Increase the immobile on Hammer berserk burst to 2-3 seconds. Like most things warrior it is very well telegraphed(same as normal hammer burst). Changing it to be a pull would be cool as well. Change the mid tier traits for crit dmg to 12%/24% or greater (if greater than +25%dmg, reduce healing received by other players by 33%) and the heal on fatal to 50% of maximum hp make it affected by poison if it’s not already.
What I don’t understand is why d/d is getting a lot of hate again. I recently started playing this again after being gone for a year+ Has something changed to the d/d kit that makes it overwhelming? Or is it just celestial Amy that gives them the needed hp and healing power to live?
Stuns and boon hate. Lighting 4 isn’t an invuln, the only burst they have is from Fire 3/5 combo. fire 2 is just as dangerous to them as it is to who ever they are aiming it at with such a long cast time you can cc them out of it. I haven’t played thief in over a year, I think sword 2 has a chance steal all their might stacks and is it trickery F1? that can steal it as well.
What would you need 30 in arcana for? A 3 second less swap, to spam auto attacks? You get plenty of vigor from running 2 cantrips. Signet of fire has a nice burn duration on its active. Diamond skin is nice against Condi PU, being able to kill the clones and phants without getting the condies on yourself is nice. Condi necro will hate you.
What does this mean? it means everyone’s MMR should be normalized according to the new entry MMR (I still think it should be around the range the 75% have). Additionally, people should not gain a spot on the board (or visible rank) until they have played at least 10 games.
Why? because:
If we do a hard reset, we will have the gigantic clusterkitten of new players getting matched with veterans all over again. Nobody wants that.
By moving new player entry to 75% they are in a place where they won’t get paired with or against people that have much more experience and understanding than they do, so they don’t sink whatever team they are on.
Oh and ranks 1-20 should not be allowed to play ranked Solo Queue.
and only ranked 72+ should be able to play ranked team.

Yesterday, just for fun, my group of 5 went around beating on YB and EBay zergs for roughly an hour and our count before any of us died was around 70? – we got lost laughing about how bad pugs are. And that was taking on zergs of 15-30?

Regardless, Its not a Matter of how the Warriors will be nerfed, But When they’ll be nerfed.

Swoop should also get a 2x cooldown if it misses as well since its better then rush, so should Hornet Sting if you miss.
Rangers actually have an easier time getting away, due to evades/longbow/greatsword… lulz
Only we’ve went over this before, Warriors have more Sustain then Rangers do….We can slightly burst heal better then you with Trolls, but through out the fight you have more Sustain, Better Condition Removal ect ect.
Also its funny you think Rangers have an easier time getting away, Completely ignoring what stops a Ranger in the first place, Immobilize/Cripple/Chill, all which are completely ignored by the Warrior and lets them run. Also did you really just say Longbow…Really? I know you’re the laughing stock of these boards..But good lord man….

Yeah protection on dodge isn’t sustain. Protection when hit by a crit? That’s not sustain. Troll heal and signet that heals every second?
Harry plays spirit ranger and is sad that CC warr hardcounters that gimmick spec.
Why are warriors running sustainbuilds with loads of condiremoval? We got rolled by condis/other GC when running pure glass so we had to build against it.
Why we previously still got rolled was because our heals sucked hard compared to other professions and we were a total faceroll profession to play against. Now our heals are in a good spot and you actually have to think when you fight us.
Now ask yourself a question, what to equip if you’re getting stunlocked by a warrior?
Maybe it’s time for YOU to adapt, not the other way around.
build is 0/10/30/0/30 3 knights 3 solider armor, trinkets are zerk ammy and rings cavalier the rest. weapons are zerk with crit% on sword and hydro on shield, impact on hammer.
All I see from Yaks and SBI is horrible players in zergs if there are any players from those servers who think they are good would love to get some duels in as trolling 30 man baddie zergs is only so fun. Feel free to send me a tell if your up for some 1v1s

Hey guys. Just putting this small video with a few clips out there to demonstrate my build that I’ve been using since before all this OP skullcrack nonsense. I have a downright sexual addiction to hammers/maces in mmos. Pardon the lack of camera rotation, as some of the Ranger forum people know I have a slight handicap in both hands due to an accident that prevents me from turning effectively in previous videos, however it should not affect the quality or speed of the video.
Build is 0/10/30/0/30. The calculator is off for some reason. In Defense I run dogged/merc hammer/cleansing ire. And for Disc I run 25% speed/either signet or boon hate/ and Burst Mastery. Depending on if I drop Dolyak signet for Endure pain etc. It also shows me having way less Armor than I do in game. With hammer I have 3757, with Mace/shield i have 3908 armor.
As a reminder this is just a showcase to how much damage hammer can dish as well as how much frontload dps I can handle. I hope you enjoy, full video will be out within a week.
