shame it will be the last for a while. Everyone on SOR has been having a lot more fun because of the competition. For that i thank BG and JQ for thier efforts. Lets keep it up for the rest of the week and good job all.

Currently, Sanctum of Rall has the best North American Coverage through all tiers and is a thorn in the side of the two super severs in tier 1.

But this is NOT ENOUGH. Currently we are holding under 100 ppt in all empty borderlands during European prime times. Often, Oceanic members need to stay up until 5am or Americans need to skip school and work to play in the afternoons to hold it.
We realize this is not sustainable.
We realize that our European Brothers are facing the same problem.
We need YOU our European Brothers & Sisters to watch our backs whilst we watch yours. Rally up and become a dominant force in WVW with 24/7 coverage.

Why don’t we transfer to a low tier server and work our way up?
The next transfer you make is going to be the most important transfer ever in terms of WVW. Do you want to transfer to an unproven server, where you risk the WvW alliance falling apart due to consistent under performance? Or, will you for the sake of your guild members come to the server who has proven to be number 1 time and again through hard work, mature community and unrivalled strategies with teams of 25 taking out zergs of 100?

Sanctum of Rall has worked their way up. We understand that you may think working your way up from beaten dog to top dog is a very romantic notion. But trust us, T1 survival is no laughing matter, 24/7 coverage is only the beginning. If you cannot guarantee that, you should not think about other issues. We have seen time and again servers who enter tier 1, fail, and completely fall apart because of the shear hopelessness they feel and lack of organisation. THIS IS WHERE SANCTUM OF RALL IS DIFFERENT, with a community unrivalled throughout GW2
