I really like the hammer, only that in my opinion all classes must have varieties of builds so that the player does not get tired.
This build may not have much survival, but the ideal was to kill the enemy with a single burst, and it does not.
Scrapper has nothing facing condition, it is a specialization of survival and damage facing the hammer. I believe that engineers need more varieties, one burst and condition build that it is feasible to use the WVW and spvp, not counting the pve because it’s just too boring.
No use to nerf the Scrapper to balance it with other specializations, it is better to give more options for the players to use.

To this build type rifle is better, but this build is old and just use it for fun. You may notice that the damage it is even well below the current builds with the hammer. My hope is that Anet give attention to this and make an appropriate balance. Static Discharge need love.

I have other videos on my channel you use the hammer, I put the build I use in the video. You can easily notice that the hammer is much higher in all, and build too.

Usually a condition build has an advantage over a power-based build. For a power-based class have chances against a condition he have to sacrifice dps and invest in removal.

Conditions builds have toughness and greater vitality. The constant damage just compensating for the power-based class does not maintain this constant damage. In addition the conditions may have access to protection and weakness which further undermines the damage of builds based on power.

As today the vulnerability increases the damage condition, because the protection and weakness also not incluenciam and reduce this damage?

Hi

After the patch 19/04/16 I adapted my condition based build of WVW. I use this to build roamming and Zerg.
The idea is to corrupt enemies and boons to interrupt. The plus is now the terror of the damage as we have access to many fears, thanks to corrupt.
For Zerg can exchange the signet plage by corrupt well, but then there is a loss of 1 break stun.
Thanks to grand equantidade of toughness and vitality can leave a bomb and even use the death shroud to make a bomb.

Trailblazer armor is very expensive but very good too.

For trailblazer thinklets you need make RAIDS, it would be nice to have more condition duration, but thinklets dire + rabid provide you more condition damage. I think it’s an easier option and already serves the need for this build.

You do not need critical rate for this built. You must apply poison and chill as primary and secondary bleed damage as well as seeking to interrupt to apply confusion.
Against enemys using build condition the secret is to give back the conditions using Plage Signet and Putrid Mark.
Against enemys that are based on power I usually combine Chilblains + Putrid Mark to apply weakness
Against enemys that are based on boons, most specializations are, these are foods to this build, it’s just corrupt and watch him die.

The biggest counter this build would be the Daredevil using dagger + pistol because the interrupt are very disruptive and it does not depend on boons to give a good damage. It can keep the distance, avoiding marks and kill you slowly, it’s rare I find some that play well with this build, I can usually kill but have lost to some.

I actually still have to improve my dodge with the reaper. My main class is Engineer and sometimes get lost in how to defend myself with the reaper and end up using the dodge, the Scrapper left me spoiled by the constant superspeed.

Regarding the Putrid Mark does not make sense not to use it if u are not fighting a class that does not apply condition or applied inefficiently. And in my opinion you to use it with Chilblains to cause Weakness in power-based classes.

But I will try not select battles within shrine or camps the next time and try more ranked players, but believe me, these were the battles that lasted more.

I actually use this as a way to psychologically destabilize my opponent, like Anderson Silva, but not overdoing it like it : D

One comment I would make, the core classes are more difficult to kill with this build than builds specialized, the specializations are boons based, just corrupt and end the battle. And my opponents had a considerable rank WVW, silver or gold in the majority.

Sorry did not mean to be rude, I take the game very fun and I think the funny dance the sylvari, but I will try not to do this anymore.

Compared to build and HP this is something of Anet and not mine: D

My main class is Engineer and I think this ability to have much HP, tougness and maintain good bizarre high damage

Practically is a build without counter. It is relatively simple to stay alive with 1v2 or even 1v3, but no stops being fun to use it.

Definitely Scraper is not weak

When I think “now it became serious” I go out of my Reaper and will go toScraper
If you use the right build has a very good damage, great removal condition and great sustain like hp regeneration, it is actually a very good class, but not immortal and I see no need to nerf.

I play more WvW, not like spvp but the WVW and pve it is excellent in pve ground was very good after the last update and the group engineer condition is always the target. In WvW is a class for roaming and group and one of the best, this in my opinion.

But he is not the best at all, if u learn to play Scraper will learn to kill him, funny I kill engineers with mine until easily Reaper, but I also kill Reapers with my easiest way to engineer yet, so what really matters is you know the strengths and weaknesses of each class … and of course have fingers: D

Now ALL gyros are useless. The only advantage of Sneak Gyro was in PvP and WvW, for PvE it is not used, now it will not be used anywhere.

And solve the problem of movement of gyros?

It depends largely on the situation
For PvE solo the Gyro is best, as for group not because besides having one water field unless he can still give to heal allies and let you down
To WvW arguably the HT is better, because it Gyro dies with 1 or 2 AoE, his chance to stay alive until the end of the fuel is very small, it prevents its use. In most situations it will give the initial heal and die. HT is already tougher and have time to use the heal + water field, being much more consistent.

UG is good to stun break and fury too, I use this to maximize my burst

RAM have a better sinergy with Expert Examination, grant weakness and vuln on target and have a high damage. RT have a less CD, but less damage

Great build, gratz!

Currently I do roaming using a configuration with Static Discharge.
It has enough control and the vulnerability of stack and might are high, and this increases the damage. Usually kill the opponent by hitting the Thunderclap, can you keep the opponent unresponsive for a long time doing the sequence:

Thunderclap→ Launch Personal Batery RAM→ Throw Wrench→ Rocket Charge + Analyse

Use this sequence because Analyse can be used for other skill, different from other toolbelt the skills that I have available.

Since HP is high, it has 40% reduction on the condition of time, 20% damage condition, 300 toughness bonus, protection and 20% damage reduction while stunned, 2500 armor become sufficient.
